FOREVER SUNSHINE VI à la semaine
Le sable blanc et les eaux cristallines de la plage de Clearwater sont à environ 200 pieds! Situé sur un cul-de-sac sans trafic ou route encombrée à traverser. Cette belle plage est un endroit idéal pour une grande famille ou un groupe d'amis en vacances ensemble. Un duplex, composé de six chambres et quatre salles de bain complètes.
Joliment décoré sur le thème des Caraïbes, et même sa propre cabane Tiki. Vue sur le golfe depuis le balcon à l'étage. Vous pouvez faire un barbecue près de la mer ou vous allonger et regarder les couchers de soleil majestueux - vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter!

Family vaca! Ages 8-70!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house. The location is second to none, literally just steps to the beach and definitely within walking distance to Pier 60! The space in the home is great. There were 14 of us and we never felt as though we were on top of one another. The home seems to have been popular since our last stay in 2022. Just little things, the stools at the table need replacing, some of the doors around the handles were dirty. I’m just being picky, it’s a great house in a great location. The kids loved the pool! The management company is awesome - they respond promptly to contacts and sent a rep very quickly (like within hours!) to remedy our AC and make it much more comfortable! Read thoroughly what is included so you can plan accordingly. All in all, great property in a great location.

Family Reunion

Wonderful property and location for family reunion of 17, ranging from 5-75+. The pool supplied hours of entertainment for the younger kids. Very clean pool. Beach close. Beds for all. Roof top deck added attraction.

An 80th Birthday family celebration

A memorable good time was had by all. The pool was a big plus. We got 6 cars in the parking area even though it was advertised as 3 or 4. When a severe rainstorm happens, water runs down the steps and with the incline water went into the bathroom and the living room. We used the beach towels to get it up. Perhaps when this happens, if no one is there, someone should check on it to prevent damage to the floors.

Perfect piece of paradise.

Came down to Clearwater to celebrate my daughter's bachelorette weekend, with a total of 22 friends and family. The rental was plenty big enough for our large group and the location was easy and convenient to beach, restaurants, and shops.

Great location and setup!

The description and pictures are very accurate. We knew the pool would be small but it served us well. This house really is perfect for a group -plenty of comfortable beds, which to me is always a number one priority. There are enough bathrooms, though little bit awkward of layout of bathrooms to bedrooms. Clearly the house is older- retrofitted but they’ve done a decent job of it ! However it’s starting to show some wear and tear in the kitchen and a few other places. I should warn everyone especially the downstairs bedrooms about the noise levels throughout the hous. You’re up until the last person goes to bed and awake when the first person gets up, these are not thick walls and you hear everything but that was ok for us. The location cannot be beat. Just on the edge of town which is perfect - easy to get to but you don’t have to listen to it and the beach access is wonderful. Would recommend for a big group! You do need lots of supplies to get through the week- trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc. we found very little spices and no pay it forward condiments etc. which drives up your grocery bill. And as everyone said older and very little kids would struggle with the spiral stairs. Regardless great management team super helpful and nice!

Clearwater volleyball vaca

We traveled down with a large group for our annual Clearwater volleyball vacation. Everything was amazing. The property managers were so responsive and we were a very short walk to the beach. Pool was heated and very comfortable. All guests were happy and looking to book again for next year.

Great space with ample sleeping room!

This was a great vacation space, extremely close to the beautiful white sand beach, great shopping and restaurants, short distance from airport, clean, modern, spacious rooms with great beds and 3 fridges which was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Large Family Vacay

We enjoyed our stay and the large house met our needs for the number of guests. There were tons of pool and beach toys/chairs/floats/towels available, which made the stay easier for packing. The kitchen did provide basic cooking needs and there were a handful of spices. There are 2 full size refrigerators in the kitchen and seating for 12 plus a sofa with a coffee table in the kitchen. Ample outdoor seating for 20. The property manager was easy to communicate with and provided quick responses. 14 smart tvs available and connectivity was great, even with the number of guests using the wifi. Only 1 bedroom has a private bathroom, all others are shared. We will def consider staying here in the future for a large group!

Great property ! Great location ! Great pool ! Air conditioning great ! Few things need improved:- bins outside were extremely full when we arrived and full of flies and maggots. No separation of recycling and general waste. Dishwasher rubbish. Doesn’t clean dishes properly Waste sink doesn’t work Not nearly enough bedding for sofa beds Gate doesn’t lock Main door doesn’t work properly. Keeps locking you out Area in one side of pool is earth and stones. Very smelly and wind blows dirt into pool all the time needs paved ! However we had a brilliant time !!

Great home for family vacation

We had a big family vacation here recently. Great home, lots of room and it was so clean! We loved how well stocked the home was as well with lots of towels and washcloths available. The pool option was also a great add on to the beach which is very close to the house. I would definitely recommend!

This place had everytging we could ask for. We are a large family and even had extra room which is rare for us. Location was perfect! All the amenities helped as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Decent but would never rent here again

I will start by saying the management company is incredibly responsive. The actual house is decent but I would never rent here again. A few takeaways: the bedrooms are small (like you can’t store your luggage in the rooms small) and there is a lot of bulky furniture in the rooms, the spiral staircase is very limiting and can be dangerous for kids, supplies very limited in the kitchen with pots and pans, sharp knives( we had to go buy), the first floor AC doesn’t work great ( but does work), not all TV Remotes work, the floors were very dirty when we arrived, there is only one dollar store broom in the house with a handheld dustpan (no mop, swiffer or vacuum), the pool was very cloudy (we could not see our children at the bottom of the pool) until we had the pool person come back 3x. The last 3 days we were able to see the bottom of the pool. The pool person did say this pool is always cloudy and the filter had not been cleaned properly in the long time. There was a pack n play at the house which was a plus for us. Outside furniture is high quality (polywood). Very close to the beach. 3 full size refrigerators which is great. We had a good time, you get what you pay for. This house is a 6/10.

Perfect!!

This is our second time staying at this property. We love it so much, we'd love to own it!! Location is everything! We are steps away from the beach which is a must when traveling with young children. The kids loved the pool and very large living room! Perfect home away from home!!

It was great!

I booked this property for a trip for work. We comfortably were able to house all 7 of us with room to spare. We would definitely stay here again. It is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, so that was great. Book this place if you are looking for room and not wanting to break the bank!
