VILLA MARINA is a beautiful three-story private villa. It sleeps 10 people. Villa Marina is 280 square meters and it features a private swimming pool, panoramic private terraces, parking, air conditioning, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. From Villa Marina you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline.


Villa Marina is located in Nerano, on the Amalfi Coast side of the Sorrento Peninsula. It’s a truly magical place, the stuff of dreams, made up of panoramic routes, green rocky cliffs overlooking the sea, hills covered in lemon trees and typical Mediterranean foliage, a countryside full of history, culture, and colour. Some people have likened this coast to a balcony overlooking the sea, and this is just the impression you’ll have when staying at Villa Marina. The gorgeous plateau on which Villa Marina sits looks down on the Tyrrhenian Sea and the coastline which, on this stretch, is steep, lush, and never dull, so much so that it’s also known as the Divine Coast. It offers a breath-taking panoramic view, full of intense colours, bold shapes, and captivating scents. From the villa’s wonderful spacious terraces, you’ll be able to enjoy the view of the coast and the sea, a place to both relax and rejuvenate.

You will be approximately 700 meters from Nerano, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store. The closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) is at roughly 1 km. At 400 meters, you will find the closest restaurant, the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line.
For a successful stay at Villa Marina, we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it in a reserved parking space.

You will reach Villa Marina from the parking area going up an external stairway, which consists of approximately 30 steps.

THE ABOVE-GROUND PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL is 4 meters large by 8 meters long, 1.2 meters deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun loungers and an external shower. It is partly shaded by olive trees. From the swimming pool, you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

THE FIRST TERRACE is 45 square meters large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace, you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coastline.

THE SECOND TERRACE is 45 square meters large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. You will be able to reach it from the first terrace. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a ping-pong table.

FIRST APARTMENT – BOTTOM FLOOR

THE FIRST LIVING ROOM has modern furnishings. Here, you will find a sofa, a dining table for ten guests and a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. From the living room, you will be able to enter the first terrace through two French doors.

THE FIRST KITCHEN it is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen, a French door will take you to the terrace and the garden.

THE FIRST BATHROOM is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hair drier and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

THE LAUNDRY ROOM has a washing machine, clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.


FIRST APARTMENT – TOP FLOOR


THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM has a matrimonial bed and a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hair drier and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. From the bedroom, you will be able to enter a terrace with a marvellous view of the sea through a French door.

THE SECOND BEDROOM has a matrimonial bed and a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has a window overlooking the gardens of the surrounding houses. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor.

THE THIRD BEDROOM has a matrimonial bed and a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has a window overlooking the sea. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor.

THE THIRD BATHROOM is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hair drier and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.


SECOND APARTMENT


THE SECOND LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHEN has two sofas and a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). In the living room, you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a microwave oven, a dining table for four guests, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. From the living room, you will be able to enter the second terrace through two French doors.

THE FOURTH BEDROOM has a matrimonial bed and a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom, you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor.

THE FOURTH BATHROOM it is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hair drier, a fully enclosed shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.



Important things to know

- Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 5 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.
