The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, full oven, kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. All of the beautifully decorated bedrooms have cathedral ceilings and are located on the upper level of the house. The Master has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and third has twin single beds. The main family bathroom is also located on this level and features a large bathtub.



The house has a private fully fenced garden with covered deck for your privacy and security, as well as two off street parking spaces in the garage, and further parking on the gated driveway.

PET POLICY:

Pets with prior approval ONLY

$20 per night per pet (negotiable for longer terms stays or multiple pets)

$500 Bond per pet which is refundable following inspection after check out.

$100 cleaning fee per pet

Poo to be picked up and bagged up before going into the rubbish bin

Pets not allowed on furniture

Pets to be kept under control and not disturb Neighbours

Pets not to be left alone at home for extended periods (more than 3hrs)



Guests are liable for all damages by the pet including but not limited to not scratching the doors/walls, urinating of pooing inside, staining carpets or rugs or furniture, leaving a doggy smell in the house, chewing furniture, digging holes in the garden or other things that dogs can do to damage property.
