Sunnyside Art Villa is pet friendly and the perfect spot to enjoy the mountain delights of this stylish and luxurious 4-bedroom home which can sleep up to 8 guests and is only a short 10-minute walk to Wentworth Falls Village or a 2 minute drive. The Villa features a wood burning fireplace, central heating & cooling, and a heated glasshouse.

Sunnyside Art Villa features a spacious, single-level floor plan, making it an ideal holiday home for families or groups of friends. With multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, there’s ample room to relax together. The villa includes a beautifully decorated entryway and formal living room with a Smart TV and complimentary Netflix.

The large, fully-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, 6-burner freestanding cooker, microwave, and basic pantry items for your convenience. The kitchen opens to a dining area with seating for 8 and a cozy informal lounge with a wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV with Netflix, and a generous sofa that comfortably seats 8 guests.

Each double bedroom includes complimentary bed linens and towels. The primary bedroom is fitted with a Smart TV, walk-in robe, and ensuite bathroom. The villa has 2.5 bathrooms stocked with essential toiletries, including body and hand washes from Unlabelled—a social enterprise whose profits support youth suicide prevention.

Outside, Sunnyside Art Villa truly shines. In addition to ample seating on the side porch, the back garden features outdoor dining and lounges overlooking a cold-climate garden. A heated glasshouse offers a unique dining area with seating, an antique chandelier, and a fully functional sink—a magical space to enjoy the mountain scenery.

Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, are available in the mudroom/laundry.

Please note:
1. The house only has parking availability for two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway.

2. The wood fireplace in the informal living room is available for guests to use with some firewood supplied by your host. The ethanol fireplace is not available for guests to use.

3. Sunnyside Art Villa has a strict no party/events policy and we require a $1000 security bond which is fully refundable per our House Rules.

By completing this reservation you agree that:
You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, a hold of $1000 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.
Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and garden.
