Knights Cabin in the Pines is a classic Craftsman style bungalow, located just west of the Village in Big Bear Lake. Enjoy the convenient location this cabin offers. Walk to sledding in the winter and the expansive south shore hiking and biking trails in the summer. The popular Aspen Glen picnic area is also a quick five minute walk from the house, the perfect spot to enjoy a picnic with incredible views. Completely remodeled, this Big Bear Cabin offers modern amenities and a simple clean style. Central A/C and a Water Filtration System are two of the rare amenties this cabin has. Once inside you will appreciate all it has to offer.

Step inside the main living space where you’ll be greeted with a comfortable leather sectional couch to kick up your feet on after a long day exploring the Big Bear mountains. Use your favorite streaming services like Netflix or Hulu on the smart tv. The gas fireplace warms up the entire family room giving you the perfect spot to defrost after adventuring on the slopes. Head over to the kitchen equipped with all modern stainless steel appliances and stunning granite countertops. A gas range, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer combo are ready for you to prepare a delicious home cooked meal. A standard coffee pot and Keurig are also conveniently provided for you to use so you can enjoy a cup of coffee at any time. A few steps away, a large wooden dining table provides seating for six and a high chair. A high chair is conveniently provided, making meal times with little ones easy.

Down the hall is a full restroom with outdoor access. Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Let the kids explore and hunt for pine cones under the shade of towering pine trees in the fully fenced backyard. The large hot tub with whirlpool jets can accomodate all your guests. Start off your morning with a relaxing dip in the spa or end your day with a relaxing soak under the stars.

Back inside, two of the three bedrooms can be found on the main level. The first bedroom offers a plush California King size bed and a large armoire to store your belongings during your stay. The second bedroom provides a Queen size bed and large windows to bring in plenty of natural lighting. A pack and play is also provided for you to use during your stay. A full size washer and dryer is also located on this level.

Head upstairs to the third bedroom/loft area where you’ll find another Queen size bed and a large smart tv. Game tables can also be found in this room providing hours of fun and entertainment with shuffleboard and a poker table.

This home is clean and simple. With no fuss or frills but with carefully chosen furniture, designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
