Notre maison ouverte de 3 chambres avec des poutres apparentes est entourée d'arbres avec des fenêtres pleines de lumière et de légèreté pour laisser souffler les alizés. Idéalement près de l'autoroute Haleakala, shopping, plages, aéroport avec un style de vie de pays Maui. Six personnes confortablement. Cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon idéal pour se détendre et un emplacement parfait à la fin d'un cul de sac sur une propriété privée de 1/2 acres Up Country Maui. Vous recevrez un panier de fruits tropicaux frais, notamment de l'ananas Maui Gold, des bananes aux pommes, des chocolats aux noix de macadamia, des confitures et des cafés et thés frais de la ferme.

Love the location and accomidation

Nice and spacious home that is quite and easy access to the mountains, sea, but away from traffic. I would stay there again when the opportunity arises.

Visiting Family

Our daughter lives nearby in Haiku so it was convenient to visit her. Marilyn is very helpful and stays in constant contact. She lives on the property. We would stay there again when visiting family.

Amazing experience

The house was very clean with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Marilyn and Ricky were so helpful and nice and helped us with everything we needed- they even lent us a bbq and boogie boards. We loved Upcountry as it felt extremely safe and family friendly, close to grocery, and easy to get to anywhere on the island. Overall it was a great experience.

Amazing hosts

Even though our flights were terribly delayed, Marilyn helped to make this stay wonderful! We wished we had more time to explore the beauty of this neighbourhood! They left us a lovely snack basket to greet us and really made us feel welcome! This was a wonderful short visit! Rick was above and beyond helpful and a great resource for this stay!

Family Reunion

My sister, old friends and I spent three nights at Pukalani. It was clean, peaceful, and comfortable. In the morning we went to the farmer's market and in the evening we cooked beautiful organic meals together. Great hub to explore Makawao, Paia, and Haleakala

Clean, safe, home-like and close to Paia

An amazing experience, with clean comfortable spacious rooms, good location for easy access to the North Shore. Laundry is important to us and they had good dryer/washer combo on the covered porch. Never saw an unwanted bug and had great conversation with the host who gave wonderful time tailored for our young family. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful house and hosts

This was such a great place to stay! It is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood, and the hosts Marilyn and Ricky are so friendly and generous. There were only two of us but there would be plenty of space for more people. We did not want to leave.

We had a great time staying here- the home was clean and very breezy with all the windows open. Washer and Dryer came in handy and the hosts were amazing We will definitely book it again

Wonderful upcountry location on Maui

This was a fantastic centralized location in the beautiful upcountry of Maui. This is a residential neighborhood so perfect for a family get away or when you don't want to deal with partiers next door. The neighbors do have dogs and some roosters (very common on Maui if you have never been), so don't be surprised if you hear them in the morning time. Marilyn is a fantastic host/owner, very communicative and was very helpful with suggestions for local farmer's markets and must-do/must-sees on Maui! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean place.

Thank you to our host with providing us a comfortable stay. Their place was clean and well equipped. Communication was good with our host. The neighbor did have a big party on the weekend so that may be something to think about for those that sleep light. I don't know how often they party but it was just one evening/night during our stay and I they are just having a normal good party. Rooms, supplies, washer / dryer, kitchen with cookware, coffee make, WiFi, TV are somethings featured. I would certainly recommend this place and would stay again. Location is good where there is a short drive to different places. You are unlikely to walk around this suburban area to explore ,as most of the places are homes thus count on a car and driving. Overall, thumbs up!

Lovely centralized spot

We wanted to explore the whole island efficiently so opted to stay more central. We didn’t need this big of a place as it was just two of us but we puked make a great spot for couples or a family. Very clean and easy to get to. It was a pleasure meeting the hosts who will make sure your stay is special!

Home away from home....

We definitely made the right choice in picking this temporary home for our vacation.. the place was very welcoming, relaxing, homey..... .. no exaggeration but it was superb!! . it made a big difference to our vacation! the place is surrounded with a lot trees and plants, which gave a nice breeze.... I think the best of it all is the very nice and generous owners,,,'would definitely recommend this place and would DEFINITELY stay here again. We'll miss this house,,, and we will miss Marilyn and Rick....

Amazing Experience

This property was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, easy to get to, great location on the island to get to all the destinations in Maui. The owners, Rick and Marilyn, are kind, helpful and greet you with fresh fruit. They have business experience with tours on the island so that have wonderful suggestions in helping you make all the must see spots if you need help like we did. We will book this home again on our next Maui trip.

Great spot for enjoying upcountry

This was the perfect place for us to start our trip in Hawaii. Located in a neighborhood in upcountry Maui, you really get a feel for the island. There was a wonderful breeze that kept the house cool and the beds were super comfy, which was great after a long plane ride. The neighbors were a bit noisy but they seemed to be enjoying themselves and a little white noise drowned it out. Close to beautiful beaches and Paia town this was a great place to start our adventures! The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Also if you’re planning to do the road to Hana it’s a great starting point!

Amazing experience!

If I could rate 6 stars, I would. Couldn't have hoped for a better place, the location is centralized shortening driving distance across the island. The house is fully equipped, very clean, has a lot of space in the common areas and even has a laundry. Marylin and her husband are thoughtful, gracious and very welcoming. Also, they know the island very well and will help you to navigate in Maui. The gifts we received were a nice touch to end our trip in the best mood possible. I strongly recommend this place.

Comfortable stay and thoughtful hosts

We enjoyed the treats in the Welcome Basket as well as the cookies Marilyn made. Both Ricky and Marilyn gave us helpful tips for local food and attractions; Ricky even lent us snorkeling equipment!! Their house was a comfortable place for us to stay and we were able to have a late checkout. Thank you for a good stay!!

Comfortable Ohana Cottage in the Trees

Cute guest house on a second floor [ there is a ramp to access, no stairs required] that feels like you're in a tree house. It is tucked away on a cul de sac that overall was pretty quiet. Marilyn and Rick were always available in person or via phone to answer any questions about the house or the area. Welcome basket with local goodies was a nice treat before we hit the grocery store, which is nearby. Would recommend staying here if you want to get away from hotels and condo complexes.

Ricky and Marilyn were awesome, generous, helpful and very accommodating to our needs. The welcome basket was an amazing touch, the house was nice and cozy which made our trip great. The nights were amazingly cool which was great as well. We definitely recommend their house and will for sure come back again. Mahalo for a great time!

Our home was built by my husband in 1987. He is born and raised on Maui and family arrived in the islands in the 1870's from the islands off Portugal the Azores and Madeira.
The property is lush and beautiful full of palm trees, coffee trees, pineapple plants, papaya, avocados and banana trees. We also own Maui Country Farm Tours since 2011 sharing Maui's Agricultural beauty.
