Disponible par Luxury Beach Rentals, cette suite de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bains situĂ©e au 10Ăšme Ă©tage est en front de mer et offre une vue spectaculaire sur l’Atlantique bleu. Ce condo offre une chambre principale en bord de mer avec lit king et un accĂšs au grand balcon en bord de mer. La salle de bain principale offre des plans de travail en granit, une double vasque, une grande douche Ă  l'italienne et un sol en carrelage. La deuxiĂšme chambre offre deux lits queen, la troisiĂšme chambre offre un lit queen. Les autres caractĂ©ristiques comprennent une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse, et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec comptoirs en granit, ce condo crĂ©e un sĂ©jour vaste et spacieux pour vous et vos invitĂ©s. la station est situĂ©e au coeur du Grand Strand dans une section de la plage trĂšs familiale. Les activitĂ©s sur place incluent les piscines intĂ©rieure et extĂ©rieure, qui comprennent une riviĂšre artificielle, 2 piscines, 4 bains Ă  remous et une pataugeoire pour enfants donnant toutes sur la plage, un centre de remise en forme et une pelouse bronzante..

- Nous avons deux chaises de plage et un parasol réservés sur la plage chaque jour pour nos clients (valeur de 200 $). Ceux-ci sont disponibles du 1er avril à fin septembre.

It was the nicest place we have rented. The condo was amazing, clean, quiet. The rooms were awsome and would rent every April for my family vacation. Loved it inside and out, the view was breathtaking.Recommend to anyone staying in Myrtle Beach.The. Royal Family.

Great space!

We stayed for a week during the hurricane unfortunately but the property was so nice and spacious that we didn’t even mind staying in a few days and watching the rain from the beautiful balcony!

Great Family Weekend

Super enjoyed the view of the beach and ocean from our 10th floor 3-bedroom Condo. The beach during the day was beautiful and not crowded at all
after spending the day at the beach we moved to the pool, hot tubs and lazy river. Will definitely stay here again!

Myrtle Beach trade show

Property was true to listing and much nicer than the older properties I have stayed in down in Myrtle Beach. Appliances were modern and worked great. Shower in master bedroom was spacious and full of pressure. I hope to return next year.

Perfect for large family

With five kids from 7-21 the space was perfect. Had everything we could need. It was nice to walk right out to the beach or just jump in the pool. The building and grounds are nice. We had a great time. Thank you!

Peaceful Getaway

Location of the property is great for a quiet, clean, peaceful vacation, especially if you’re not traveling with children. Only complaint is the living room furniture is very uncomfortable, and made family time in the living room a bit difficult. The checkout process is quite a bit for a 10am checkout.

Home away from home

Our stay at this property was beyond amazing. From the start of me booking our stay there to checking in, the service was superb. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property is absolutely stunning the views of the ocean was amazing, the comfort and safety of the property made us felt at home. All the amenities in your own home is within this property. I will highly recommend anyone staying in Myrtle Beach South Carolina to book this property, you will not be disappointed. I will certainly book again to stay at this property.

Beautiful property

The reason for the low rating on cleanliness was due to floors not being cleaned BUT they sent housekeeping right away and the vacuum cleaner was broken so they sent one and she mopped and wasn’t an issue after that. We extended the stay due to great time spent here.

On the beach

Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We loved the location. Check in was very easy. I was given the checkin policies a couple days in advance. Only two things that could be better. The entrance from the street was not clearly marked and i wished there were restrooms near the pool area. Everything else was a 10. Thank you, we had a wonderful time.

Great location.

Bedrooms were great. Living room furniture somewhat dated with lots of border stains on some of the furniture. The cushions on the couches and chairs in the living room needs to be redone or replaced. Don’t run the dishwasher while running the water in the sink or you will have a mess on the floor.

The only complaints is the couch was very uncomfortable along with the patio furniture. With the views and the surroundings so beautiful; it was a disappointment not to be to enjoy long periods of time and ability to sit outside to read, nap, etc. on the porch due to the outdoor furniture being so uncomfortable. With that said, this was a perfect location and a beautiful rental for a family vacation! Thank you so much!!

Check-in and out process was easy. I only gave it a 4 stars with interaction with property management because the lady i spoke to on the phone to make sure my questions were answered and i received all of my check in info was not enthusiastic (felt like my questions were inconveniencing her). Cleanliness: i found random hair strands in the sink when we first entered. It was not a quick turnaround because no one rented the place the day before. The bathrooms are dated. They appear to be original from when the place was built. It is time for a bathroom upgrade. The showers have mold. I don’t think there is much the cleaning ladies could have done to remove the mold around the fixtures and the corners of the shower (master). We did ask for extra towels not knowing there were extra under the sinks but they were brought to us asap. The property is nice and close to the beach. The property is in high use during holiday weekends and most likely summer. They should have someone cleaning the pools daily. I never did see anyone cleaning the pools. They were full of bugs and trash. If i was a property owner i would not be happy about the level of attention the outdoor pools receive. The beach area was not crowded in front of the condos even on Labor Day weekend. Grocery store (food lion) is close by. My 70 yr old parents thought it was 5 star. (Amazing views) lots of space. The living room furniture are electric recliners and comfortable to us. Plenty of cookware.
