Cottage de 3 chambres sur Primehook Beach (Delaware Bay) - Animaux acceptés!

Ceci est un chalet dans la communauté de plage privée dans la Réserve faunique nationale de Primehook qui compte plus de 8000 acres de beauté intacte. La communauté est à 5 miles au large de la Route 1 et est détendu!

Vous pouvez vous baigner et pêcher juste en face de la maison; vous pouvez être sur la plage à tout moment (dormir là-dessus si vous le souhaitez) et peut-être un feu de joie dans la soirée si elle est pas trop de vent! Comme mentionné précédemment, nous avons un nouveau patio où vous pouvez grill, manger et voir la plage ainsi que profiter de l'après-midi brise tard.

Le chalet dispose de trois chambres, mais peut accueillir traverses supplémentaires via canapé, lit de jour, et un matelas d'air.

10 minutes de Lewes; 20 minutes des plages de Rehoboth et de Dewey si vous voulez commerciaux (magasins et petites boutiques uniques), des films, des restaurants, jet ski, location de vélo, etc.

Healing Getaway

My wife and I cannot say enough about this simple beach bungalow in the peaceful Primehook Beach community. The sound of the waves and the breeze through the window at night; the long row of windows like a nature preserve bird display at an aviary but in real-life with the Delaware Bay in the background; a private beach right over your own sand dune pathway 25 feet from the end of the cottage; and easy weekend at the beach vibe with games, welcoming spaces, and a nice kitchen. We had planned a lot of things to do like an evening boat cruise and a ferry trip to Cape May fr the day, but the place and the little trips to Milton and Lewes always felt like the best option. Sandy was very easy to deal with and was gracious wit her time when we were booking and I was perseverating about details. We would most certainly come back, and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing, quiet time close enough to restaurants and beaches but also in the country on a nature preserve.

Great July 4th experience

Our family of 5 and our dog stayed at the cottage the week of July 4th and had an amazing time. The beach is a natural beach so the sand isn't as clean, however we found that meant a lot more shells to collect! We have stayed in DE at various rentals and this was one of our favorites. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't have to worry about having seasonings or the right cookware because it was all there for us. The location is amazing and we really enjoyed being able to run back and forth from the beach without having to drag all the kids and all the beach stuff with us each time. There was a really cute local 4th of July parade, and lots of people gathered on the beach for fireworks and socializing. A great place for families, we found ourselves interacting with a lot of other families who were also staying in the area, which gave it a friendly, small town feel. Even with the holiday it was never crowded and it was like having your own private beach right outside. We had great communication with the host who was super friendly and responsive. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommended!!

Favorite home away from home

We’ve stayed at the cottage multiple times and love it every year! It’s a perfect spot for our family of four, including two kiddos. Sandy is a fantastic host and the property has everything you need for a relaxing week away.

Paradise!!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect in every way. The beach house is so pretty and clean. If you love to cook, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you’ll need. The beach is your backyard and we made fires on the beach every night. Everyone we talked to was super friendly! We already booked for next year and can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful Beach Cottage

We had such a great stay. The cottage’s back yard is the beach, it’s so close and peaceful. The house itself is super cute and bigger than we expected. The remodeled kitchen is gorgeous with a lot of counter space and cabinets for storage. We hope to come again next summer 😊

Cute little house

Cute little house was perfect for us. Had an issue with the wifi and Sandy was very fast at taking care of it. Quiet little neighborhood. It was nice to have a private beach. Only complains that I would say is the dryer and the one neighbor was very rude to us.

Peaceful Beauty

The location couldn't have been better-peaceful, beautiful views, quiet beach and having the wildlife refuge was a bonus! Close to fun towns for shopping & restaurants. We had everything we needed. Sandy, the owner was responsive and helpful. So happy we found this place!!

awesome, quiet location

Just got back from an amazing week at Sandy's cottage - it was great! The home was just as advertised and very clean. The new kitchen is great and having laundry right in the home was very convenient! The big TV was great when we all needed some downtime, and the location was very quiet. We enjoyed the beach out front, as well as easy excursions to Lewes, Cape Henlopen and Rehobeth. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed this lovely cottage.

The house is several decades old, but has been cared for and beautifully renovated. Kitchen is outstanding . . beautiful finishes, high-end appliances, and open to living/dining areas. Bath also nicely renovated. Great colors, nice art, original pine floors.

Cozy Cottage

We enjoyed our stay! The cottage is well kept and cozy with great upgrades and a lovely new kitchen. Beach access is incredibly convenient. The patio area is perfect for outside meals and the rockers on the porch are a great place to unwind. Definitely dog friendly! Also, the host communicated clearly and responded immediately when we encountered a minor issue with an appliance.Overall a terrific place!

Updated and nice location

The house worked out perfect for our dogs and was located in a nice location to walk out the door to the beach. It takes a little time to get to the bigger beaches but if you want less hassle and quiet it is perfect. The house set up was perfect and everything was updated and well thought out. I highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful private beach community

We had such a wonderful time on our vacation to Primehook Beach. Sandy was an excellent host with fantastic communication. House was beautiful and beachfront - just what we needed! Spacious, beautiful new bathroom, comfortable beds and loved having the AC. I also loved that we could take our pup who learned to swim on this trip! Friendly neighbors, very serene and relaxing beach. I highly recommend staying here and we hope to return in the future.

My husband grew up in Milton, DE which is the next town over. We live north of Baltimore and wanted a getaway and eventually a place to retire!

Primehook beach is quiet and the people are friendly. It is away from hustle and bustle but you can drive to get anything you want in about 10-20 minutes.
