Cette propriété est récemment améliorée avec de nouveaux revêtements de sol et de la peinture. Les visiteurs reviennent année après année pour profiter de ce spacieux condo et se détendre sur le grand balcon donnant sur l'océan!

Myrtle Beach Family Vacation

There were 10 of us in our extended family We loved the cindo. Plenty of room for our grandsons to have their own rooms and bathroom We hang out in the main room with the kitchen. Great views of the ocean. The grandsons loved the lazy river and pool too We did a number of tourist activities in town that was all very close to our location Beach was not that crowded and we all had a wonderful time We would come back to this condo if we do another beach vacation

Perfect for extended family

The layout and number of bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, was perfect for our family vacation. The 1 yr old and 3yr old had their own bedroom right beside mom and dad's. We, the grandparents, had the beautiful front bedroom that opened onto the ocean. Scottie, the property manager, was very, very helpful on our first day there and always stopped to ask how everything was and how we were enjoying our week. Having 2 dishwashers and fridges was invaluable. The hot tub was wonderful! Would love to come again!

Golf gathering

Overall, the unit was very accommodating comfortable for our golf foursome. Great location for airport access, restaurants and the beach. The carpet in the unit is very worn and bathrooms need updated. Unit was very clean except that the lint filter in the dryer had not been cleaned for a while. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Us and friends of ours - total of 9, came to Ocean Blue, 703 , over Thanksgiving for 3 nights . It was a great experience and would definitely come back . Parking was tight but sufficient . Bathrooms could use a little work . View of ocean is great and large area for all of us . Loved waking up and going out on large deck .

Great Location, Beautiful Condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean, well supplied condo. It was very spacious, lovely condo in a terrific location with a great layout for groups/families, and amenities that our kids loved - the pools, beach, and lazy river were all a hit! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for multiple families. We really appreciated having two dishwashers and refrigerators for use as well as a washer/dryer. We also loved the keypad entry, which made for easy check-in/out and no need to bring keys to the pool/beach area. Excellent location, a few minutes from downtown and Broadway at the Beach. We would definitely recommend it for future stays!

Gorgeous View and Amazing Location!

Gorgeous views of the sunrise, walking distance to several activities, restaurants and the beach! The only thing to consider if this is an important feature you are looking for is the workout facility is only available to owners only. Informed the property owners the ceilings fans needed a deep cleaning and the top of the refrigerators needed cleaning. Overall, this is a beautiful, spacious condo and would definitely recommend it!!!

Fantastic location & views from Balcony to die for

Rooms could have been cleaner, found two dirty socks almost in plain sight upon arrival. I'm wheelchair dependent, the property was listed as "handicapped accessible", they have ramps to enter the building, but the shower and toilets didn't have assistance bars. With these inconveniences I would still recommend the property for its location and views.

Beautiful ocean side suite

The grounds and condo were spotless on arrival. The unit was all the pictures said it was. Spacious and modern with beautiful views of the ocean and pool from the large balcony. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. Easy access to to beach and walking distance to bars and restaurants. The pools and grounds are well maintained.The only downside is the parking. We brought a full size pickup and had to use one of the many guest parking spots. Not a problem though. They had plenty. Enjoy.

the condo we stayed at was amazing. it was right on the beach. the only complaint is the main doors. they did not work most of our stay and had to walk around the whole building to get in.

Place was great, but......

The building and location was great however our unit Ocean Blue 703 was just ok. The furniture was badly soiled, beat up and dated. The check in/ check out process was flawless. Parking was good. Aside from the furnishings the place was good.

Place was clean but stained carpets thru out unit not nice to look at. Not sure if owners look at place at some point but needs addressed. Drains slow in most bathrooms backing up when showering.

Great week!

This condo was plenty of room for our family of 11. The balcony views were beautiful. It wasn’t up to our standards of cleanliness, and we did some of our own cleaning upon arrival. Our visitor parking space assigned to us was occupied the entire week by another vehicle that wouldn’t move, so we ended up needing 2 street parking passes for the week. One of the dishwashers wasn’t working properly. The property itself was decent, but definitely needed some updating. We enjoyed our week, but we wouldn’t choose to stay in this particular rental again.

Beautiful beach front

The condo was beautiful.. The view was breathtaking. We rented a large Chevy suburban for our long drive and large family. When we arrived we went into the parking garage which was tight for the vehicle and the spaces to park were tighter, but manageable if you let people out before you park. The actual property was very spacious. Our bedroom which was facing the street had a flood light pointed at it. Despite tgeir attempt at black out curtains, every night I would wake up thinking it was day and I had slept the beautiful day away. The location was perfect, away from the major hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy everything. The beach was easily accessible which was great, unless you wanted to walk the beach past 10pm the gates were locked so you had to walk around into another hotel property. I would strongly recommend shopping at Broadway on the beach. Lots of food, shops, and fun there including rides just bring $$$. If you want to eat there make a reservation or go for lunch. Whalburgers was 1.5 to a 2 hour wait for dinner, but when we went for lunch the next day there was no wait. The view from our balcony was perfect. My Son fished every day and caught something. If you do this get a 14 day fishing license for $10 @ walmart. . All together the condo was nice and stocked for the atart of your stay. I would go again 100 times.

Spacious

Ocean Blue 703 was spacious, had a well equipped kitchen, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The amenities suited our needs. The only downfall was the parking situation. The condo has 2 spaces allotted in the garage. The rest of the vehicles had to park elsewhere. We did park in meter spaces across the street and did the online app to pay. Fantastic space and location!

Perfectly located on the south side of Myrtle, this rental provides breathtaking ocean views from a tasteful, comfortable and welcoming condo. Between the surprisingly high-end home entertainment pieces, the quality mattresses on the beds, and the easy beach access, you can't go wrong with this rental. It's location on the beach is perfect - close enough to touristy stuff if you want it, but removed from it sufficiently if you don't. My kids not only enjoyed the heated indoor pool, but also had fun doing the Polar Bear Plunge knowing that the warmth of the pool was waiting for them! Details like a second fridge and quality furniture simply make it a destination not to be missed!
