Experience all the Central Florida Gulf coast has to offer, Open concept Mid Century Modern - 2 Master Suites and separate Studio Apartment w/ On suite, 4 BA Waterfront Home. Sleeps up to 9 Adults. 1 bedroom with Queen Bed, one with Queen Bed and 2nd with Queen bed and (1) Twin Bed, Apartment w/ Queen Bed and a Florida room with a queen sofa bed which functions as another bedroom with its own bath.
Screened Lanai Pool overlooks Ruskin Inlet. Covered Boat Dock for viewing the Dolphins/Manatees and of course fishing. 2 Kayaks and Canoe on site for guest use. 5 minutes to little harbor resort beach. Area attractions Busch Gardens, Historic Ybor city, Saint Pete. 1hr 15 Minutes to Disney and Universal Studios. There is a ring Video doorbell and Ring video at rear entrance overlooking pool area for security of property...Laundry room available in Home. Bring your boat (boat house listed on Dock share) or charter a local captain to take you down the picturesque little Manatee River and into breathtaking Tampa Bay!

Perfect Family Stay

This place was perfect for our family vacation with an 8, 3, and 1 year old! The kids loved the pool, the house was extremely cozy and the location was close to many things! We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely love this home. It’s comfortable, clean, in a great location and the scenery is beautiful. This is the second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. Would definitely rent it again when in the area.

We really liked the location and the home was very clean and spacious. We saw manatees and dolphins in the channel and caught a few fish!

Our stay was great!! Property was clean and well maintained. Had all the amenities we needed. We even got to see some dolphins and manatees in the canal which made the stay even better. Great communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Mid century Getaway

My family stayed for a week to visit nearby family and enjoyed the house and location. The house was clean and there was plenty of space. The hot tub was the perfect spot to unwind after a two day drive.

Very clean. Feels like home, unlike a cookie cutter condo. Kids loved the pool and grandma loved the dock on the water. Would definitely recommend for a family getaway!

The house was everything we wanted it to be. Comfortable, clean, easy to get to and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Having a private pool and hot tub was an extra. I would definitely book this home again for our next visit to Florida

A group of three stayed here for 4 nights. The pool area continues out to the boat house for a little fishing if you so desire. We will likely return. 😊

Spacious and Comfortable

The photos tell it all. This is a lovely property with a beautiful view of the Inlet. We enjoyed the sunshine while sitting around the pool and our morning dip into the hot tub. The hosts were readily available and very responsive to our inquiries. We would love to return.

Absolutely fantastic stay for our winter vacation. It has everything you could possibly need. We traveled with kids, ages 7-16, and they absolutely loved the board games, fishing right off the deck and of course the pool. It’s spacious, exceptionally clean, easy to find and stocked with everything, even coffee. Communication with the host is easy as well, and very responsive. We had such a good time, and would love to come back as it feels like a home away from home. Location was also great- easy drive to beaches, Anna Maria, shopping etc.

Great rental would definitely stay again. About an hour to Disney 30 minutes to Busch Gardens only thing I would ask for is more utensils in the kitchen for longer stay renters. Lighting to work outside in the front entryway. Cameras not to come on every time you walk out to the pool

Too nice for three Old Fishermen

We are three old fellows in our 70's and I decided that I would treat two crusty buddies to a stay that they would never dream of renting. This was the place for four nights. We fished for two days and visited various restaurants for lunch and dinner. The hot tub was most enjoyable. We did have trouble with no hot water in the small shower, but, the other shower worked just fine. A great spot and a Beautiful cottage !!

Amazing Piece Of Paradise Tucked Into Florida

Great stay! First time on the west side of Florida. So much to see. Easy commute to St Pete and Clearwater. The pool was the best part of the stay. We stayed at the location the majority of our time. Extremely quiet, easy to find, near lots of stores and just a comfortable stay! Smart TVs make it easy to pass time when it rains and we left two floats for any future guests who want to float all day in the pool like we did. Make sure to use the rain shower in the room off the pool. Great surprise. Thank you for everything!

Pool, Hot Tub, Fishing gear available for fishing on the river. Just 5 minutes from a nice beach on Tampa Bay at Little harbor resort, 45 minutes to Bush Gardens, Saint Pete Beach, Anna Maria Island, Tampa Zoo, Tampa Aquarium, and many great restaurants, and shopping areas.
