Great getaway

We had a great time in this property. We loved that every room had their own bathroom, everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels and you couldn’t stay any closer to the pool. We would definitely rent again.

Best Spot in the St. George Area!

We come to St. George every year but this is the first year we stayed here and we will be back! Clean, very kid friendly, close to Snow Canyon state park and the owners were very easy to get ahold of and communicate. I have 3 kids and there was toys, high chair, play pen, books, just everything to accommodate a family. Loved our stay so much!

Golf Trip

Overall it was a great place to stay and a good location for us since we golfed five different courses during our stay. The only negatives were: the barbecue had not been properly cleaned in a long time, nor had the dryer vent. Also, there was a very broken chair on the bottom patio (basically had a large hole in the sitting part of the chair). We still enjoyed our stay and loved that it was right next to the pool. We would recommend this property!

Labor Day Getaway with family and Friends

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great long weekend getaway for my family and friend. My family has stayed at at the Ledges before but my friend has not. This was our first time staying at the Poolside Palisades and we picked it because of the EV charging advertised and the balcony. It was a great, spacious, clean and well-appointed condo in a fantastic location right next to the wonderful community pool! My biggest complaint was the high curbs in the community that if you drive a sports car or a lower suspension vehicle, you WILL damage your car as my friend did.{I drive an SUV so it was ok ] I feel the owner should either purchase a wedge or a ramp to bridge the street access to the driveway so renters don't damage their vehicles. The owner should also disclose in their EV advertisement it is only a 240 V outlet that may require a special adapter for certain vehicles [ think Tesla owners].Overall, it was a wonderful stay. The kitchen was a little under-stocked as compared to other VRBOs I've stayed in but we managed alright. The refrigerator was pretty basic (flimsy shelves) but spacious. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would stay again. (my friend may not as she damaged her car). We used the pool often as it was literally next door and fantastic! We loved the grill and the beautiful, peaceful deck and balcony. This was exactly the respite we were looking for when we booked the Poolside Palisades!

Fantastic home in a beautiful setting!

We loved our stay at the Ledges. We usually stay with family in town, but needed some extra space. The home was such a pleasant surprise- located right by the pool, plenty of indoor and outdoor space and fully stocked. If we ever need overflow space again this will be it!

Great rental

We were there as a family for my son’s medical school graduation. The condo comfortably accommodated all of us. It was a wonderful place to gather. It is also right next to the pool.

Great spot

Very nice. We had more space than we needed but knew that going in. We're pretty low maintenance, but the check-in process was easy and everything was fine. This unit is right next to one of the pools which was a nice bonus.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. The home is as described: clean, well appointed, and close to neat places: Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, fun parks, etc. The home is next the pool and extra parking, which is nice. The kitchen is well stocked, as are the five bathrooms. Our littles (5-13 y/o) liked the bunk room. However, the trundle is basically useless as you cannot open the door when it’s employed. Our only complaint is that the entrance to the garage is tricky/stressful due to a light pole being in the line of entry. Thus, you have to come at the driveway at an angle (also due to the steep curb) and do a bit of a back and forth maneuvering with your vehicle to get in and out of the garage. If you have anything larger than a minivan, your vehicle will probably not fit in the garage.

Poolside Palisades

Rented this amazing place for a boys golf trip. Condo was amazing and right next to the pool and hottub. Very quit and the beds are amazing. See ya next year.

Holiday Getaway

We loved our stay at the ledges! Kids and adults alike loved this poolside property for the extra convenience. The kitchen had everything we needed. Each bedroom has its own designated bathroom which is a nice perk. And the outdoor gathering spaces made it seem so much bigger because we could spread out if wanted. Would rent here again. The only issue we had was that the dryer makes a terrible, loud screeching noise while on. It’s enough to drive you crazy. Maintenance was good to quickly respond but couldn’t get a repair man to fix it while we were there, probably because of the holiday.
