Another great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has come here for the past few years as our tradition. We like to attend shows at Tuacahn and this property fits our family's needs perfectly. It is clean and well-appointed. We cooked most of our meals in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen. The Olympics were on so we could gather in the living area as a group to watch events. The beds are comfortable and there is enough space for everyone. We used the laundry facilities. My only suggestion to improve would be to open the pool earlier. It doesn't open until 10 but the weather was warm enough for swimming much earlier than that. The customer service before and after our stay was superb. Katlin sent me pictures of what was in the kitchen so we could plan meals. Dan called to let us know a personal item was left behind after we checked out and quickly got it shipped to us. We had an issue come up while we were there and after a text to management, maintenance came to resolve things. It's those kinds of things that will keep us coming back. Thanks, Launchpad at Ledges, for another wonderful family vacation.

We were a large group, and this property met our needs very well. We prepared most of our meals while there, and found the kitchen well-stocked with the utensils, dishes, and appliances that we needed.

A light was out over the sink and the door knob was falling off but we love to stay in the launch pad because everyone has a bed.

Amazing property

The pool is right next to the property. Access to it was so convenient! All instructions are clearly laid out. There was an incident where I left a request for a call back. The property is much faster at responding via email/messaging than calling.

Great place for families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general, this is a great place to stay! We’ve chosen to book this condo for several years in a row and really like it. It’s very close to the pool and not too far from town (about 20 minutes) and not too far from Tuacahn (20 minutes). We appreciate having 5 bathrooms when our whole family is there, and all the bedrooms! It’s so nice to have pool towels available there. We noticed this time the carpets could use cleaning as well as the kitchen floor. There is a mat in the kitchen that’s very dirty and cracked and should be replaced. The trash bins in the garage smell so bad! We couldn’t keep them in the garage because of the smell-they definitely need to be cleaned.
