Entouré de verdure avec vue sur l'océan et la montagne, est une retraite calme, confortable et privée avec 2 espaces séparés (dont un avec moustiquaire) absorbant les sons agréablement doux de la nature! Plages, randonnées, villes et restaurants préférés des habitants à quelques minutes en voiture.

L'espace

Emplacement idéalement aménagé - loin des zones peu confortables mais pas trop éloignées pour atteindre les attractions les plus souhaitables de l'ßle.

The host, John, was excellent and brought us wonderful Maui bananas twice. The cottage was clean and comfortable with a small kitchen and a nice large lanai. The neighborhood was wonderful to walk in, and it was great to be away from tourist areas.

The host John is great, very response to help guest with there needs. The cottage is clean and has amenities most guest look for. The place beautiful and out of the way on North shore. Quit and very peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay at the evergreen cottage and hope to return. John was awesome and let us borrow some nice chairs for the beach. A wonderful property in a wonderful neighborhood, and nice private entrance.

The host John was very accommodating and accessible. The property was just what we wanted, easy access and quiet because we traveled with two mobility challenged guests. It was lovely! You need to cook before dark, and between daily rain showers.

This property is on a working banana plantation. It is in a beautiful rural area not far from the north coast of Maui. The cabin was perfect for two people with a private bath and kitchen and a beautiful Lanai, screened in porch. It did not have air conditioning but lots of air flow and evening rains. Staying there in the summer was rather hot, but it cooled down at night. John was an excellent host, available for questions but mostly out of sight. I would recommend this place to friends.

John is friendly, giving host with a beautiful organic farm. We tasted delicious fruit like avocado's and banana's. The cottage was nice and clean. The beds and mattresses slept good, we took the opportunity to sleep in the porch. We used the cottage to explore the whole island visting places like Hana, Makena, Kapalua and Haleakalā. In the central space surf and snorkeling gear was available to borrow. We had a great time. Our kids could play in the garden and even help cutting a banana tree. Many thanks.

My wife and just finished our stay at Maui adventure villa and it was great. John was a fantastic host very attentive and quick to answer any questions. the property is located right near the hana highway and the property grounds are beautiful. i definitely recommend staying there. hopefully well be able to make it back to Maui and will be hopefully staying there again... also the bananas were magnificent :)

Lovely cottage in Banana Farm

Enjoyed our stay, specifically sleeping in Lanai. Bonus: was able to capture time-lapse of Milkyway from the yard. John was very responsive and loved the super quiet neighborhood after our bustling North West and Kihei stays.

Tropical Paradise

This property was amazing! John the host communicated throughout our stay. The views from the property were beautiful. Waking up to birds chirping was such a delight. John was so generous with the bananas that are grown on the property. We took some with us to Oahu for family. We would book another vacation here without hesitation! You won’t regret it!

Quiet and serene

Had a lovely stay here and would definitely stay here again. I enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing surroundings, windows open, gentle breeze blowing, it was perfect for just me. John is a wonderful and attentive host. He provided coffee, and even some fresh off the tree, apple bananas. I found the property description to be accurate, so as with all things, pay attention to the details and you won’t be disappointed. For example, it’s a kitchenette and there’s no A/C, neither of which were an issue for me.

The Cottage

The cottage is an inviting peaceful place nestled between banana trees and palms. I spent most of my time while staying in the sunroom, listening to the wrestling of the palms in the wind. It’s a lovely place to stay.Thank you

Cute and private

My husband and I were fortunate to stay at the little bungalow that John offers. We found that it was very private feeling even with a couple other rentals close by. John’s as very friendly and attentive. We did not need much but he was there quick when we did. He takes great care of the property as well. It is perfect for 2 people. If we had little kids the porch would have been great for them or us to sleep. But as it sits for privacy it should be 2 people.

An amazing stay

The property was perfect for our family with an 8 and 10 year old. The kids slept on the lanai and were very comfortable. It really felt like you were out in nature. John was welcoming and the fresh bananas were great. We split our trip up with one week here and one week on the south shore and we’re very happy we did.

Our stay on Maui couldn't have been better. John is the perfect host, nice, accommodating and very friendly. He even lent us a few books on topics that we had briefly discussed when we arrived. We found that very thoughtful and not a given. The house was exactly as described and even better. It is incredibly quiet and beautifully located, you feel like you are in the middle of a small green oasis. And you even have a sea view from there. The house is equipped with everything you need. Even the kitchen was not lacking anything. It is furnished with a lot of love and it felt like coming home for us. We couldn't have imagined a nicer place for our time on Maui. Thank you John

Nice place to stay

Everything was good except the cooking stove which is outside the cottage. If you come late in the night, it’s not easy to cook out in the dark and mosquitoes are all around.
