La maison Palm Tree II Pool avec TROIS ROIS LITS (* bain Ă  remous, piscine chauffĂ©e gratuite) claire et aĂ©rĂ©e avec une sensation de plage floridienne. RĂ©novĂ© en 2019. Chaque chambre a une tĂ©lĂ©vision. C'est le prochain niveau de l'arbre Plam classĂ© n ° 1 par VRBO Ă  Apollo Beach. Nous voulions amĂ©liorer notre jeu avec une maison pouvant gĂ©rer plusieurs gĂ©nĂ©rations ou plusieurs familles. Le maĂźtre et le salon ont 55 "tĂ©lĂ©viseurs. Netflix est disponible dans toutes les chambres. Une variĂ©tĂ© de jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© est incluse pour les jours de pluie. Great Stay

This vacation home is equipped with everything you could possibly need from beach equipment to spices for cooking. The pool area is comfortable and relaxing. The family room TV is huge and the seating accommodates all family members. It is a newly renovated kitchen area and the showers are definitely modern. Great place!

It was a wonderful property for our large extended family to be together to celebrate our High School Graduate and witness a six year learning to swim and have an eight year old boy an opportunity to catch his first fish! Lots of fun things to do- kayaking, biking, swimming, playing pool- relaxing! It was the best!

I've stayed at many Vbro homes & for the first time this home had all we needed. Plenty of room for 8 x adults & 4 x kids. Pool was great. Kitchen big enough for us all & Plenty of plates, silverware, cooking pot & pans & utensils. Publix was a few miles aways & we found a Walmart about 10 miles from tue house. The kids liked going down on the dock & look at the fish.Highly recommend this hone especially if you have a large group staying in tue home.

Our family week

This is a wonderful house. It fit our needs. We came to celebrate our grandsons graduation. We had were close to where he lives. We also had a few family members stay with us. We had plenty of room. The pool was awesome, as it was near ninety every day. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi, Michael on top of it and it was resolved. We will be back. Thanks!

Family Holiday

We had a great time at this property. We met for the holiday and found the home to be excellent. All was as listed and the "extras" (kayaks, bikes, welcome amenities, etc.) were wonderful. Beds were comfortable, towels were plentiful/plush, and pools were warm/hot. Great stay at a great home.

Great Family Stay

Perfect house for family time! My retired parents, older children and I had an awesome time — pool and outdoor hang space was really nice for swimming, playing games, relaxing and being together. Michael was very responsive with feedback when asked. Highly recommend!!

Three generations of fun

Great property. Kids really enjoyed pool, dock & swing. I really enjoyed a peaceful cup of coffee in the AM at the dock. Mom relaxed by the pool and listened to the waterfall while she read. Something for everyone!

Everything was as described in the listing. Pool and hot tub were great. We went on the kayaks in the canal and saw a beautiful sunset. House has everything thing needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

The Best time EVER!

We came into the home and we're greeted by a fully decorated and lit Christmas tree and immediately felt at home. We all loved the pool and especially the hot tub. Our 3 year old was obsessed with it! Whatever we needed we were able to find it.

Unforgettable vacation

The week was amazing. The whole family loved the house. The pool was amazing. The communication with the owner was unbelievable. I couldn’t ask for any better because everything was right and fell into place perfectly. The owners were exceptional. You can tell they take pride in their house. Even delivered a new refrigerator our first day. They made the stay remarkable.

Had a wonderful time

We had such an amazing time. Kayaking, swimming, going to the park that’s literally right down the road. Michael/Eva were responsive and had wonderful suggestions (Circles restaurant was delicious). We saw dolphins several times and even kayaked next to them. Rented a boat for a couple days. Biked, played pickleball, swam and swam some more.

What a great place!

You can tell that the owner is a realtor, as he has thought of so many little touches that make all the difference. Perfectly laid out for large family get-togethers, the pool and hot tub are the focal point of your vacation getaway. Plenty of parking. The second small deck is nice for those needing to sneak away from the pool area. The owner also owns a second rental property next door if you're planning a really big event and need more space.

Fantastic - great for our multi family trip!

House was great! Ample bedrooms and comfy beds. Two bunk rooms for kids and three king rooms for adults, with a bathroom in each bedroom area. Pool was great, the kids swam non stop. We Took some day trips to the beaches, but really enjoyed our afternoons and some days at the house and pool. We used the bikes, kayaks and enjoyed mornings on the canal. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils and accessories and everything we needed and the grill was great. Had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler so made the beach trips perfect! And even did some fishing!

Great Florida Home

Michael, your home was very comfortable. The master bedroom was on one side & other 4 bedrooms on other side which I liked! Pool was definitely used. Would like to come back only in winter!! PS. Best equipped house we have stayed in with vrbo.

Classy House, Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Palm Tree Two property. My family was really impressed with the house and all its amenities. The kitchen was renovated days before our arrival and the host did a wonderful job in the process. It really makes the entire house shine. The kitchen was STOCKED! There was nothing we were missing. There were seemingly dozens of silverware, plates, pots, etc. It's just the right amount of items for a five bedroom house. The entire property was clean and tidy. The access to the water canal was ideal for adventurous teenagers who wanted to kayak. We loved our stay.

Best Vacation Ever💞

Thank you, Mike and Eva for having the perfect VRBO home for our family of 11. It was simply amazing to have the ability to fish right off the dock, everyone caught fish, every day. We loved the pool, and the grandkids spent hours in there. We would have her dinners outside and watch the kids swim for a few more hours while we relaxed on the patio. The houses, a beautiful ranch style, and has so much room for a family of 11 The location was great and we were able to travel easily to Saint Pete’s and Bradenton and Santa Maria Island.

The proposal

My family and I were just looking to have a relaxing get away from the daily grind. That's exactly what this property offers. Palm Springs 2 has wonderful interior spaces. A great heated pool and hot tub, along with a beautiful dock on the canal. Oh yeah, the big question, my son had every intention of asking his soon to be fiancĂ©e for her hand in marriage on the beach. After seeing the view from your dock, plans changed. Not sure if this is the first proposal on your property, but it was PERFECT!!! We definitely will be staying here again. This property will always hold a special place in our ❀'s!

Lovely Week!

We had a lovely week at this property. This house was perfect for our 7 adults and 4 little people. Owner was easy to work with and very attentive. He brought us an extra highchair, which made the week just that much easier. He arranged for extra strollers and offered an extra pack-n-play as well. Michael was great to work with. We made the trip for a 100th birthday party, but would certainly return to this location. The Manatee viewing center was amazing. Bahia Beach in Ruskin was better for swimming than the Apollo Beach Preserve, but the Preserve has some lovely trails and a nice viewing platform. And there was plenty to do right at this home as well: hot tub, swimming pool, relaxing by the canal, kayaking and more. Highly recommend!

Awesome house with amenties and location

The house was perfect for our family of all adults. Mike and Eva are wonderful hosts. Open communication and recommendations for things to do, restaurants and the best beach did not disappoint. The house is well equipped to keep the family doing things together rather then buried in phones in the evening. We loved the dock with paddleboards, kayaks and swings (saw a dolphin right across the canal our first day), the pool, hot tub, darts and pool table. We also enjoyed the ripe avocados (for delicious avocado toast in the morning) and mangos for a sweet treat picked right on the property. The location was awesome, not crowded and within driving distance to a lot of places. We went to Kennedy Space Center (2 hr drive) and got a bonus rocket launch. Orlando (1 1/2 hrs) for the Titantic Exhibition and Pirate Adventures dinner and show. Tampa (30 min) for the Florida Aquarium and St. Pete (40 min over the awesome Sunshine Bridge) to Pass-a-Grille beach, St Pete pier and the Gator and Wildlife Discovery Center. We would definitely rent this property again and higly recommend. Thanks again Mike and Eva!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We are located between major parks about 1 1/2 hour away and white sand beaches 45 min away. We do have a small local beach within two miles. We are 40 min to Tampa Airport and 40 min to Raymond James stadium. We are only 25 min to downtown Tampa.
