A wall of windows reaches up to the vaulted ceilings of the spacious two-story Great Room. This 2BR/1.5BA townhouse includes a full-size sleeper sofa in the loft. Step out onto the deck and relax in the recliners overlooking a lush forest. Your rental includes private access to Donner Lake, the Recreation Center, and Tahoe Donner Ski Hill. You're also within walking distance of the Tahoe Donner swimming pool, tennis courts, and Pizza on the Hill, as well as the new bike path to downtown Truckee. It's just a 2-minute drive to Trout Creek Fitness Center, The Lodge Restaurant, and the Tahoe Donner Golf Course and Clubhouse.

A spacious Great Room features cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a forested landscape. Step out to the deck and breathe in the fresh pine-scented air. The main living area has a wood-burning stove for cozy nights in. On the second level, an open loft area offers bonus sleeping space with a sofa bed. There's a dining table for six and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer add convenience during your stay.

THINGS TO KNOW
Your reservation includes two passes that grants eight guests access the Trout Creek Recreation Center for a nominal daily fee per person. Amenities include swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, a sauna, and access to the Tahoe Donner Tennis Center and the Beach Club Marina. (For current rates and more details, visit the Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation Center website.) You'll want to reserve your spot early to ensure you get full access during your stay!
Public amenities include skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. For sledding and tubing, make your way to Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. In the summer, practice your swing at Tahoe Donner Golf Course and explore over 60 miles of hiking trails in the area. To venture out on horseback, visit the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center.
Although this rental does not allow guest pets, the homeowner does have a pet that sometimes visits the property.
Six maximum number of occupants (excluding children under thirteen, 13, years of age) permitted.
There is not a TV included in this tranquil relaxation property. Garage use allowed, but the property does not include a garage remote.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
