Belle ferme de plus de 100 hectares Ă  seulement 4 miles de la ville (les chevaux sont les bienvenus)

EntrĂ©e privĂ©e de cette suite 1 chambre qui s'ouvre Ă  un salon trĂšs spacieux avec un canapĂ© et un fauteuil, un petit canapĂ© et une cheminĂ©e Ă©lectrique. La chambre est trĂšs spacieuse avec un lit queen, un coin salon et des portes-fenĂȘtres donnant sur le balcon. La salle de bain a une baignoire et une douche sĂ©parĂ©e. NOTE: Il n'y a pas de cuisine dans cette suite.
Vous aurez une totale confidentialité. Il y a aussi un mini réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et cafetiÚre dans cette suite.

Nous disposons Ă©galement de terrains de camping primitifs Ă  louer si vous ou un membre de la famille aimeriez faire du camping.

Notre ferme est située sur une superficie de plus de 100 acres avec de belles vues et de superbes sentiers de randonnée pédestre. LES CHEVAUX SONT LES BIENVENUS pour une somme modique, alors amenez votre partenaire. Nous sommes dans un cadre trÚs privé et l'atmosphÚre est sereine. Il y a tellement de choses à faire dans la région ou vous pouvez lancer vos pieds et simplement prendre les vues et vous détendre.

Il s'agit d'une ferme de chevaux qui travaille, vous pouvez donc voir des tracteurs de temps en temps, des chevaux dans des pĂąturages, des chĂšvres, des moutons et d'autres animaux de ferme.

Situé à env. 4 miles du centre-ville Lewisburg WV's fine diners, antiquaires et magasins pittoresques.

À seulement quelques minutes, la magnifique route Greenbrier River de Virginie-Occidentale (77 milles) est l'un des meilleurs sentiers ferroviaires d'AmĂ©rique et populaire auprĂšs des cyclistes, des randonneurs, des marcheurs, du kayak, des cavaliers et des skieurs de fond. La plus grande partie de la piste longe la magnifique riviĂšre Greenbrier et traverse une campagne pittoresque qui serpente Ă  travers la vallĂ©e de la riviĂšre. Il ne fait aucun doute que vous verrez de nombreuses espĂšces de faune intĂ©ressante le long de cette merveilleuse piste.

Il y a aussi beaucoup de bons parcs Ă  proximitĂ© ... Greenbier State Forrest, Droop Mountain Battlefield SP. ForĂȘt nationale de Monongahela (Glande de canneberges), Bear Town, Babcock State Park, Blue Stone State Park, New River Gorge National River, Summersville Lake, Moncove Lake SP, il y a trop de liste Ă  faire. Certaines autres attractions sont Lost World Caverns, Organ Cave, Carnegie Hall, The Greenbrier Resort, Greenbrier Historical Society et North House Museum, Rails to trails, beaucoup de ponts couverts dans la rĂ©gion et la station de ski en raquettes.

What a wonderful place to stay, The suite was Great and the location was fantastic. . We wanted a place that had privacy but still close to the fair and Lewisburg and this was it. our host Cheryl was amazing, anything we needed she took care of. I would highly recommend CBRanch. Close to eveything!

Hidden, peaceful gem

Came to run Greenbrier Half and didn’t want to pay exorbitant price of the resort. Found this gem that was a great price and so much nicer! Brooke was kind enough to take us for a tour of the property, Cheryl found a toaster I could use for my bagel and we felt totally at home. Comfortable living room, amazing deck to watch the horses and goats. Love the bathroom and good water pressure. Plenty of light. Highly recommend this off the beaten path place!

Idyllic farm spot for a get-away!

What a wonderful place! We had such a good time there - exploring the farm trails and meadows, roasting smores over the campfire, watching the sheep & horses & goats, eating breakfast on the porch. It's a great location - it's such an idyllic & peaceful farm setting that it feels far away from everything, yet only a short drive to town, and close to so many different parks & forests that we had a really hard time picking which hikes to do. The place is lovely inside too - it actually feels larger & more luxurious in person than the pictures show. (We especially enjoyed the comfy recliner!) Thank you, Cheryl and Brooke! We're already hoping we can make it back again sometime :)

Wonderful stay

My husband & I were in town for a golf tournament and stayed in Cheryl & Brookes one bedroom suite. When you walk in the front door you walk into the living area which was quite large and cozy. The bedroom is quite large and has a private deck off of the back. The bathroom has a good sized sunken tub and separate shower. My husband loved sitting on the deck at night and in the morning while drinking his coffee watching all of the farm animals. Cheryl & Brooke couldn’t have been nicer. I 100% recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

Exceeded all expectations

The hosts are great - thoughtful and super friendly to speak with when our paths crossed but they really do respect your privacy. The house is exactly as in the photos: gorgeous views, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We loved watching the goats carry on while enjoying our coffee and the quiet morning from the private balcony. The property is honestly an easy 4 mile drive from downtown Lewisburg but feels very remote. There is so much to do in the area - shopping downtown, the Lost World Caverns, The Greenbrier, tours and tastings at Smooth Ambler and Hawk Knob Hard Cider & Mead - and many more places to see next time!

Want a peaceful, beautiful farm getaway?

This property is gorgeous and the rooms are perfect. Private and well-appointed with all the little detailed extras (only better) that a hotel room would provide. I can’t say enough about how delighted we were with our first VRBO. The home is really not far from downtown Lewisburg. We enjoyed our dinner (brought in) on the private deck overlooking pastures of horses, sheep and goats and watching a deer run through the field. Morning coffee, same spot on the deck. Thank you to our hosts for giving us a tour of you farm. I only wish we could have relaxed there longer. If you’re wondering if you should stay here, you should. Book it.

Highly recommend the CB Ranch for your next getaway!

I was looking for a private, quiet refreshing getaway from people & Adulting; I found it at CB Ranch! It's perfect! The house is spacious & decorated with older, gorgeous furniture! It may not have a kitchen, but I won't planning to cook on Vacation anyway & the refrigerator, coffee maker & microwave were all I needed! The Property Owner Cheryl was so helpful with anything or any questions I had before & during my vacation! The views of nature & hearing all the different wildlife from the House & patio were refreshing! Only 4 miles from town, I had plenty of food options to pick from! I will definitely be back! I've found my private, quiet refreshing getaway!

Beautiful location but Creepy people, Went through our stuff!

My daughter and I had planned to stay on the property and booked back in May. We changed our plans and had 2 friends come with. When I asked before checking in about the situation I was told only 2 people could stay in this unit. A hotel was booked for the extras and thank goodness, because we had to use it. When we arrived we were greeted by the owners who were stating that the septic would overflow or there wouldn't be enough hot water. You should be pumping your septic out regularly if you own a property like this. Not our responsibility. Tranquil?!? There was a tent in the side yard to the property right out a window without curtains. The house is connected to owners house and there are not locks on the side you stay but only on their side. We had checked in, left for the fair and when we returned we could tell someone had been through our bag. We felt a bad vibe from the get go so we purposely set things up to see if this would happen. At that point we saw the owner as well walk through another property yet we were told upon check in that the place was fully booked. Why are you walking through past 11pm? Needless to say I did not feel comfortable to stay and be watched or listened to. Very creepy! Couple notes to owners, get on demand water heaters (no scares there won't be enough hot water when you over booked your own property) and use the extensive price for what you get to get the septic pumped!

Great getaway out of doors

Great experience throughout the whole process. The ranch is beatiful. The directions and checkin was very helpful. Property clean. All amenities and very thoughtful. Very slight drawback, roads to property could be hard to traverse in heavy rain or snow. But dont let that deter you! Come visit!

Wonderful Place To Stay!

This is a great place to stay. Beautiful country setting. We enjoyed the views and all the animals they have on their property. The rooms we stayed in were clean and beautifully decorated. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and seeing the animals, including a few deer. The owners were very nice and hospitable. It was a very peaceful and relaxing time in the country while yet only ten minutes from town. We like taking photographs so we went to several covered bridges in the area, as well as the New River Gorge Bridge which was about an hour away. Lost World Cavern is in Lewisburg too. I would highly recommend this to others. M. B.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The lodging was very nice and we enjoyed watching all the farm animal.

The property was fine. Very comfortable living place and sleeping space. Loved watch the farm animals from the back deck. Did not minded the rough ride in, having been in the area before, we came prepared in my pickup truck (which we needed giving all the stuff my wife brings along, LOL). My only suggestions would be hook up the TV to get channels and maybe more cooking appliances.

Wonderful Getaway at CB Ranch!

This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy serene landscapes and a well appointed living area. The cozy suite is very nicely decorated, comfortable and the patio is a great spot to unwind and take in the wonderful views of the ranch! From the horses, goats, sheep, ducks and all of the other farm animals, it it truly a unique experience. Cheryl and Brooke are such gracious hosts and made our stay one to remember! We also got to meet all of their dogs which was an added bonus! Brooke was also kind enough to take us on an extended tour of the property which was awesome! Cozy and comfortable in the country

Cheryl and Brooke were awesome hosts. Their farm is a working farm with adorable creatures, especially the goats! They have a lovely hiking path around the perimeter of the property and it was fun just watching and hearing all the animals. The town of Lewisburg is very cute with a large array of restaurants.

Wonderful Getaway!

Hello my name is Cheryl, I have always had a passion for horses and nature. I started out with a pony at the age of 10 and I have owned and worked around horses every since. I have worked for trainers at race tracks in MD and WV. I've also worked on breeding and training farms. In 1997 I decided to buy my own farm and start a boarding/lesson facility which I operated for over 18 years. I cared for many different breeds of horses and made a lot of friends (two legged and four legged) in those years and I thoroughly enjoyed ever minute of it.

In 2010, I met my soul mate (Robert) who also loves animals and nature. We decided to spent some time traveling, we enjoy camping/hiking/biking/kayaking in different areas. Within a few years we found Greenbrier County WV and fell in love with the beauty and ambiance of the area.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

In 2015 we sold the farm in Maryland and moved to the beautiful mountains of WV where we bought a 100+ acre farm and brought our older horses/ponies with us. In 2017 we have decided to open our farm up for other people to come join us in this beautiful terrain. This area is a wonderful place for people to retire but it is also a awesome place to vacation as well. Country life just can't be beat with the mountains, open pastures, forest, fresh air, clean water, etc. I could go on and on.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with this farm when we first step out of our car the day the realtor brought us here. It is so relaxing and private here and we have tons of wildlife to watch. When we hiked up the hill we could not believe the beautiful views from up there as well and the awesome trails it had for hiking or horseback riding. It was everything we had hope for, we looked for almost three years before finding our dream farm..
