Notre location de vacances Maui est autorisée (BBPH 2017/0004, SUP 2017/0010) et parfait pour votre rêve inoubliable vacances hawaïennes! Hale Leialoha est un chalet construit sur mesure de 1000 pieds carrés avec une grande terrasse couverte pour la détente et les repas en plein air. Comme notre invité, vous apprécierez la finition moderne et les commodités au milieu de la sensation décontractée du vieux Hawaiiana avec des meubles tropicaux partout. Hale Leialoha offre l'opportunité de découvrir le mode de vie reposant de Maui situé sur cinq hectares tropicaux avec des pâturages et des chevaux de l'autre côté de la rue. Family Vacation

So peaceful and a wonderful way to start our first time on Maui- the property was zen-like. We wished we had spent our whole holiday there instead of staying at the beach for the second part of our stay. We will definitely return.

Beautiful cottage in Haiku

The cottage was exactly as described with upscale finishes throughout. Included were comfy beds, lots of extra towels, places to sit inside and on the lanai. Everything you needed to prepare meals with eating inside and outside. Highly recommend for up to 6 people who want to stay upcountry on Maui. Towns of Paia, Haiku and Makawao are nearby.

Beautiful home to relax and enjoy while in Hawaii

Our family of 5 stayed at Dave and Natalie's home. It was such a retreat and relaxing getaway. We love the quiet setting. We didnt mind driving becuase it really is close to so much. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Dave and Natalie such wonderful hosts. Let the kids visit the goats and cows. We so generous with lending the boogie boards and chairs for us to use. It was really a perfect place! We cant wait to come and stay again. Also, the beds and pillows were a dream! So comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook, and the bbq was such a bonus!

Tropical Family Vacation

This rental was perfect for our family - Grandpa & Lovie; Adult Daughter & Son-in-Law and 4 yr old granddaughter! The location is perfect for spending time in Upcoutry! Close to the RTH, Makawao, Paia, and getting to the top of Haleakala for sunrise (if you have a reservation). West Maui is a bit of a drive, but we weren't spending much time there on this trip. Having a house to prepare breakfast and eat-in dinner after a long day of sight-seeing was the perfect start & ending of each day. Games and puzzles available at the house helped keep the little one occupied. And so did the goats! Will definitely inquire about staying there for our next trip!

My husband, two daughters (ages 14 and 12), and I loved the location and house. The house had more than plenty of room and was gorgeous. Loved the outdoor wrap around covered deck and country feel. We would love to stay here again. The hosts are kind and helpful.

Amazing!!

Our stay was amazing!! Quiet, relaxing, and such a beautiful setting. The house was set up with everything you need for a most pleasant stay. It was close to the town of Paia, the road to Hana, and Haleakula. Our hosts, Dave and Natalie, were also amazing. They were very personal, friendly, and quick to respond when we locked ourselves out. I will recommend this place to everyone I know that is visiting Maui. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Maui.

The Perfect Rental

Everything about this rental was a positive experience. The property is as described and located in a quiet neighborhood and the location was perfect for exploring the Road to Hana and the National Park. It’s central enough to quickly drive to other parts of the Island. The house is very welcoming and well appointed. The covered porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails and the Maui breeze so comforting. We loved it here. And often more importantly, the beds were quality comfort. The hosts had several beach chairs available which we utilized at several beaches. Would not hesitate to book again.

Peaceful paradise

We woke up everyday to paradise in Dave and Natalie’s lovely home. Our family of 6 enjoyed every minute. It was such a peaceful place to come home to after a long day at the beach. We also enjoyed the veranda for fun family time or just hanging out and enjoying the grounds. We will always treasure our 8 day stay.

Beautiful cottage

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Dave and Natalie’a cottage. The house is very well kept, had everything we needed. Dave and Natalie were so friendly and easy to communicate. the location of the house is stunning, close to Paia and Makawao. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and exploring all the natural Beauty around. Definitely recommend staying here! Mahalo Dave and Natalie.

By far the best vacation rental we’ve been to.

Such a beautiful home, and so well thought out. If you’re even debating renting this place, don’t just do it you will not regret it. David and Natalie were an absolute dream and so I was their home. Haiku is one of the most lush parts of Maui and it’s only 10 to 15 minutes from the ocean!

Great Rental in Haiku

Updated two bedroom cottage on welll manicured grounds. Very comfortable stay for our family of four. Great kitchen, bathrooms and washer/dryer. They even had beach towels, chairs, and sand toys for the kids. A bit of a drive to the West side of the Island but we were exploring and it was such a good value we didn't mind.

Wonderful home in a country setting

Dave and Natalie have provided a very comfortable home for guests. We were two couples, each with our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is just like home with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The covered back porch is so pleasant any time of day. The washer and dryer was an extra bonus. Located about 20 minutes from the airport, it is a very convenient location. It is quiet and peaceful. This home is a refuge at the end of a long day of exploring. Dave and Natalie live next door and are available to answer any questions. We highly recommend this place.

Maui's hidden gem in haiku

This serene cottage, for my family was the perfect setting for our New Year celebration. From the well kept grounds to the wrap around patio that we spent early mornings & evenings enjoying in such a peaceful neighborhood. Our first visit to Haiku, Maui staying in "our dream home" cottage as my family referred to it. The kitchen was equipped for us to prepare meals for the day. Everything we needed was provided. Clean & also well stocked was the bathrooms & 2 bedrooms. The extra bedding came in handy especially with the little chill in the air...which WE LOVED. Although we were in Maui, HI and most people would spend everyday out & about adventuring. We decided to spend one whole day just cuddling in the cottage. It was relaxing & the best quality time spent to end 2017. We loved being greeted by the owners when we arrived & their hospitality was superb! Q If you want to experience true Maui you must stay here.

Magical Perfection!!

This magical home, in the majestic town of Haiku, was more than remarkable; it was outstanding!! The memories of the endless views, the distinct calm in the air and constant trade winds have us yearning to return...each and every day! The home is absolutely spotless & affords a traveler every convenience of home: a wonderful washer/dryer, two spacious bedrooms/bathrooms, a beautiful carport, luxurious linens, comfortable beds, a family friendly living room/TV, wrap around deck and a lanai (patio) that became our favorite morning coffee spot and evening dining or cocktail location! The kitchen is well equipped and spacious and the hosts have a beautiful outdoor grill. Everything about this home is truly magical-you should have no hesitation and you would be fortunate if you find it available!! The home owners exude love and light and have consequently poured that into their home! We feel fortunate to have met them in person to share stories and learn more about the community. They have lived on Maui for over 50 years and are deeply connected to the island. They personally built this home on their 5+ acre parcel and once lived in this rental while their second home was being built... thus the endless quality craftsmanship and attention to detail are everywhere. They respect your privacy but also are there for you in a moments notice should you have any questions or require assistance. Just a perfect escape!! Mahalo Nui Loa, Natalie & Dave!!

May 8- Sept. 8, 2021 First of all, we agree with all the glowing 5-star ratings for Hale Leialoha. We found this property to be the perfect oasis in this time of covid. We were out in the countryside, yet near the North Shore beaches, Upcountry towns/villages, with wonderful restaurants, shops, and convenient food markets. We loved the nearby forest reserves with miles of beautiful trails. Our own Hog Back (HB) Road even had a small wooded path at the end of the street. Actually, walking up and down HB Rd. provided outstanding views of the ocean in one direction and Mt. Haleakala in the other. Of the many beaches- nearby and further afield- we enjoyed Baldwin Cove and Mama's. They were protected from the constant trade winds and provided exceptional home bases for TURTLES!! Whether lying around lazily in the sand or frolicking in the waves, they provided endless hours of entertainment and plenty of photo ops! On a previous visit to Maui, we fell in love with Mama's Fish House and Haliimale General Store, which were only a few minutes drive away. We also enjoyed Kula Bistro, Baked on Maui, and Haiku's Nuka and Colleen's at the Cannery. Our favorite dining venue became Hale Leialoha's comfortable lanai, with outstanding sunset views and pleasant sunrises to greet the day. Our hosts, Natalie and Dave, could not have been more personable, gracious, helpful and accommodating! They are the epitome of what superhosts should be! We felt very welcomed in the cottage adjacent to their own lovely home and appreciated that they respected our privacy at the same time. We were close enough to the major tourist spots in Lahaina, Wailea, Kaanapali, and Kapalua, that we could easily visit whenever we wanted. We even took a few overnight "vacations" in Lahaina and Hana. Wherever we went, we were always happy to return "home" to the tranquility of Hale Leialoha. We elected not to do any island hopping while we were here because of the covid restrictions and because there was plenty to do on the "Valley Isle". This provided us with an opportunity for unhurried exploring and repeat visits to favorite sights. We were so close to the Road to Hana that we spread our visits over multiple days, avoiding the busy times. This is a wonderful cottage in a lovely location with the best hosts that we have ever encountered, and, we have met some wonderful hosts in Tuscany, Ireland, Algarve, Normandy, The Cotswolds, Andalusia, and many spots in the US.

Peaceful Scenery

This place is fantastic and is a short drive to grocery store and restaurants. You will enjoy peace and quiet, horses, goats and chickens/roosters! Super clean and friendly hosts live in the main house on the property.

The perfect upcountry cottage

This cottage is a wonder - great location, beautiful interior and well appointed with everything we could possibly need. Our hosts were lovely. We spent 6 amazing days here and it's literally no more than 30 minutes from any upcountry and central Maui location. Stay here, you'll love it.

Great stay!

Everything was wonderful. Some folks who are light sleepers may want ear plugs because if the dogs and chicken in the morning but they didn't bother us. Kitchen was well stocked. We were very comfortable.
