You can wander down to the beach â take in the magnificent views while exercising on the promenade walk that stretches over 10 km from Aucklandâs CBD to St Heliers. Pop down to New World at East Ridge Shopping Centre, only 1km away, and open for online orders. Or purchase your daily needs from the convenience store across the road.

Fitted out with brand new appliances: coffee machine, induction/gas cooktop, oven, cooking utensils, kettle, full fridge/freezer, toaster & microwave. All tea/coffee condiments (including coffee pods) are provided

We offer Free Wifi and Netflix to enjoy on your brand new 75â Smart TV. Relax and kick back on the couch, watch your favourite Netflix series while enjoying the beach view.
Bedding:
The massive, luxury, brand-new king-size bed and single beds are fitted with hotel-quality linen, ready for you to sink into.
Bathroom:
The beautifully tiled bathroom includes a full-size shower, extra-large vanity fitted with the very best Italian brass tapware, hotel-quality bath towels, plus all your amenities - body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc.
Laundry:
Your apartment is fully equipped with a brand new washer/dryer (including washing powder) fitted under the island bench in the kitchen. The iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are located in the wardrobe for your exclusive use.
Cooling/Heating:
Enjoy the option of two individual air-conditioning units or the gentle sea breeze air as it flows through the double sliding door or window, keeping the space naturally comfortable.
Baby Essentials:
We can provide most of your baby's needs - a portable cot, a highchair, and a baby bath.
Guest access
We offer contactless self-check-in. This enables you to arrive when it suits you. Standard entry is from 3 pm
A Few days before you arrive, you will be sent a unique door code to enter into the digital keypad. Once at the apartment, the entire place is all yours, including the laundry. You don't have to share any of your amenities with anyone.

Cleaning Fee:
Our apartment is cleaned thoroughly, and we have disinfected our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, door handles, tabletops, electronics, appliances, and control panels. Please contact us if youâd like to know more about how weâre protecting your health.
Furthermore, our cleaning fee includes the restocking of essentials such as toilet paper, soap, conditioner, coffee, etc. The sheets and towels that we use are commercial,l high-quality hotel standard linens, which are guaranteed to be clean, sanitized, fresh, and pressed.
If, when you arrive, something isnât up to your standard, we are available 7 days until 10 pm and will go above and beyond to ensure your apartment is sparkling clean.
Weâre always available for our guests so please donât hesitate to get in touch.
Enjoy the glamorous all year round swimming beach, famous promenade walk, or stunning views up Bastion Point - all within walking distance... the choice is yours.
The short trip from Mission Bay to central Auckland is not only picturesque, but dotted with some of Auckland's other favourite attractions.
Drive: 15 minutes is all it takes by car.
Taxi: Probably the best money you'll ever spend, just sit back and take in the sights along the way!
Bus: Only 50 metres away is a bus that leave every 30 minutes for the city. Walk to 63 Tamaki Drive and catch the TMK bus.
On Foot: The 10km walk from the Mission Bay promenade that follows the seashore takes around 90 minutes, or you can jog, cycle or rollerblade in less.
Once in the city there is so much to do:
- Auckland's Ferry Terminal provides regular ferries (usually every 30 minutes) to the beautiful Waiheke Island where you can experience some of NZ's best wines and their beautiful vineyards.
- There are plenty of adventures on offer, such as Bungee Jumping, Whale and Dolphin Watching, Fishing, Jet Boat Tours, just to name a few.
Auckland Airport to Mission Bay:
Auckland Airport is 22km from Mission Bay. There are various options to choose from to get to the Mission Bay. The quickest and most convenient way is via Taxis or Uber. However there are less expensive options such as airport shuttles or buses. See below for more detail:
Taxis:
A taxi to Mission Bay will take around 45 minutes, depending on traffic, and can cost from $80â$100. There are well signposted taxi ranks at both International and Domestic terminals.
Uber:
Alternatively use your mobile app to book an Uber and pay between $42-$57. Download the Uber app to find out more.
Shuttle Bus:
There is a different rank for shuttles. Shuttle offer you the option of shared rides, which can be more economical than taking a taxi. However this usually takes longer as the shuttle make multiple drop offs. This fare costs $49 for one person and $59 for two (the passenger decreases as you increase number of passengers). To Pre book call Super Shuttles or download the App.
Bus:
There is no direct bus from Auckland Airport to Mission Bay. However, you can catch the SKY Bus from the either the International or Domestic terminal to 55 Customs St East, Auckland Central. From there you will need to change buses to (TMK, 414, or 775) and journey to corner Tamaki Dr and Patteson Ave. The fare is $21-$23 and takes approximately 1h 6m.
Damage and Incidentals:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. Any such damage may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs. The property reserves the right to charge for any incidentals or additional services requested by the guest.
Pet Policy:
We have a zero-pet policy. If we detect that pets have been in the home, any resulting damage or additional cleaning required may incur extra charges, which will be billed to your account.
Smoking Policy:
Please do not smoke or vape inside the home or anywhere on the property. If we detect any signs of smoking, including odors or residue, additional cleaning fees may apply, and these charges will be billed to your account.
Liability Disclaimer:
The property owner or Stay Luxe is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the guest's stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables.
Compliance with Rules and Regulations:
We have zero tolerance for parties. If one is reported, we must call local law enforcement immediately. Please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Security call-out fees will be applied and charged to your account.
Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are valuable, so please handle them with care. If lost, a replacement fee will be applied to your account. If you lock yourself out, you will be responsible for the cost of delivering a spare key.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay.
Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3 pm.
Fire and Evacuation Procedures:
Please refer to the procedures on the front of the building manual.
Truvi:
To ensure a safe and secure experience for both our guests and property owners, we partner with Truvi for a quick and seamless guest verification process. You will be asked to pay a small damage waiver via third-party provider Truvi to protect up to $500 in case of accidental damage during your stay. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in. Once this process is complete, you will receive all check-in instructions two days before arrival.
Please respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property. We kindly ask that you treat the space with care and do not exceed the number of guests permitted for your stay. Parties or events are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained before your booking.
