Bienvenue dans votre nouvelle escapade de vacances! Notre belle maison est directement au bord de l'eau vers les canaux d'Apollo Beach. Vous avez accès à des kayaks et pendant que vous ne pagayez pas dans les eaux ou ne regardez pas les dauphins depuis votre terrasse, vous pouvez vous détendre dans votre salon avec toute la famille. Vous avez accès à toute la maison: Belle cuisine avec cafetière Keurig, salles de bains, trois chambres et un coin salon. Votre terrasse arrière vous offre une vue magnifique sur le front de mer. Le jacuzzi est disponible avec des frais de nettoyage de 75 $. Bienvenue à la maison!

Veuillez noter: nos frais d'invité pour chaque invité supplémentaire dans une fête de plus de 8 personnes sont de 10 $ par personne et par nuit. Amazing get

Overall the house was spectacular, wonderful pool layout. Very clean and organized. Internet would not commect, reached out to Ron who helped us to the fullest. He was very professional and got the job done the same day. Have they recommend this location!

Apollo Beach

The check in process was super easy. Pool was nice, nice big open kitchen/living room. Our complaints were we found multiple roaches in the house and garage(after 4 days of being there). It was easy to see that the sheets on multiple beds were NOT wash prior to our arrival. We had multiple house guest get bit from something in the beds the first night there. When I tried to contact the host, I was never able to get ahold of anyone. Yes we did complete our trip cause we had NO where else to go. But we washed bedding and sprayed the roach killer they had in the house. The area was super quiet but it’s obvious the neighbors do NOT want guest in the neighborhood.

Great Pool and House

The pool was excellent! The pool deck was large for all to enjoy. The only downside of our stay was the neighbor across the canal that clearly did not want anyone enjoying the outdoors.

Great pool area!

We really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and the pool was exactly what we were looking for! We even saw a couple of dolphins! Both Circles and Finn's restaurants were close and provide a good atmosphere for dinner. If we are ever back in the area, we would stay here again.

Relaxing paradise

First off the owners of the property were super accommodating. They even brought us a delicious fresh avocado from their tree. The home was beautiful. The pool and outdoor space was incredible! We spent most of our week in the pool. Sadly we did not see any dolphins 😞 The available kayaks were a nice touch! You don’t get that little extra at most places.

Amazing pool/hot tub area!

The home was very nice. The outdoor area is wonderful! We encountered a small issue with the hot tub, and the host had someone out to check and fix it right away!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was our first experience using a VRBO and it was wonderful. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and nice. The pool area was a dream!

Beautiful views and amazing people- dolphins and manatees visited!!!

Stayed here for a month and it was beautiful. The outdoor area was wonderful. Outdoor Furniture further from the slider is in really poor shape and not really usable, so we only used the one table just at the slider. Needed some more attention to cleaning the pool deck and doing something with the kids stuff for the pool as it was just in a dirty heap at the foot of the stairs outside Overall our month long stay was wonderful and I would recommend this home highly. The people in the neighborhood were amazing. Felt like home

A wonderful week!

This was a great place to stay in a great neighborhood! We parked our boat at the property’s private dock just feet from the Backdoor and on the fish within 100 yards from the house! The house was very clean and comfortable and the check in Process was probably the easiest I’ve encountered. We will definitely be back next year to stay another week! I absolutely recommend this property for a small or large family plenty of room and beds. Thanks for a great vacation!

The area and the house are nice. Not a ton around to do, but some cool local bars close by and not far from tampa. only downside is that the neighborhood has quiet hours at 10 pm and neighbors are quite sensitive to this

Wow!

This was seriously one of the best Thanksgivings we have had as a family and this home was the perfect place to house us all! From the pool (pay to heat it! Its worth it!), to the beautiful canal with dolphins and sealife almost everytime we sat out there, it was incredible. 5 stars!

Best property owner

We have stayed at many VRBO rental houses but this owner went above and beyond to make us happy. We had the privilege of staying at three of this owners rental homes during our stay at Apollo Beach. Each home was a beautiful propery, in a great location, and included a fantastic owner experience. The owner never stopped doing what they could to help us make the best of our time in Apollo Beach. When we come back to this area, we will stay in this owners properties. Thanks for all you did for us.

Beautiful pool/patio

We loved hanging at the pool with the family. Also my fiance and I took kayaks out in the canal and we had a dolphin swimming with us for the 2 miles that we kayaked. So cool! The hot tub was controlled remotely by the owner which was an inconvenience; however the owner told us that system is being changed so that the renters will be able to control it. That will be much better. The owners were very prompt at getting back to me via text, when I reached out and were very kind!!!

Trip before kids start school

We had high expectations for this property when we booked it. However, a lot of stuff in the house need to be updated. Bathrooms and showers need to be upgraded. Kitchen utensils, pots, and pans are so old and dingy. Couches are not in the best of shape. In general, we had better.

Quiet neighborhood, great pool

This home has a fantastic salt water pool and pool area. Perfect for spending the day in the water with the family. The host was very good at communicating and prompt. The neighborhood was very quiet. The neighbors, unfortunately, did not tolerate any noise day or night. So if the kids were outside in the pool during the day, they made it very clear they did not like the noise of kids playing (mainly the guy across the canal). He was actually quite rude, mimicking our kids! This was a huge downfall of our stay. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not that great..there was black mold in the bathtub. We would recommend bringing your own pillows because the ones that were provided were very hard and

Nice but Not As Nice

After we got in, I received a message that we have to document everything wrong and turn it in right away or we would be held responsible for damages. It took us over 2 hours to do this due to all the dents, scratches etc on the furniture and appliances. Next, we paid extra to have pool heated, the heat was not turned on until we arrived and I got a notice saying it would take 24 hours to heat up! Why didn’t they turn it on the day before we arrived and shut it off the day before we left. Same amount of electricity used but we would have gotten the full benefit of what we paid for. The showers were so dirty I went to the store and bought Lysol cleaner to clean and disinfect them. On Thursday, we got a surprise visit from a Mold Inspector. I called the house manager who apologized for the interruption and said she would have gave us a heads up but the inspector never got back with her with a date and time. Several minutes later someone associated with the house came to talk to the inspector at the request of the house manager. Only problem, he knew the inspector was coming that day but was told 4:30 and the inspector showed up a few minutes after 4:00. So the manager DID know they were coming and simply forgot to tell us. I am thankful we happened to be there, otherwise strangers would have been in the house with all our personal belongings. Last, it is NOT a hot tub! They told us they heated the pool to 80, well the tub was only a few degrees warmer than that.

Property was good. We've stayed at lots of VRBO's, and we've stayed at nicer. Pool area is very nice. Beware paying to heat the pool. We were there first week of April, paid to heat the pool, was really warm only 1 of the 5 days we were there. There's a waterfall at the pool, but you have to ask the owner to turn it on every time you want it on. Owner also asks guests to leave key in lock box, outside of home, when not locking/unlocking the front door. That's weird, made my wife feel unsafe. Says he's worried about people losing the key, which doesn't seem to be a big deal. If it is, get a lock where you can enter codes to unlock, instead of needing a key. Also not in description is the washer and dryer are coin operated?! It costs about $4.50 to do a load of laundry, so make sure you bring lots of quarters. Owner says people have "abused" laundry during stays, and has created excess water/electric bills. Strange to me.
