The living space includes a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all essential cookware.
The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, both with queen beds. The main bedroom has a window with city and harbour views, facing the street, while the second bedroom is an internal room, ideal for a quiet and restful night. Portable fans are provided for added comfort.
The bathroom is modern and well finished, with a walk-in tiled shower and sleek vanity. An in-unit washer and dryer are also provided for convenience.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment in Dilworth Building. This is a self check in property, so services like front desk check-in, room service or luggage storage arenât available.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:
* We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.
* As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. Weâll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.
SELF CHECK IN to this apartment:
* Key pick up place is at Q Convenience Store (Shop C, 32 Queen Street), with the assistance of the store staff. It' just around the corner, about 60 m or 1 minute walk from the apartment.
* There is no carpark available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.
* There is no luggage storage available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.
* Our check-in time is 3pm - 11pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.
During stay & Departure:
*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest. Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.
*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean. For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guestâs expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance.
*We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.
*Our latest check-out time is 10am.
