Si vous avez une grande famille, alors vous allez vouloir appeler de cette maison. Avec 4 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains, vous aurez beaucoup de place pour vous et votre famille d'étaler. Son emplacement pratique, il sera facile pour vous d'obtenir les enfants �� la promenade, parc d'attractions, mini-golf et bien sûr la plage! Vous aurez également quelques-uns des meilleurs restaurants à Ocean City, à seulement quelques minutes à pied ou en bus rouler loin (arrêt de bus situé à l'extrémité de la rue).

Cette spacieuse maison est joliment décoré avec de nouveaux meubles partout. La grande cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour vos créations culinaires. Oui, il y a une machine à laver et sèche-linge! Les deux balcons offrent des pics de la baie et sont parfaits pour rester à la maison et se détendre sur les nuits d'été.

Great location and great unit

Very well located 3 blocks from the beach and north end of the boardwalk. Clean and well appointed in kitchen. Property mgmt service is responsive for any issues. Would stay again.

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great, the layout was a perfect space for our group. The only issue was a broken/leaky ice maker in the fridge, so we couldn’t use that, but otherwise, zero complaints. Will stay here again.

Great Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house and great location. The kitchen is the most equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental yet... Everything from coffee filters and Ziploc bags to a crockpot and George Forman grill. The beds were comfortable and there’s plenty enough space for large families. I Drive a wrangler and with the garage I was able to leave my doors and top off and leave my cover at home. My only suggestion would be to add a couple chairs off the deck from the master bedroom. All in all we had a wonderful vacation and will definitely book again in the future.

Perfect Getaway

There is nothing to say but that the rental property was amazing. We enjoyed it very much. It was very nice. It was clean. It was close to the beach. Definitely made the vacation a lot better and more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying in this rental!!

Good experience!

The townhome was perfect for our Thursday-Sunday vacation. The location was awesome - close to restaurants and walking distance to 7-11 and a new Dunkin Donuts. Upon arrival, we noticed some Cruisin vacationers were staying next door and had friends arrive throughout the weekend which made the already small parking lot a bit interesting. It appeared the house wasn't thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. We noticed a Jolly Roger wristband on the bedroom floor, chip crumbs on the living room floor, ping pong balls throughout the house. Wasn't a huge deal because the location was amazing and the townhouse offered much of what we were looking for in our stay.

Family getaway

The Place was clean and very spacious everyone enjoyed themselves. Great location everything was in walking distance no problem with parking had 2 spaces and a garage which was very convenient. Would stay again.

Great location, uncomfortable furniture

The location of this property was excellent. A quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. We were very disappointed by the condition of the furniture in the house. Every bed, chair, sofa, loveseat seemed to be old and worn out. You literally cannot sit comfortably on anything. We actually left from our vacation one night early because of it. Everyone in our group ages 19 to 70 went home with a backache. I understand that this is a rental property, but we rent a beach house every summer and we have never had this experience before. At this price point for a one-week rental, it does not seem unreasonable to expect some comfortable and supportive furniture in the home.

Very conveniently located, 5 minute walk to the beach and having three parking spots was great.

David and Rhonda were wonderful to work with, they were always pleasant, helpful and responsive.

Close to everything. Great location!!

Less then a 5 mins walk to beach, boardwalk, mini golf, jolly roger, 7-11 (which becomes convenient when you need something quick, i.e..milk, bacon, eggs, ice). Townhouse was very spacious and everyone had lots of space. We went with 7 kids (Two 16, 14 and 10 years old and one 6 year old) and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Would definitely stay here again!!

I loved the house! The garage was extremely convenient.

We were close enough to the strip to walk to restaurants but far enough away from it for some privacy. View was great, kitchen was very useful and well laid out. Overall couldn't ask for more .

Excellent location, money well spent

This place was great and clean. We had 5 teenagers and 2 adults and everyone was comfortable. Location is excellent as it's right at the end of the boardwalk and walking distance to mini golfing, amusement parks, and restaurants. Highly recommend this place. The only thing we found that it was missing was a grill to be able to grill out on. We would definitely return here in the future!

Lovely, large beach house!

We had a wonderful ladies' weekend at this gorgeous beach house. There were 8 of us one night and 10 the next night, with plenty of room for everyone! The main floor has a great dining table that we were all able to sit around, and the living room is very comfortable. The house is also decorated in a very pretty way, and the paint colors throughout the house are really gorgeous. This house is a short (maybe 3 blocks) walk to the beach and just a few steps to the bay. We were there on a chilly, rainy weekend, so we didn't spend too much time on the beach, but we took a few walks there and the house was big and nice enough that we didn't mind spending time together inside. David, the owner, was very easy to work with and quite accommodating. Don't forget to bring your own sheets (or I think you can rent some from David if you want). I definitely recommend this house.
