Clearwater Beach Cabana est un domaine privé qui comprend trois petites maisons de location. Notre Clearwater Beach Cabana possède une piscine de style lagon avec une grande cour pouvant servir de zone de rassemblement. Cette grande maison de location pourra accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 26 personnes, et chaque maison dispose d'une cuisine complète, d'un salon et d'une salle à manger.

Notre Clearwater Beach Cabana est à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage et à distance de marche des restaurants, des divertissements, des sports nautiques, des sites touristiques et du Pier 60. Notre maison de location est à une courte distance en voiture des plages voisines d'Indian Rocks, de Redington Shores et de St. Pete Beach. Si vous préférez, le chariot Clearwater Jolley s'arrête à proximité de notre Clearwater Beach Cabana, et il vous emmènera jusqu'à St. Pete Beach et tous les arrêts le long du chemin.

Cette maison de location est unique en son genre sur la plage, car c'est l'une des rares grandes maisons de plage de notre région. Il n'y a rien d'autre comme ça disponible sur l'île. Le Clearwater Beach Cabana est situé à Bruce Ave et Lantana Avenue à North Clearwater Beach. Vous pouvez louer notre Clearwater Beach Cabana dans son ensemble ou vous pouvez louer chaque maison de location séparément.

Si vous louez les 3, vous aurez une piscine et une cour privées. Si vous louez chaque villa séparément, vous partagez peut-être une piscine et la grande cour. Le Clearwater Beach Cabana est composé de trois maisons de location qui constituent un magnifique et grand complexe de plage.

La première maison de location qui porte le nom de Bruce Cabana dispose de trois chambres, d'une salle de bain et pourra accueillir confortablement 8 personnes avec 3 lits queen et un lit superposé. Cette maison de location à North Clearwater Beach possède son propre salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée et accès à la piscine et à la cour. Cette jolie maison de location est parfaite pour un groupe souhaitant rester près de la plage et à distance de marche de toutes les activités.

La deuxième maison de location qui s'appelle Guesthouse Villa a une chambre, une salle de bain et peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes avec 2 lits queen et un futon queen. Cette maison de location confortable est la plus petite des trois et dispose d'une cuisine complète et d'une salle de petit-déjeuner. Notre maison d'hôtes Villa à Clearwater Beach a également un accès complet à la piscine de style lagon et à la grande cour.

La troisième maison de location qui s'appelle Lantana Cabana a trois chambres, deux salles de bains et peut accueillir confortablement 12 personnes avec 4 lits queen et 2 canapés-lits. Notre Villa Lantana a sa propre cuisine complète, salle à manger, salon et accès complet à la piscine et à la cour.

Avec les 3 villas de location entourant la grande piscine et la zone de rassemblement, votre groupe peut être ensemble, mais chacun profite de l'intimité de sa propre maison de location. Dans l'ensemble, ce grand complexe de plage de trois bâtiments est parfait pour les grands groupes, les familles, les retraites d'entreprise, les groupes religieux, les groupes scolaires, les équipes sportives et les petits mariages. Notre Clearwater Beach Cabana a suffisamment d'espace de stationnement pour jusqu'à 6 véhicules.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family recently had the privilege of celebrating my mother’s birthday with many of us together at the beach! We rented all three units and there was plenty of room for everyone, whether they were there for the entire trip or just for a visit. We have a very large family and this setup accommodated us well. Our party hosted a range of ages from 7 months to 80+ years old. Now, let’s talk about location...We were just a couple of blocks from the beach! It wasn’t a long walk on the sand to the water which was pretty nice as well. It was never crowded when we were there which was fantastic! We found SO many sand dollars, and overall array of shells! I definitely recommend this property!

We were In town for my son's wedding. Very close to the beach. Nice neighborhood felt safe. The property is exactly as advertised. I would rent it again!

Clearwater beach 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall my experience wasn’t horrible but there are a list of items that should be corrected. I was very upset that we did not get the door codes until 1hr after check in. I was in town with three other families and planned our day around being in the houses at 4p like we discussed from the start of reservations. All three houses were very clean and smelled clean. Lantana house is very outdated. The bedrooms and living area furniture needs to be updated. The bed frames on the left side of the house are very cheap and noisy. The beds weren’t very comfortable either. The lantana refrigerator had a broken shelve. The lantana bathroom doors are ripping on the bottom. There’s a hole in the ceiling in the guest bedroom that has two twin beds. The guest house freezer does not work and the water pressure is VERY minimal. The water pressure barely gets the soap off of your body. The Bruce house was fine, needs updated furniture and touch up paint. The backyard needs some cleaning up, there were leaves everywhere. The backyard needs some thinning up with trees. We had perfect weather with no clouds in the sky and the pool has zero sun on it the whole time. Thankfully we heated the pool but still swimming in a shady pool sucks. This is outside of your control but the house next door is under complete renovations and they start work at 7am. We were woken up at 7am on vacation everyday. Totally outside of your control but should be explained to guests this summer. I mentioned the leaves in the backyard, the landscaper came over around 830am blowing leaves out. That should be scheduled better. We’re on vacation and should have to deal with noise that early in the morning. The houses are very spacious, I think with a little investing the house would be way better. It’s showing as very worn down at the moment. Again, wasn’t horrible but I expected a lot better for the money we paid. We wouldn’t rent again.

Great place!

There were 14 adults in my group, we rented all three rentals for three nights. Everyone thought it was an amazing place to stay at. When I arrived, a staff member was there to go through a few things with me to make sure everything was satisfying to me. If you travel there in 70 degree weather, I would recommend you heat the pool the day before you get there. I can’t wait to return to the Cabana on my next visit. Highly recommended!!!!

Family Gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: The location for this rental was perfect, just a couple blocks from the beach. The set up is also very nice. Three separate places surrounded by a fence with a pool in the middle. The places were very clean. Negatives: The outside lighting was a constant problem. The string of lights did not work even after a day full of sun to recharge the solar pack. The fridge in one of the houses did not work properly. The light in one of the bedrooms did not work. Coffee filters should be supplied. It is not a great cost and was a great inconvenience especially as there were different types of coffee makers. The heat went out in one of the houses when it got down in the 50's, it was a very uncomfortable night. The management did respond quickly, and it was fixed that afternoon. After paying so much, and being on vacation, one should not have to be calling the management regarding these things. I deal with so much when not on vacation. Our days were planned out and busy and I did not want to spend the time dealing with these issues. We were together as a family and that was what was most important.

Staying at the Clearwater Beach Cabana made it easy to drive or walk to the beach and access to other activities in minutes. I would recommend to turn on the heat for the pool, water was super cold without it even in the day time. Also, cops were called on us because we were too loud playing pool volley ball during the middle of the day. Other than that, great stay!

Big family vacation

Family get together

Loved the set up we rented all 3 houses in the group and had the pool in the middle. Perfect for large group get together! Close walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, bars and parks . The pool area was great for swimming and gathering all different times of the day! Would definitely use this place again it had everything we needed and property management was the best I have ever dealt with! Always responding very quickly

Awesome rental! Exceeded our expectations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled with our vacation rental!! We had 4 families of varying sizes that rented all 3 homes on this property. The pool area was our common ground and was our little backyard oasis, it was way bigger than I expected and easily accommodated our 14 kids! The rentals were simple but nicely decorated, very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had more space than we expected! It was a very short walk to the beach (two blocks) and we had the beach pretty much to ourselves despite it being spring break. The busier part of the beach was less than 1/2 mile away For our teens that wanted in on All the spring break action. We walked to all the shops, restaurants and the pier just about every day, it was only about a mile away and we took the trolley (also close to our rental) once just to let the little kids have the experience. The people were SO EASY to work with, very accommodating and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. We can't say enough about this gem! 10/10 recommend! Our only complaint would be that the neighbors aren't very kind, fortunately we were abow to stay out of their way.

Wonderful Stay!!!

This property was wonderful and exceeded our ext!! We rented all 3 homes (we had 22 people staying there all together) and we had plenty of room for all of us! The homes were clean and very comfortable! The pool was amazing and the kids loved swimming in it everyday! The walk to the beach was close by and was a very easy walk! We had a couple minor issues but the renters were very easy to get ahold of and the issues (a leaky dishwasher and slow flushing toilet) were fixed quickly!! I would highly recommend and we would for sure rent this property again!!!

The best location for a large group!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented all three houses for a family gathering the weekend of Gasparilla. This beautiful place was so perfect for our entire extended family, 17 people ranging in age from 6 months to 80 years old. The houses were all clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable. Plenty of seating in the expansive, gorgeous yard and around the pool. Any minor issues, such as a missing coffee pot and a slow draining sink, were addressed immediately. The beach was a short two block walk. The separate houses allowed for some privacy when needed. We split our group by age/generation and it worked out so great for us. This is an ideal place for large family, or multi family gatherings. I highly recommend it, and we will absolutely rent the place again!! Thank you for a truly memorable vacation!!

The space allowed for us to have several family groups stay together because we rented all three units. Overall, the homes were clean and cozy. There are a few things that we wish had been better. At checkin, our codes didn’t work so we had to wait outside for a while to get that resolved. There were little black bugs that bit guests who stayed in the guest house. And the pool was not usable every day of our stay because it just wasn’t clean enough until the pool cleaners came at our request. We did receive quick and helpful communication each time we had a problem.

Group of friends

Property is set up great for a large group. Plenty of room and spacious and the pool and courtyard are perfect! Great location in relation to beach and restaurants.
