Cette maison en bord de mer est prête à accueillir votre famille. Profitez de tout ce que Prime Hook Beach a à offrir du lever du soleil sur la baie au coucher du soleil sur le refuge faunique. Imaginez-vous en train de prendre votre petit-déjeuner face à la baie, de nager avec la famille directement sur votre terrasse, de regarder un magnifique coucher de soleil puis de prendre un feu de joie sous les étoiles sur une plage privée. Cette maison dispose d'une grande cuisine qui s'ouvre sur le salon et la salle à manger donnant sur la baie. La maison peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes avec ses deux chambres et un grenier. La suite parentale dispose d'un balcon privé parfait pour regarder le coucher du soleil. Le maître a un lit King tandis que la 2ème chambre a un lit queen et un jumeau et le loft a un lit futon queen. Il y a un grand porche d'écran sur le devant de la maison parfait pour profiter du coucher du soleil ou simplement faire une sieste à l'ombre.

Beautiful view, calm, quiet.... justt what we needef.

Property was clean and was supplied with what we needed. View is beautiful and we were able to walk right onto the beach. Owner was very communicable, kind and helpful. We will return.

Quiet and relaxing

Cozy home, located right where ocean enters bay. Every year the Bouy house has been clean and offers many amenities. Evening fires on the beach are so relaxing. Very responsive host. Be aware that this is in a nature preserve, and all that comes with it.

Prime hook beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, very clean and great access to the beach. Our host kept in touch with any questions or information we may need. We would love to stay there again.

Great Relaxing Family Vacation

We can’t say enough about the buoy house. First of all the host is super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The house is updated with a great open concept. The views are AMAZING!! Whether relaxing on the deck, porch or on the beach, the views and the vibes are wonderful. The beach was great and the ocean was calm in the bay. Very private , quiet and relaxing experience. A short ride to Lewes and Rehoboth if you are looking to venture out but for a relaxing secluded spot this is the place. We will definitely be back again!

Great house and very quiet area.

Right on the beach, the house has all the basics covered and then some. Beautiful view, beds and bedrooms are comfortable, extras like board games and lots of outdoor fun stuff (kites, kayaks, beach toys, etc.). Check in/check out, and communication with the host were all smooth.

Location Location

Lovey, comfortable house for a single family with multiple kids or two small families, but by far the best feature is the location. The ocean is literally the backyard, and it is a gorgeous, family friendly beach. No crowds, small waves, and tons of toys and beach accessories provided. Because the house is so close to the beach, we were able to spend lots of time on the beach while still easily tending to the needs of our small children. Thanks for a relaxing stay!

Beachfront perfection at the Buoy House!

This was our second stay at the Buoy House. This property set a high standard during our first stay last year, and this year somehow raised the bar even higher. "Perfect" is not a word I throw around lightly, and this house really is the ideal beach getaway for our family of three and could easily (and comfortably!) accommodate a few more folks. House is immaculately clean and perfectly appointed so we could cook some meals at home and close enough to restaurants so we could enjoy some time out as well. And it truly is steps from the beach...we enjoyed lovely weather this year, so we really made good use of that beach time. (and even if Mother Nature had other plans, there is a closet full of board games, which we enjoyed thoroughly during our evenings!) The owners told us they were fully stocked with beach toys and they weren't kidding...there was everything there we could possibly want and things I wouldn't have even thought to bring! And beyond building sand castles, there is plenty of wildlife to enjoy. We loved exploring the tidal pools during low tide and even spotted a pod of dolphins right from the back deck! If you're looking for a peaceful, family-friendly beachfront experience, you will not be disappointed here! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Quiet and relaxing

This is our 2nd year staying at the Bouy House and each time we love it! The private beach is quiet and relaxing. The people in the community are friendly too. The house is always very clean and neat. The owner is updating things every year. With 3-4 showers no one is fighting for a bathroom😆 after swimming either. I do recommend bringing bug spray and note that some years jellyfish are prevalent. Otherwise an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful house, beautiful views, very accommodating host!!

The house is lovely and the views from the deck are amazing! Gunnar is the most accommodating host we have ever encountered! He was attentive, answered any and all of our many questions, and repaired the dishwasher quickly and efficiently (it worked great for the rest of the week!!) We would HIGHLY recommend this house and this host!! Super week! Thank you, Gunnar!

A great start to our summer!

The house was comfortable, with ample room for 2 adults and three kids ( and their luggage). We loved that the storage shed had chairs, an umbrella, and plenty more! Our boys found something new to play with each day. My husband enjoyed the kayak. As a mom, I loved that the kids could go back and forth to the house on their own! The host was very easy to communicate with, but we really didn't need anything!!!! We hope to return sometime!

Our Prime Hook Getaway

If you’re looking for an excellent vacation spot with spectacular views of the bay, yet far from the crowds of other beaches, this is it! We love the quiet, this property is updated and always clean, and the owner is quick to respond to any and all communications. We will certainly be back in the Fall!

Incredible Location!

We had a great week at this beautiful, cozy beach house even though the weather didn’t always cooperate. Well stocked with the essentials to make your stay comfortable. Located right off the beach, the water views are awesome. Love the natural beauty of the area. And you have the beach to yourself most of the time (except for the horseshoe crabs and seagulls). Gunnar was a wonderful host, promptly responding to our questions. Hope to return someday and highly recommend!

Sunny Days & Stellar Nights!

Beautiful property! Gunnar (owner) was incredibly attentive and helpful even suggesting a GREAT Indian restaurant in town. He also shared with us the dishwasher was broken PRIOR to our visit, to be replaced Nov 1. Gunnar mentioned the recent upgrades and scheduled appliance replacements in the coming weeks.

Beautiful spot on the Delaware Bay

The Buoy House is the perfect vacation for anyone looking for a peaceful spot along the Delaware Bay. The views are fantastic from every room, the house itself is in pristine condition, and the owners are terrific. Looking forward to returning in the spring.

Very Peaceful location - excellent property & host

Really great location and property- clean, peaceful, everything you need. Sleeps 6, but loft futon area probably best for teens/ kids rather than adult couple. Thanks Gunnar - we’ll be back!

Relaxing and rejuvenating

Clean, spacious house with an excellent view of water on both sides! Very relaxing and rejuvenating. Perfect for families with kids who enjoy building sand castles, swimming, beach combing, kayaking, and watching birds. Host responds quickly and is very welcoming. Quiet, Private beach with fabulous star gazing. Definitely recommend!

A short but enjoyable stay.

Our family chose to stay here for a quick end of summer getaway. It was a great location to enjoy the private beach or take a 20-25 minute drive to more public beaches and boardwalk. Just be sure to bring your bug spray, the green flies can be distracting.

Dorothy and I absolutely love Prime Hook! It is a beautiful place to relax and we love the beach.
We love the peace and quiet and the feeling of privacy you get as you drive across the wildlife refuge towards the beach. Its great that shopping and excellent restaurants are only 15-20 minutes away .
