The convenience of being so close to the pool was a huge bonus, especially with kids in tow. It made pool time effortless and stress-free, which is always a win during a busy tournament weekend.One of the highlights was the amazing views from the balcony – they were absolutely breathtaking and the perfect backdrop to unwind after a day of events. It’s the little things, like the fun family games provided, that really made this place feel special. We had so much fun bonding over the games and enjoying the tranquil surroundings.Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend the Poolside Oasis rental at The Ledges. The owners/managers tried to think of everything! Truly a 5/5 star experience. Bikes, Pickleball, Cornhole, the pool, just so many little extras that made our vacation one of the best ever!

Fabulous Place!

We had 8 people—my husband and me, our three grown boys and their friends. The place was perfect and could have accommodated many more people. It was beautifully decorated and had everything a family would need from a washer and dryer to a fully stocked kitchen to bikes and outdoor games. The beds were cozy and the bedrooms were lovely. We will definitely be back.

Love it again

We’ve been here before and loved it again! We appreciated all the communication from the manager in texts etc yet 16 hours before check out I sent a text to see about late check outs and relieved no answer.

Excellent Get Away

Everything was as described. The kitchen was very well supplied with all cooking necessities. The close proximity to the pool was a huge bonus and the property had plenty of pool towels. Overall everything was excellent. Only draw back was that some guests pulling boats would take up all of the parking spaces within close proximity to the property.

Our only issues were the beds/pillows in the primary and upper primary bedrooms; they need to be replaced as they are soft and have indentations from use. Great weekend getaway

Property was perfect for two small families! Even with the pool closed due to a virus, we found plenty to do. The only negative was that the garbage can was almost full when we arrived and there was no body wash in the master shower. Small things that didn't really impact us at all. We loved it.

Would absolutely stay again! Love The Ledges in general, this unit was nearly perfect. The only suggestion is when one person rolls over in the bunk beds it shakes the whole frame, making a good nights sleep difficult. However, this would not deter us from staying here again. The Lee Family

Would recommend this home 100% to everyone. Beautiful, clean and in a great location. We brought our baby stuff, and pickle ball equiptment not realizing that this home actually had everything here already. Next time we will leave that at home and come with the knowledge that this really is a home away from home with all the luxuries you are used to.

Golf trip

Property was wonderful. It is well provided, labels were a big help for us oldsters, linens, etc., were clean and plentiful. You should know the grill area had not been cleaned after last use, this included the table. Took us about a half hour to clean it. That said, it was not the end of the world. You might put dresser in the 2 upper sleeping areas just for ease. We would highly recommend you, and if we return would stay again. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home with everything you need. The complex a short drive to snow canyon and beautiful hiking. The unit is a very short walk to the pool and well situated in the development so you have some privacy for dinning on the back patio (not all units have this). During our stay the complex was very quieted and relaxing. Great well equipped kitchen and grill for preparing meals. If you are interested in dining out a lot there are no restaurant in the area other then the club (not an issue for us). This is a 5 star property. We can't recommend it highly enough.
