Disponible par Luxury Beach Rentals, cette suite de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bains située au 10ème étage est en front de mer et offre une vue spectaculaire sur l’Atlantique bleu. Ce condo offre une chambre principale en bord de mer avec lit king et un accès au grand balcon en bord de mer. La salle de bain principale offre des plans de travail en granit, une double vasque, une grande douche à l'italienne et un sol en carrelage. La deuxième chambre offre deux lits queen, la troisième chambre offre un lit queen. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent une télévision à écran plat, une laveuse et une sécheuse, et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit, ce condo crée un séjour vaste et spacieux pour vous et vos invités. la station est située au coeur du Grand Strand dans une section de la plage très familiale. Les activités sur place incluent les piscines intérieure et extérieure, qui comprennent une rivière artificielle, 2 piscines, 4 bains à remous et une pataugeoire pour enfants donnant toutes sur la plage, un centre de remise en forme et une pelouse bronzante..

- Nous avons deux chaises de plage et un parasol réservés sur la plage chaque jour pour nos clients (valeur de 200 $). Ceux-ci sont disponibles du 1er avril à fin septembre.

It was the nicest place we have rented. The condo was amazing, clean, quiet. The rooms were awsome and would rent every April for my family vacation. Loved it inside and out, the view was breathtaking.Recommend to anyone staying in Myrtle Beach.The. Royal Family.

Property was true to listing and much nicer than the older properties I have stayed in down in Myrtle Beach. Appliances were modern and worked great. Shower in master bedroom was spacious and full of pressure. I hope to return next year.

Peaceful Getaway

Location of the property is great for a quiet, clean, peaceful vacation, especially if you’re not traveling with children. Only complaint is the living room furniture is very uncomfortable, and made family time in the living room a bit difficult. The checkout process is quite a bit for a 10am checkout.

Great Family Weekend

Super enjoyed the view of the beach and ocean from our 10th floor 3-bedroom Condo. The beach during the day was beautiful and not crowded at all…after spending the day at the beach we moved to the pool, hot tubs and lazy river. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for large family

With five kids from 7-21 the space was perfect. Had everything we could need. It was nice to walk right out to the beach or just jump in the pool. The building and grounds are nice. We had a great time. Thank you!

Home away from home

Our stay at this property was beyond amazing. From the start of me booking our stay there to checking in, the service was superb. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property is absolutely stunning the views of the ocean was amazing, the comfort and safety of the property made us felt at home. All the amenities in your own home is within this property. I will highly recommend anyone staying in Myrtle Beach South Carolina to book this property, you will not be disappointed. I will certainly book again to stay at this property.

Beautiful property

The reason for the low rating on cleanliness was due to floors not being cleaned BUT they sent housekeeping right away and the vacuum cleaner was broken so they sent one and she mopped and wasn’t an issue after that. We extended the stay due to great time spent here.

Bedrooms were great. Living room furniture somewhat dated with lots of border stains on some of the furniture. The cushions on the couches and chairs in the living room needs to be redone or replaced. Don’t run the dishwasher while running the water in the sink or you will have a mess on the floor.

Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We loved the location. Check in was very easy. I was given the checkin policies a couple days in advance. Only two things that could be better. The entrance from the street was not clearly marked and i wished there were restrooms near the pool area. Everything else was a 10. Thank you, we had a wonderful time.

The only complaints is the couch was very uncomfortable along with the patio furniture. With the views and the surroundings so beautiful; it was a disappointment not to be to enjoy long periods of time and ability to sit outside to read, nap, etc. on the porch due to the outdoor furniture being so uncomfortable. With that said, this was a perfect location and a beautiful rental for a family vacation! Thank you so much!!

The condo unit had a fantastic view of the ocean, it was clean and upscale. I would say the only drawback was the over-sized furniture - made it difficult to move around in the dining room and small blue-room. Even though the description said that the unit slept up to 8 people (we were six) - there were only 6 chairs at the dining room table. - But these are just notes for future renters. We had a great time!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed we were in unit 1002at south wind . The unit was very dusty and dirty living room floor was very dirty including a toe nail and crumbs everywhere. Master bath shower had mold everywhere I had to shower in another bathroom. Just not an enjoyable stay. We have stayed in this unit several times and was surprised to see it go down like this.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointing when we arrived for our 3 months stay on Dec 3 (scheduled to arrive on 1st, but had family emergency), the rooms had not been cleaned from previous guests. All towels and linens from all but one full bed were in the floor. Bathrooms, tables and floors not cleaned. Called office, it's closed but pushed for emergency. Said records showed cleaned on Mon (Nov 29). We had to sit in car for over an hour for it to be cleaned. On Jan 1, a lady knocked to clean room saying we were suppose to be checked out. Oh well. We have come here many years. We love this condo and hope to keep coming; however,the rent was raised, attached monthly linen fee even though no one brings fresh linens monthly (and website says reservations include luxury linen service), and now you have to pay the electric bill. Charge 100/month, but if it goes over, they will charge your card for the rest. But we did enjoy the room, Beach and weather. If you raise rent higher, we should expect excellent service, not mediocre.
