Vue magnifique mais...

Le principal atout de cette maison est clairement sa vue de la terrasse ou de la piscine sur la baie, c'est magnifique. Les levers ou couchers de soleil sont un régal pour les yeux. La possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre entre la cuisine et la terrasse est aussi super agréable. Enfin la piscine est superbe, grande et la vue donne sur la baie. En revanche, la maison a un sérieux besoin d'un coup de neuf elle baigne dans son jus des années 80... notamment les salles de bain vieillottes qui n'ont pas d'étagère pour poser ses produits. Mais surtout elle manque d'entretien : Des herbes hautes sauvages apparaissent dans les fissures qui bordent la piscine. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas. La bouteille de gaz du barbecue était vide et vu l'état du barbecue à charbon, on a préféré ne pas faire de grillades. A l'intérieur nous avons eu une invasion de fourmis (problème signalé et traité dans les 2 jours par le propriétaire, mais qui sont revenues dans les jours suivant...) Bref, c'est un sentiment partagé car c'est une maison qui pourrait être parfaite mais tous ces désagréments ont tendance à gâcher le plaisir d'y résider.

Great Apollo Beach home

My wife and I rented this home last year while we were in Florida for this Feb. They had extensive water damage to the home in the fall. Habby and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure the home was ready for our arrival. It was perfect. We will rent here again.

Beautiful

The home had everything we needed, us and the kids enjoyed the pool, fishing, gas stations and shopping down the street, my favorite was the sunsets, and the dock and to see the dolphins almost evernight was fantastic 😀 5 stars

Just what we were looking for

This place was everything we hoped it would be - clean, roomy, quiet neighborhood, halfway between activities in both Tampa and Sarasota areas, and some nice beaches, parks, golf courses and restaurants within a few miles of the home. Several great areas inside and outside the house to gather, sprawl out, and enjoy the Bal Harbor view. We especially enjoyed the benches at the end of the dock for reading, dolphin watching and spectacular sunsets. Would rent again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is close to our favorite Florida spots but far enough we weren’t stuck in busy areas. The manatees viewing area is a quick drive from the property. There were sea turtles, manatees, sharks and dolphin. Highly recommend. We spent most of our time on the dock, fishing and enjoying the beautiful view. Great location and neighborhood!

Million dollar views

House had wonderful views from the lanai. The boat dock made for fun evenings of fishing with the kids. Great neighborhood, very safe. Location had everything you need just a mile or so away.

Best family vacation!

In all there were 10 people in my group. My daughter brought a friend along. We had probably the best vacation we have ever had. The house was clean and nicely stocked. The property manager contacted me to let me know that she did a walk through prior to check in and the bottom step was broken in the pool in the deep end which I greatly appreciate. My in-laws loved the pool and dock! My brother-in-law sat outside on the dock daily. My children swam every day in the pool. The pool table is great. My in-laws are already planning to go back again next year! Thanks for an amazing house.

Breathtaking scenery and fun family vacation

We very much enjoyed our family vacation at this home. The dock was especially amazing. It’s a great place to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. My hubby caught several types of fish including red drum, sea trout, cat fish, a few crab and a huge gar which was somewhat scary looking but still very neat to see! One morning a dolphin came right up to the dock and was fishing up and down the bay. We saw many schools of stingray as well. One evening a large beautiful bird came and stayed for some time just sitting and watching us on the dock. The kids especially the 9 year old very much enjoyed the pool. It’s especially great to have the ability to fish while someone else is swimming or vice versa. The first night there we ordered pizza from Alpha Pizza, Pasta and Prime. It’s close to the house and has great prices and tastes amazing and the staff is very accommodating. Another interesting place we visited right in the Apollo Beach area was the Ruskin Family Drive In Theater. The prices were very reasonable but cash only. It truly did feel like we stepped back into the 50’s. Bug spray is a must but they also sell it for a reasonable price at the concession stand. It’s very hard to find a drive in theater these days. It was a very neat experience for the kids especially. We threw our beach blanket on the ground and watched a movie under the stars. We are thankful we were able to make such great memories at this home with such breathtaking views.

Amazing location

We had a great time down here. The house was clean and in a great location. The pool was nice. The only real issue we had was that the water pressure kept messing up but the owner of the house did everything he could to get it fixed as quick as he could. He was very good about staying in contact with us.

Beautiful stay

This house was amazing we had a wonderful time it accommodated all of my family needs with plenty of room for us all it was very clean check in was a breeze and it smelled wonderful Habby was very easy to reach and quick to respond we had a small issue and he was quick in getting it resolved for us the neighborhood was a great place we felt safe I would definitely recommend this place and we will be booking with him for our next trip back down to Florida

The house was absolutely beautiful. My dad & I did some fishing on the back dock.

Renting the house was easy. The owner Habby was so kind. My wife enjoy talking to him. We would definitely come back on our next trip back to Florida.

Disappointed. Broken Items including Pool Ladder and Bathroom Door

I wish I had good things to say about the property but in all honesty, I will never rent from them again. It seems like they don't ever visit the house and just are trying to make as much money on the property. Caution tape on the pool ladder and SHARP BROKEN plastic steps in the water. 3 grills sitting on lanai. a whole mess of pool toys that were filled with algae water as they had been sitting there so long. The bathroom door had a curtain over it as the pocket door was broke. The master shower is not really a shower and no grab handles, so you have to have quite good balance to get in and out and not fall. And the list goes on… I let the property manager know about some of the major issues I saw on the first day and I got a response of the property has been booked solid and things hadn’t been fixed. I offered up her people to come out and fix things and finally on the 6th day their people came out and fixed some of the issues. The positives are the location. The AC worked well too. Beds could use a refresh as the master was quite sunk in the middle. Plenty of towels.

Nice place. Clean and as advertised. One comment though, not for folks with mobility problems. We had to move a couple with mobility issues out of the master bedroom because the shower is not easy to get in and out of so renter beware. Other than that no problems. Would rent here again gladly.

Fantastic vacation house

Went on a family trip and the house and the process could not have been better. The pool was not heated but I was aware before we booked and my 10 year old loved it the same. The dock was great for fishing and the views were outstanding. Property manager was nice and very responsive answering any questions. The neighborhood was very nice and scenic, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to stay.
