You will be close to everything when you stay at this newly renovated one bedroom condo on a beautiful upscale beach block in Wildwood Crest. Walk outside your door and jump in a beautiful new pool. It's just a few extra steps beyond the pool to get to the beautiful wide free Wildwood Crest beach. This location can't be beat for Crest beach lovers. Crest is best!

The private bedroom has one full bed, a dresser, and an HDTV.
The living area has one full bed, a dresser, a full futon sleeper sofa, and an HDTV. Sleeps up to 6 on 3 full sized beds.
There is a kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, plates, glasses.
There is a dining table to seat four.
The newly renovated bathroom has a toilet, pedestal sink, and a custom tiled stall shower.

Loved the property, place was clean, pool was great. Room needed a little work. Beds were terrible with springs popping up, microwave was rusted and toaster was nasty. Changing rooms next year.

Long Weekend GetAway

The property was nice. Location to beach was great. Beds could use improvement. Bathroom and bedroom could have been cleaner. Bedroom wall on window side was dirty with dust. A bottle of used water was on living room windowsill, yuk! Room smelled musty, even with airfreshner. We would rebook this property in future.

Summer rental steps away from beach

The location of the rental property is excellent, right next to the beach! The property appears to be like a renovated beach motel. The rental has an efficiency apt feel with a separate bathroom and bedroom. Overall the room and pool area were clean. There is parking and coin operated laundry on site. The downside as with most vacation rental platforms is the maintenance placed on the vacationer. You have a long list of rules and everything must be maintained as found, otherwise, you will incur a FEE. This leaves one with an UNPLEASANT experience, always worrying and making sure everything is left as you found it. Also, if you want flexibility in arrival time, be mindful that this is not a hotel where that will accommodate you. You will have to pay an extra fee to obtain a key after hours. You must also supply all your linens, towels, etc. There is a service in town but it is for an additional fee. Any questions you have SHOULD be asked before booking. Also note, this particular rental is done through a real estate office, which has less flexibility than a host and makes the stay feel more transactional than if you were staying with a host. Going forward, I prefer to stay at a hotel. I gave the rental 3 stars because of the high maintenance required during stay and communication between the office could have been better.

Great place

This was located on a great block very quiet and the place was so nice, and so glad had a pool . It was perfect for myself, husband and two kids. It was right on the beach which was great. Also around a lot of good places around and a quick ride to the boardwalk. The place was clean and the process to purchase was fast and people were so nice, and this was last minute great find. I will definitely be booking next year.

Not for families with young children

We liked the proximity to the beach. The condo is small, but it worked for our family. The kitchen could have had a cleaner toaster and better pots and pans to cook with. The most disappointing thing about the property was how the property owner (not the condo owner) treated the pool as his private party pool. He and his guests were playing loud music, drinking (even though the signs at the pool say no food or drinks), and using foul language. My young son wanted to swim in the pool multiple times, but could not with the party going on. This was very disappointing given the expectation of having a community pool to use.
