The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal. There is a full size washer and dryer in the villa.

New wireless internet was recently installed which has adequate speeds to run multiple video streaming platforms a once. Our Villa is a great location to work remotely.

Hunting Island State Park is only 1 mile away, with a beautiful beach, miles of forestland, fishing pier with equipment rental, and a lighthouse with breathtaking views. Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
