Renters are able to join the club as temporary members for a one-off membership transfer fee (payable to the club directly) of $500. This provides access to all club facilities and amenities including golf - cart fees are still payable per round played.

The property was very clean, and decorated lovely. We enjoyed the property and it's many amenities. Chris was very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiry . We hope to visit again soon.
This is a very clean and beautiful condo. It is very light and airy and has tons of room in the kitchen and living areas to spread out. The grounds are very well kept and beautiful. Chris the hostess was very nice and answered any calls or questions immediately. We were going to try another condo in the same area but decided to re-book this for a longer stay.
We used to VRBO our Breckenridge, CO ski condo years ago, and purchased this beautiful property at the wonderful Heritage Palms estate 18 months ago. We like it so much here, we just bought a house at Heritage Palms! So are looking to rent out the condo now - we prefer long-term rentals though. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions! This condo is in such a great location - so close to the club and with the neighborhood pool right across the street. Walk to the club, athletic center, tennis courts - no need to take a car unless you go out to the shops. The garage is also part of the rental - not always the case with Heritage Palms rentals.
