This exclusive estate has direct access to 13th Beach via a private beach track, and is only minutes away from café’s and boutiques in Barwon Heads.

The beautifully finished butler’s pantry and adjoining laundry ensure the ‘engine room’ of the house is as heavenly as every other room (washing machine and clothes dryer included).

Dine at the 8-seater timber dining table or enjoy casual meals at the brekky bar. This central living space brings everyone together to luxuriate on a large sofa that will comfortably seat your entire family for movie nights (Smart TV-Netflix connectivity). A double-sided fireplace takes pride of place, so you can enjoy the flickering of dancing flames from both sides, while floor-to-ceiling linen drapes create romantic, filtered light. Ducted heating and cooling provide total climate throughout.

A separate living room provides private rest, or space for games and movies. Choose from heaps of board games in the rumpus room, or watch your favourite movies (Smart TV-Netflix connectivity). Sliding doors flow to the deck and lawn, but please note for young children that there is no fencing to the extended land and golf course.

Set up to sleep up to 9 guests, all beds are beautifully appointed with all-white hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as comfortable as possible. Please BYO pool/beach towels. The master retreat is as much a place to sleep as spend time in quiet contemplation. Complete with a sumptuous and inviting armchair, Smart TV (Netflix connectivity), dressing room and ensuite, the limestone and sand rammed earth walls are the architectural star of this private oasis.

Three further bedrooms in the west wing provide calm sleeping quarters, comprising a Queen room, and 2 x Twin Single rooms. (One room has King Single size beds, and a trundle bed is available by request at the time of booking for an extra linen fee). The family bathroom echoes the quality surfaces and fixtures as the ensuite, with a shower, bath and separate powder room.
