Updated with quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, bright accent colors on the walls and tile floors throughout with carpet in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. All linen and towels are provided for your comfort. The spacious living room has a sleeper sofa, big windows and glass doors with a wonderful view of the water. There are two TVs, cable and internet access. The extra sitting room area is furnished with a sofa bed. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and dresser. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors, vanity, and sink. The balcony is big and spacious with beautiful views.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
