This pretty lakefront condo is in a quiet neighborhood with wide fields down to the lake, wonderful views, and a panoramic, open sky. Vaulted ceilings in the living room and the king suite bring light and a feeling of spaciousness to both rooms. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace, watch TV, or gaze out at the lake and fields through the unique oculus window. The cheery, fully equipped kitchen and full dining room make it easy to plan to eat in. Perfect for family and friends, this home has a three-bed bunk room, twin bedroom and a fantastic king suite with a high arched window. Guests will find lots to do right on site, as you’ll have access to the community pools, hot tub and tennis courts. They can walk to fishing, kayaking, hiking and boating on the lake from popular Boulder Bay Park, which is a half mile away. Big Bear Village is a mile and a half away, and Snow Summit is a ten-minute drive, so getting to off-site fun is a cinch. Try a stay in this peaceful but activities-rich location—you’ll find new ways to experience Big Bear in Mountain Haven Condo!

Property is not well maintained

Not well maintained. Not even cleaned properly. Cobwebs were everywhere, even in kitchen. Dust is accumulated in patio and chairs. Grill is not properly cleaned. House has a weird smell, needs to be deodorized. No a/c, heater was not working efficiently. Closets were dumped with old blankets and old pillows. Keypads were not working used Master key to get in. Overall Not what I was expecting but location and property outside ambiance was good!! Hope Management will do better in maintaining the property for future guests.

Cozy Condo but it needs to be cleaned.

The condo is nice & cozy. It’s located in a nice area by the lake and close to the entrance of Big Bear. Check in process was a bit confusing as I had checked in online and they provided the code to get in the property but they still made me go to the office and pick up keys which we didn’t need any. When we get to the property, we could not use the code. Phone customer service was great and we got in. The issue was that as soon as the kids and my family got in the property it’s was disgustingly dirty. There were stains on the walls, cob webs, the stair rail was black with black stains like this never been cleaned before. Coffee grounds on the pot, stained toilets with god knows what. I told the kids to not touch anything. We went to buy Lysol wipes and spray and did a deep clean of everything. Walls stained black and other stains which I really don’t want to know what it was. Needless to say, the place was picked up but whoever they pay to clean does a horrible job. The place probably needs a little lift with the 80’s decor but we can manage with that not the dirtiness and stains all over. Sheets seemed clean but not the comforters so we placed all that on the floor. To top off, one of the rooms the window does not close. The room with the bunk beds for the kids. I had to place a blanket on the window and a bunch of comforters blocking the cold wind from freezing them. Overall, the place is cozy but we had to spend time cleaning.

Quick trip - Nice Place

I shared the house with 4 friends. It was a lovely stay, cut short by the hurricane. I wish I could have stayed longer! Nice accommodations.

Good location.

Whoever's the cleaning person at that property Needs to clean it better there were Cobb webs everywhere. There was still hair on the carpeting the property needs to be updated was very 80s.
