Bring your clothes and your groceries - this house has everything else! Very generous amenities, including all linens and extra paper products. It was super clean and very comfortable for 4 adults and one dog. We will be back again as soon... as we can snag some available dates!!

Better than expected. Clean, comfortable, and fully stocked kitchen. Great amenities (tv, wifi, streaming, etc.) Great location if your looking for a quiet, off-the-beaten-path beach community. Will definitely go back.

Amazing!! We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The house was so nice and stocked. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunset everyday. We were looking for a peaceful getaway and that’s what you get at this location.

Another great stay!

This was our 3rd time staying at Glenmor and we had a another great stay! The property is kept so nice and clean, and there are plenty of amenities available. We will definitely be back again!

House Beautiful

Five Stars Plus . Sometimes a significant loss in Life takes us by surprise . Relaxing water front

This is a wonderful place to simply relax. It’s away from all the hustle but close enough to visit if you want to. The sunrise is spectacular with lots of wildlife. The house is fully stocked with anything and everything you could ask for. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub is very relaxing. It was so nice to be able to bring our dogs too. Our group enjoyed some evenings in making dinner and playing games and doing puzzles. We also loved sitting on the beach watching birds and taking casual walks on the beach. We also ventured to Cape May via the ferry and enjoyed some local ice cream from King”s and Hopkins. If you want a place to simply relax this is it.

Great House on the Bay!

Very clean and comfortable, more of a home away from home than a "rental". Loved being able to see the bay from inside the house. Great deck to relax on. All the furniture (indoor and outdoor) was so comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook some meals. Big bathrooms and plenty of space to put your things. Thank you for sharing this awesome home!

Fabulous!

Very clean and welcoming. Loved the beautiful fresh flowers and the well stocked kitchen. Fabulous views of the bay and loved watching all the birds from the deck. We enjoyed stay so much we will definitely be back.

Excellent stay

I can't say enough about this place. It was our fourth time coming here and it keeps getting better. It is a quiet location with plenty to do within a reasonable driving distance. The view from the deck is amazing. The home is everything you need. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, peaceful, and so well stocked

Beautifully remodeled with 180 views of the water from both floors, full upstairs separate suite, gas fireplace beautiful new deck and the house is stocked with everything you can imagine. The only thing we didn't find was ketchup! The owner is extremely responsive, picked up the phone and emails instantly to answer all questions. Wonderful grill top of the line microwave and dishwasher, comfortable beds, and all the beach you can ask for. Backs up onto the middle of Marvel Wildlife refuge, very peaceful area. A wonderful stay. Also, the local Walmart delivers anything you forgot in 90 minutes!

Three Generations

This property exceeded expectations!!! Stocked with everything you need for your weekend and the location is a 10/10. Plenty of space to enjoy each other in the open floor plan and comfortable places to gather. Two families with three generations of women stayed for a total of six guests.

Magical House, Magical Location!

This is the third winter getaway that my partner and I have traveled from Washington, DC to the Prime Hook/Slaughter Beach area. Everything about the Glennmoor cottage was wonderful! The house and its content exceeded my hopes and dreams in every way! The kitchen contains every tool imaginable (at least to me), and had PLENTY of storage containers for leftovers. There are beautiful views from every window. The living room seating is warm, comfortable, and welcoming. The beach is just out the back door. The neighborhood is quiet during the winter. It was mild during our stay and walking outside was easy and comfortable. I am in love with wetlands and salt marshes so we very much enjoyed walking in the area. We had several great meals in Milford and Milton, chatted with friendly people, read books, relaxed, even used the hot tub in February! I couldn't ask for a more kind and communicative host! I even enjoyed chatting with the neighbors! I can't wait to return. Thank you!

Great Winter Escape

This is an amazing place for a winter escape (Seems great for other seasons, but we went in the winter). Directly on the beach with access for walks, and bird watching across the street at the wetlands. Hot tub is great, and the night sky views are incredible. House is really comfortable, with a large kitchen and dining area. Short trip to Lewes for dinner or brunch.

A brief but lovely visit to the Delaware Bay.

We chose Glenmor Cottage as a quiet and peaceful place to celebrate our 58th anniversary and enjoy a winter visit to the shore. The home is beautifully decorated and cozy. Hope to return when the beach walk is a little warmer.

Relaxed and private on the coast

My wife and I drove down from Hershey for a quick trip to the coast, and this location was perfect for what we were looking for. We prefer the peaceful seclusion up north over the crowds at Rehoboth, and as avid bird watchers, we loved being so close to the nearby nature reserves. The avian wildlife in this area is clearly thriving and the porch / beach is a great place to setup for viewing. The home itself is well-maintained and would be great for a family with kids or multiple couples sharing, though it's particularly well-suited for families. It’s clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully kept. Like any beach house, there’s natural wear and tear, but it’s clear the owners take great care of the property and address any issues promptly. The amenities were great, clean and cozy couches, blankets, towels, and pillows. The heater and fireplace worked beautifully, so well in-fact that I’m thinking I need to upgrade mine!Thanks for the wonderful stay, we’d love to come back again!
