"My Happy Place" is excited to welcome you and your dog to this charming rental in The Ledges. Bring your lovable dog and enjoy this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 2,692 sq foot dog-friendly unit. "My Happy Place" will quickly become everyone’s happy place, including the dog! With comfortable seating throughout, you can enjoy a movie or the next big game with the entire family. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the necessities to create wonderful meals and even better memories together. For hours of family fun, there is a foosball table and a ping pong table as well!

When the sun starts to set, you can find most guests enjoying an evening on the 2nd-floor deck with seating for everyone and a fire pit to enjoy! "My Happy Place" is fully equipped with beautiful décor, comfort for everyone, pools, and much more! We can’t wait for "My Happy Place" to become your happy place! It's a gorgeous home, decorated to the nines!

The Ledges vacation community sits just north of St. George, Utah, and is surrounded by 360 degrees of stunning views. Beautiful Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautifully decorated and accommodated all of our needs. However, we did have an issue with pet hair. The upper deck cushions were covered in hair to the point that we could not use the patio furniture. Some of the guests struggled due to pet allergies. The kitchen trash had not been taken out prior to arrival. But overall, our group was satisfied with our stay.

Our Vacation Happy Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the rental had to offer. The outdoor spaces were great, especially evenings enjoying the upstairs balcony with the firepit. We appreciated how well stocked the rental was with staples like toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry soaps, etc. Plenty of appliances, including a Keurig (new addition), towels, etc. Would definitely recommend. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to refresh the mattress and bedding in the downstairs master - the mattress was a bit soft and older so the sheets were much too big (didn’t stay in place) and the sheets, although clean, were showing some wear. Thanks again for a lovely rental. If we’re ever back in St George, this is definitely the first place we’ll look to rent.

Great place to stay

Location was great. House was immaculate, just as pictured. It had everything you could possibly need. Close to downtown, shopping, hiking yet out of the crowds. Amazing views. We loved sitting on the upper deck at night by the fire. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was perfectly located for us, was dog friendly but super clean. It has everything you need, plenty of beds for everyone and such a happy positive vibe! Cant wait to make this one of our favs and try to get it everytime we are down! Loved it! Great communication!

Family picture weekend with the family and dogs 🐶

We had an amazing stay at the condo. Pet accommodations were a huge part of the positive experience. We could not have asked for better amenities. Check in and check out instructions were sent with plenty of advance time and simple and easy to follow. Will for sure be renting here again in the future! Thank you for sharing your condo with us and allowing our pets to join us as well!

It really was a happy place!!

We loved our stay! It was a great location for us and fit our family perfectly. It is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. We loved the pools and pickle-ball courts! The only complaint was that upon our arrival, there was some dog urine in a few spots on the carpet and rug that was fresh enough to smell. We reported it and management got right back to me with an apology. Other than that, the place was super clean and lovely. We were very happy!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just what we needed after camping in our rv for two weeks. The management and building owner went out of their way to drop off an ink cartridge for the printer as I had a needed a printer for work. They picked one up and dropped it off within a couple hours. It saved the day for me. Would definitely stay there again and hopefully for a much longer period of time. A great layout and location.

Nice property & good hosts

Spent a week at this property. It was clean and well equipped. The property management was timely and clear with their inputs. The location is approximately 15 min from grocery & restaurants but located close to the north entrance to the state park. Only minor issue is that the non-stick cookware is pretty badly beat up. We had a family member with a gluten allergy - we had to go buy some clean cookware to be able to feed him safely due to the inability to adequately clean the current cookware. We will definitely come back (with our own pan). There is a small grassy area right next to the unit for taking pets out. I highly recommend, especially if you're looking for park access.

Carpet was dirty upon entering condo appliances had damage to outside . Pillows on patio and couch were not fluffed but warm out and dirty. Garage door kept slamming the whole time entering and leaving . Making it hard for a disabled veteran to bring in and out there luggage . Door handle went into a locking position after door slamming.. Air conditioning was turn off due to city outages make it bearable cool.The toilet paper was if they bought it from the dollar store.Then after leaving management billed credit card for pet damages. Quite a disappointment after visiting this location after the past three years.

Reviewer Comments: The Ledges "My Happy Place" was tucked away in a part of town which was enjoyable, being close to surrounding hiking areas and the taste of pies from Veyo. "My Happy Place" was beautifully decorated and a clean place to stay. However, I felt like the management kept an eagle eye on the place knowing perfectly well the comings and goings round about. The management was quick to let you know where you could or could not park and when you were in the wrong place. There were signs stating the facts but they came anyway and wasn't to kind about telling you to relocate the moment you arrived, even if you were allowed 30 minutes to unload. Management was difficult to reach in a timely manner when the thermostat and heater wasn't working upon our arrival. We spent one evening with NO heat because nobody would answer our calls. Eventually our call was received and a repair man came later the next day. I feel there are many other places to stay where you feel more welcome and less of a nascence. I particularly laughed when family arrived to venture on a hiking outing and while they waited in their cars waiting for us all to arrive the management was ready and willing to issues tickets for each vehicle while the drivers of each vehicle sat and waited for family members for only five minutes. Every time we returned home from a destination I felt like management was watching our every move.
