Disponible par Luxury Beach Rentals, le complexe est situé au cœur du Grand Strand, dans une partie de la plage très familiale. Cette suite de 4 chambres au 11ème étage est en bord de mer et offre une vue spectaculaire sur l’Atlantique bleu. Ce condo offre une chambre principale en bord de mer avec lit king et un accès à l’immense balcon qui borde l’océan. La salle de bain principale offre des plans de travail en granit, une double vasque, un grand bain à remous, une douche séparée, un dressing et un sol en carrelage. La deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux, la troisième de deux lits queen et la quatrième chambre avec un lit queen size. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent une télévision à ��cran plat, une laveuse et une sécheuse de taille normale et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit. Ce condo crée un séjour vaste et spacieux pour vous et vos invités. Les activités sur place comprennent les piscines intérieure et extérieure, qui comprennent une rivière artificielle, des bains à remous et une pataugeoire pour enfants donnant sur la plage, un centre de remise en forme et une pelouse de bronzage..

- Nous avons deux chaises de plage et un parasol réservés sur la plage chaque jour pour nos clients (valeur de 175 $). Ceux-ci sont disponibles du 1er avril à fin septembre.

Property as Advertised

We stayed here for a long weekend over Easter. It worked great for our family which included three small group families. Three bathrooms were awesome. Outdoor balcony was beautiful for sunrise view but this is the 11th floor so the height might not be for everyone. Our check-in was a bit late (We couldn’t get in till about 4:30), But the pool area is open for use before that. There is no lobby or people on site to help so it is all electronic communication. The place is right on the beach, which is beautiful. It’s in a good neighborhood with restaurants and a coffee shop in walking distance. But, you’ll probably want a car to get around Myrtle Beach. It is a ways down from the touristy boardwalk area, which we thought was nice to be away from. There were enough supplies to get us through the weekend except we didn’t need extra toilet paper so throw a few rolls in your suitcase. We also brought our own beach towels. Overall, great place to stay!

Great Vacation but Corporate Ran

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location and place to stay. It was large enough for the extended family. It was great having direct beach access and use of the pools and hot tubs. I would recommend. However, I will be more cautious when booking corporate ran places going forward. Having only basic supplies of 1 toilet paper roll, 1 dishwasher soap run, etc is more hassle and costly than it is worth. When I stay at privately owned places all of this is taken care of. I don't have to worry about buying a small dishwasher soap so I can run the dishwasher while I'm there, etc. Also, be cautious, when staying here, if you leave the windows open to get a cross breeze (and not use the A/C), your fire alarms will go off due to the humanity. I called the corporate number and they had no clue and were not concerned. We found out from neighbors as to the humidity issue.

The property was very nice and well maintained. It is bigger than many of the other places we have rented over the years. It was perfect for our 10 person family. The 10 person dining table was also a nice feature.

This unit was very clean but a lil outdated. The wraparound balcony is “Huge”! Even with the unit being on the 11th floor “The View” was “Awesome”!We enjoyed our stay

The facility was well maintained, quiet and convenient. When we checked in one of the AC units wasn’t working. We called and within an hour it was fixed. The management company that manages this property is great. If I had one negative I would say that the carpets are worn and torn in some areas. They need to be replaced. Beds comfy, pillows and bedding clean and kitchen well equipped

South Wind for The Win

First time staying at this location, we normally stay down in MB @ Sandy Beach Resort. We decided to get out of all the hustle and go for a quieter location. We absolutely loved it !! The room was large enough for 7 adults comfortably!! Let’s talk about the balcony!! We could have lived out there ! We enjoyed so much we would love to come back again!!

Great Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent a 4-day weekend with 6 sibs in a corner unit, and we enjoyed all aspects of our stay. We were able to check in early when we called as requested. No problem with parking even when we needed a 3rd pass for a visitor. The beach was great and the balcony view was phenomenal. Furnishings were as pictured and were comfortable for us to spend hours visiting. Beds all slept comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped. Our only complaint was that there was no screen in the sliding glass door and we were specifically instructed not to leave the door open because it would set off the smoke alarms. My brother stayed at a high rise just a few blocks away and they had no such requirement. We have stayed in other condos at other beaches and never had a problem. We come to the beach when the weather is more moderate and missed being able to open the door to hear the surf and feel the breeze. Finally, we followed the restaurant recommendations provided by Luxury Rentals and had all wonderful meals and service. It was a great experience.

The kitchen was stocked with cookware, utensils, cups, glasses etc., and there was even a storage area with chairs and body boards for the beach. Everyone had a wonderful time on our vacation. I would definitely recommend this rental!

We had an amazing time!!!

We had an amazing time at this property. Honestly it was above our expectations! The place is gorgeous and very spacious, breathtaking view out of the balcony, smelled very nice and no bugs whatsoever. Outstanding service too, all my requesting and questions were promptly answered. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time during our stay at the Southwind Resort in Myrtle Beach. The accommodations more than met our needs. The beach was easily accessible and provided a beautiful of the ocean from the balcony. the unit also offered the necessary amenities for a group of 11 people which included 2 babies. The fire alarm went off in the unit 3 times which appeared to be related when balcony doors were open. This was the only major negative about our stay. We will consider staying here again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall positive based on being at the Beach. For the price I expect for the interior of the Condo to be top notch and it wasnt. The dining room chairs were being held together with some kind of brackets and I thought that was not great. As to the overall cleanliness I thought it was nice, But in a few of the showers there was mold, particularly in the Master, on the sill of the interior of the shower. I put that I wouldnt recommend it to someone, but I also do not know that I would stay in this unit again.
