Spring Break Stay in Apollo Beach

The family stay at the Villa Oasis was wonderful. Eric stopped by at check-in and showed us everything we needed to know. He also let us check in a little early, which we greatly appreciated. The house is very clean, and there was plenty of space for everybody to spread out. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and deck area. My grandchildren were in the pool every day! Eric's suggestions for restaurants were spot on. We ate out at Circles Waterfront restaurant, and it was excellent. The kitchen area was spacious and had everything we needed. Although the fish were not biting this week, the dock area provided plenty of room for fishing. We saw one mantee and a few stingrays. What a perfect way to spend a week in Florida. Thanks Eric!

Pictures don’t do it justice! Amazing property with hands down the best owner I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Highly highly recommend! Quiet neighborhood! Gym in the basement, pool table. Eric the owner is top notch and makes sure you are comfortable with everything! Pool was great! Outdoor patio! Had a great time even though the weather didn’t cooperate the first week. Don’t hesitate to book this house!

Beautiful home wonderful stay great location!

Our 7 day trip began on New Year’s Eve 2024. What a fabulous way to bring in the New Year in this beautiful, clean, conveniently located home! Only 30 minutes from the Tampa airport, Eric was there to greet us upon arrival and show us around. Everything was immaculate! He answered all our questions making sure before leaving we were settled in & comfortable. The house had everything we needed! He also was kind enough to recommend a few local restaurants and places to visit during our stay. We immediately felt relaxed and at home!! The home is situated at the end of the canal in a quiet safe neighborhood. In Tampa for our daughter’s soccer tournament at the Tampa Sportsplex of Tampa Bay approx. 25 min away and not too far from touring a few colleges while in the area. This was the perfect spot!My mom drove over from the east coast & our friends from Sarasota and their 16yr old daughter joined us for a few days to bring in the New Year and to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday. There was more than enough room and things to do on property for each age group to keep everyone entertained! We enjoyed the pool deck almost every day. Morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, dinner, grilling, swimming in the heated pool & fishing off the dock were a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well beyond stocked. Finn’s Dockside takeout was delicious for a night or 2 off. Great experience would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful property!

This home was more than we could have hoped for! Our family enjoyed using every part of the house from the gym, to the pool, pool table and fishing poles! It was very clean and in a great neighborhood. We would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing House and location

The pictures do not do this property justice as it was beautiful. Eric was great the entire time both showing us around and responsive to minor repairs during the stay. By far the most relaxing vacation all of us have had. The things in the area are fun, but in reality there was very little appetite to leave the house because it was the main attraction. There were 8 of us in the house and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 4 Adults and 4 teenagers. I would recommend this house and host to any of my friends or family.

Enjoyable combined with a healthy dose of “Wanna do it again”.

Property was clean, in a safe neighborhood, and filled with attention to details designed to make our stay enjoyable. Property was close to grocery stores, fast food and first-rate restaurants with gorgeous views of Tampa’s beautiful beaches and sunsets.

Great Place

Our expectations were exceeded with the property. Our host Eric did a great job in communicating including an on-site orientation of the entire property. We had adult families with us. The pool overlooking the channel was a great setting. Highly recommend for anyone !

Wonderful stay

Our Host Eric meet us at check in and gave us the “tour” and what a lot to tour! Eric was super nice and took the time to show us around and answer any questions we had. This place has it all! The house is really nice and so much space and room for the 8 of us. But the back porch area overlooking the pool, docks, and canal is where we spent most of our time. There were even fishing poles with the house, and the kids fished from the private dock everyday. Outdoor speakers by the pool, gas grill, blackstone, fishing poles, this place has it. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Eric!

The property was perfect for 2 families (total of 10 people). It was spacious, well equipped, swimming pool (heated at a great temperature), and we enjoyed the dolphins and manatees in the canal.

Beautiful house and wonderful location!

My husband and I and our 3 sons stayed a week at this amazing house! Eric the owner was super easy to work with and Nate, the property manager, was great. The house was spectacular and had everything we needed and more. From the location of being on the water and watching the dolphins in the morning, to the swimming pool, ping pong table and pool table....it was terrific. We highly recommend this vacation home. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Great place for family vacation

We have been renting houses in Florida for more than 10 years and this is the best one we have rented so far. The house has all the things that were needed for our stay (in other houses we have had to purchase pans and towels). The layout was perfect. I loved the master being on the main floor and it is large enough so I could retreat there when I needed a break from all the family fun. The pool area is a great size and there were more than enough chairs for my family to sit and enjoy game night. All of the stores and other things we needed were very close so we did not have to spend a lot of time getting to stores and could spend more time having fun. We are already planning our trip for next year and this house is at the top of our list for rental. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a restful place for a great family vacation.

Had to return and enjoy it again!

We stayed at this house last spring break and had to rerun to enjoy it again this year. The house is perfect for a family with teens. The teens were able to fish off the dock, work out in the fully equipped gym in the basement while my husband and I relaxed by the pool. The kitchen has everything you need ( including spices and pots) to make your meals. We would shoot some pool while making dinner and watch movies at night as a family. This is a great house if you are looking for peace and relaxation. It’s not on the beach but only 1 hour to Siesta Key or 40 minutes to St Petersburg . We only do 2/3 max beach days for the week so we decided to try different beaches each time. Overall great experience for us. The landlord, Eric is very professional and easy to communicate with by email or text, responds fairly quickly. We were already talking about returning for a third time next year!

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

We had an incredible time and felt very at home in your place! We had more than enough space and accommodations for everyone to be entertained and comfortable. The out door entertaining space was a hit! We also enjoyed the workout space and playing pool! I recommend renting the paddle boards and kayaks to ride and use out back! We enjoyed them and got to see a few manatee while out on them! Will definitely rent again! Owner was very accommodating and helpful! Thanks for a great week!
