Here we have a beautifully presented 3 bedroom Villa (sleeps 6) situated on the popular La Finca Golf resort near Algorfa on the Costa Blanca Spain.

The Villa is detached with stunning views of the La Finca golf course and surrounding areas. Situated right on the 3rd Tee of the course you are never too far from the action.
It benefits from a outdoor dining area, well sized outdoor garden space, off road parking, UK, and in fact multi-national Television, Fibre Optic Wifi Internet throughout the villa, Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and all the luxuries you would imagine in a Villa of this standard. For the winter months the villa also has non-intrusive panel heaters attached to the walls in all rooms. Ideal to take a chill from the room in the cooler months.

The accommodation consists of a double bed master bedroom which leads onto the upper balcony where you will find an outside terrace and seating area with BBQ and elevated views of the area and Golf course, the master bedroom is with en-suite (shower, toilet and sink). On the ground floor, you will find another 2 bedrooms, both equipped with double beds.
A large living space with both a sofa and relaxation chairs, the floor to ceiling window from the lounge offer a great view of the valley and up to the prestigious La Finca Golf clubhouse. The lounge has Vaulted, exposed beam ceilings offering an expansive airy feel to the well decorated modern area. A well sized kitchen with all appliances catered for. Also dining table with seating for 4 - 6. Again, all offering some great views of the course and surrounding areas. The benefit of the Air-Con comes into its own during the summer months and can be a welcome respite from the 35ºC + temperatures. A main bathroom accommodated with bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Is also located on the ground floor along with a WC only area.

Although the villa is without its own private pool, the communal pool is no more than a 10 second walk from the villa and offers a large pool, with children's pool area as well as some beautifully kept gardens in one of the best communities within the resort.

The Villa is roomy and spacious with great terraces overlooking La Finca golf course on two sides. We had a lovely time with friends around the communal pool and in the various restaurants either in. Algorfa , by the near by beaches or at the top.

Nice villa in a quite area

A nice villa in a quite area but still within a short walk to the local bars and restaurants. The only thing I would say is that the main pool is quite deep but there is a shallow kiddies pool as well.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The owners arrived at purchasing this property having spent many years themselves letting holiday accommodation on the resort, having used their time to build up an idea of what they wanted from the area and indeed the property, this one ticked ALL the boxes. With fantastic views of the course and surrounding area's, there was no hesitation in proceeding with the purchase. The area is great with a lot of local towns and also busier towns which are not a long drive away. The Villa can be what you want it to be, if it is quiet and great scenery you are after, this has it. If it is a base for a golfing break, this is it. If it is a luxury place to enjoy when you are not exploring the area this is it. All in all, a great all rounder within a great resort.

Of course, the golf is ideal. A stones throw to the clubhouse and within a short drive of many more. This, but at the same time only a short (and quick) drive to the perfect beaches of the Costa Blanca. This Villa is not just about the golfing, it is about the area. Far enough away from the busy coastal resorts if you are not wishing to have that, yet not too far away from them if you wish to go to them. Enjoy the perfect and picturesque surrounding area from the pool or the terrace while enjoying a glass of wine watching the sunset between the mountains of Oriheula. With bars and restaurants only a 5 minute walk away or take a drive to other towns and find other places of interest. This villa is bound to satisfy what ever you wish to achieve during your stay there.
