It is a beachfront property and consists of 9 floors with two lifts, has a private beach where are positioned the umbrellas of the apartments, one for each apartment. The sandy beach is prepared by 15/5 at 15/9 each year, where each guest can relax with his family full of fun between sand and sea.
Apartment on the 7th floor of a building with two elevators and private beach, composed by living-room with double sofa bed for two people, a separate little kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a large balcony. Parking area (not enough for everyone). The House is equipped with TV and washing machine. The accommodation includes the use of a beach umbrella and two lounges on the beach under the building with direct access from the condominium.
Located in the Centre of Lido di Pomposa, facing the sea, and served by numerous shops is ideal for families with children and for those who want to spend the holidays without using public transportation. The excellent location allows you to go down on the waterfront and stroll around the shops.

BEDS
The apartment has a maximum of 4 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed.

SERVICES ON REQUEST

Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.
Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.

ANIMAL HOSPITALITY
Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night. In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money.

BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.).
If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 60.00 will be charged.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 60.00.

TOURIST TAX
€ 0.30 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
