** Magnifique condo récemment rénové disponible par Luxury Beach Rentals. Le complexe est situé au cœur du Grand Strand dans une section de plage très familiale. Cette suite de 5 chambres au 5ème étage est face à l'océan et offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'Atlantique bleu. Ce condo offre une chambre principale en bord de mer avec un lit king et l'accès à l'énorme balcon enveloppant en bord de mer. La salle de bain principale offre des comptoirs en granit, des vanités doubles, une grande baignoire jacuzzi, une douche séparée et un dressing ainsi que du carrelage. La deuxième chambre offre un lit king-size qui peut être converti en 2 lits jumeaux sur demande, la troisième chambre offre un lit queen-size, la quatrième chambre offre 3 lits jumeaux et 2 lits gigognes et la cinquième chambre offre un lit king-size. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent un nouveau canapé-lit dans le salon, des téléviseurs à écran plat, une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, ce condo crée un séjour grand et spacieux pour vous et vos invités. Les activités sur place incluent le complexe de piscines intérieure et extérieure qui comprend une rivière paresseuse, 2 piscines, 4 bains à remous et une pataugeoire pour enfants donnant sur la plage ainsi qu'un centre de remise en forme et une pelouse de bronzage.

Wonderful rental for large family getaway

Everything was great and as listed. The only exception was the indoor pool not available until the last day the kids were there. The outdoor pool was too cold to use and indoor was closed for repairs. We were not notified of this before our arrival. With 5 kids under 10 this was very disappointing. When checking repair status the property management said all previous renters were notified but they thought it would be fixed before our arrival so they saw no need to let us know. There were several people we spoke to who were also upset by this. We will keep unit on our list for future rental as the size and location were great.

Wonderful condo

The condo was perfect for our family. It was in a great location, was very clean, had a great layout, and the kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. The communication with the property manager was excellent.

Perfect Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was clearly communicated and ran smoothly. The unit itself was fantastic. Large space and beautiful views! The only thing was they were re-doing the indoor pool so the ceiling tiles were off and it looked quite rundown. We expect once it's finished it would be wonderful.

Ocean views and quiet stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo overall. The location was fantastic—right on the beach with direct access, which made it easy for our family to enjoy the ocean. The condo itself was clean and met our needs, though it could use a few updates. The vacuum and broom were quite worn out and could be replaced, and there weren’t enough towels provided, so we found ourselves doing laundry daily. Parking at the condo was pretty tight and would be challenging if it was peak season. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for a few days due to remediation, which was a bit disappointing for our kids, but it reopened later in our stay. Despite these small issues, the property suited our family well, and we appreciated the beautiful beachside setting.

Family Time at the beach

Our fourth time at this condo. Great location and room size for a large family. There were 11 of us and it was great to be able to stay all together. Only complaint is that the master bedroom needs a new or different mattress.

Large condo/great ocean views

Condo itself was excellent. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Large family room and dining area provided plenty of room to play card games and host dinner and movie nights for all. My only concern was the pools were not cleaned daily. Property next door vacuumed their pools every morning and they sparkled. We never saw a vacuum in the pools our entire stay.

A Wonderful place to stay

This was the perfect location with amazing views from so many spots in the place! Plenty of room & felt like home right away! Our family could not stop talking about this being a perfect find! Will definitely look to revisit next year!

November Perfection

We planned this trip primarily to spend time with our son who is a CCU student. Coming from the Midwest, we LOVE the beach—so chose to stay in this condo. What a perfect choice for us! Our two adult daughters were with us and their boyfriends—and we all had lots of space. Just incredible views—so clean upon check in! It was all so easy. Did our grocery shopping day one—and truly never wanted to leave the beach! From gorgeous sunrises to peaceful sunsets—it was all incredible. It was a super easy drive to campus—and wherever else we wanted to visit. (Like an awesome wine tasting at Duplim Winery! Highly recommend! Live music even!! ) Writing this review is bringing all the memories back—and making me want to return there right now! I’m picky about cleanliness—and this place was perfection! Kitchen: all you’ll need! Beach umbrellas and chairs: what a nice bonus! Pack your swim suit and towel and get there ASAP! We will be back!

Location great! Easy beach access and pools were well maintained and refreshing. Condo could have had more silverware-forks-only had 6 forks. No big deal as this would not prevent me from renting in the future

Girls trip

We booked this condo for a short girls trip. The condo was as pictured. The views were beyond amazing! The wrap around balcony with all the chairs was a big plus. We had a couple of issues but I sent a message to the property manager and they responded right away and had the issues fixed within an hour or two. Some of the bedding had some stains on the comforter and blankets but overall the condo was perfect! The outdoor pool was being painted one of the days we were there so we couldn’t use that but that is no one’s fault. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome First Family Getaway

We all enjoyed it! Walking into the place and seeing the ocean was awesome! Both my parents; in their eighties, were pleasantly surprised but wished it was a little warmer so they could enjoy a stroll on the beach. We'll need to do it again soon, when it's warmer. It was our first getaway as a family and it was a blessing.

Annoying clicking sound at furnace

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Location was great. Spacious rooms and cleanliness overall. Unfortunately everything was "tainted" because of that one issue, annoying clicking sound from the furnace at least once every 5 minutes 24/7. During the day it wouldn't be a big issue but at night when you're trying to rest it would keep you awake. I know there is the need for the furnace but I don't know what they need to do to have that sound gone away or muted.Other than that everything else was AWESOME.

Great Condo, lot's of room!

We had an amazing time at this 5 bedroom condo. It had plenty of room for the 9 of us to spread out. The pictures did represent more chairs and furniture on the balconies and there was a couple broken chairs, a dilapidated table, and the fixtures were old. I contacted them and let them know that. They should update that, the main reason why I booked this condo was because it had enough chairs for 9 of us but really there were only 4 usable ones. Other than that location was great and clean.

South wind Condo Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first time renting a vacation rental from VRBO so I quite surprised with the lack of essentials provided with our stay. I am accustomed to the rental property providing all necessary essentials during the entirety of the rental period. For example, we were only given one trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dishwasher packet, etc. There were also no cleaning supplies in the unit. Renters should not have to go out and purchase cleaning essentials etc during their stay. We wanted to ensure the condo was well maintained during our stay but we were not given proper supplies. The condo itself was nice and in perfect location on the beach. The beach views were amazing from the balcony. The furniture can be updated since it’s quite old and uncomfortable.

Great condo, No support from management company.

Beautiful condo on a quieter part of the beach. Property was clean and well maintained. However, the pools are not heated and unusable. Lazy river is nice and warmer and packed because of all the pools this is the only one you can stand the temperature. Parking was convenient and safe. A recycle bin on the property would be nice. Biggest problem was the management company and the cleaning crew. On day one we called for a new coffee pot. I texted several times. Never received it and had to buy one. A new person on check out offered to reimburse and was insistent that all we had to do was ask. I only wanted the new guests to have a working pot and have the water standing in the master bath cabinet to be fixed. (Also notified on day one) The cleaning crew had never cleaned the vent out of the dryer. After struggling to get beach towels dry we found a soft ball size of lint. Then on our 6th day the cleaning crew came into our condo while we were out to leave a broom. Why? So I'm conflicted if I would recommend this property. For the cost I expected more service and a coffee pot!

Family trip

We arrived on Sunday afternoon from two different states prepared to enjoy a meal together in the condo. Stove didn’t work. King bed wasn’t separated into twin beds like I had asked. No one came until late Monday afternoon to bring twin sheets and finally fix stove. Needed to wash towels after showers and washer didn’t drain the water. Dryer took forever to dry clothes and towels. So much lint down in it that could not be reached. Someone had to come and clean it out. The fellow that cleaned it agreed it could have been a fire hazard. Towel bar in one bathroom loose and fell off wall. Could be a very nice condo in a very nice location but needs major updating. The kitchen was not supplied well. Not enough forks, not a good knife to use other than two big butcher knives, had to buy a measuring cup to measure for baking, no pot holders, one dish towel. I have stayed in many VRBO’s in the US and overseas. For the price we paid this is the worse one I have ever stayed in. Desperately needs new appliances and washer and dryer if owner is going to rent it for the price we paid. I do feel we should be reimbursed for a portion of what we paid.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Day 1 - noticed condo door didn't lock. Called, next day Peter came and fixed. Also had 2 shower curtain liners replaced,both had mildew/mold all over them.Lady came Sunday to replace, also showed her the ceiling exhaust fan was clogged with dirt and dust so much so muchso it was actually hanging down several inches, don't know how the cleaners could miss it. Also showed her the furnace filter, both units were completely covered with thick dirt. She said they should be changed every 2 weeks, looked like it had been at least a couple of years, the louver doors were full of dust. In leaving she showed me a couple of shower curtain clips she said broke when she changed the liners, said someone would bring replacements, no one did.the top of the refrigerator was filthy.The fitted sheets did not match on the twin beds,double vs twin. Comforter in the mbr was a queen on a king bed. Time to replace the family room furniture, you sink deep in the seats of all the chairs and couches.The worst of all was as we were packing Friday we pulled the beds in the back room away from the walls to make sure the kids didn't drop anything we discovered a Large amount of candy wrappers, dirt and a wad of gum stuck to the wall along with a gum wrapper.Certainely didn't expect this from a "luxury beach rental" costing almost $1100 per day, I will attche photos/video of some of the aforementioned items.
