Business get away

We had a great time and the house was even better than expected. Plenty of open space and beds! The pool and outdoor patio were great. We will definitely stay here again!!

Awesome house/location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had 3 families with a total of 12 people and we never felt crowded. The house is very roomy, provided a lot of amenities, is so close to the beach and the pool was great. We'd definitely stay here again!!

We had a group of 20 adults and it was nothing short of amazing. Trolly stop just out front. Very close to beach. We all had a great time with plenty of space.

Amazing location and house!!

We had a great weekend. The pool was awesome, house looks exactly as pictured and there was so much space. Also in a very convenient location to all the restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend!

Home is deceptively large and accommodated 17 members of my family. One block from the beach and half a mile walk to shops/restaurants. Great location!

amazing house!

We went with a group of friends over the weekend- the house was perfect: clean, enough space for 16 of us, beds were super comfortable, the pool area was amazing. Location is also perfect and literally a block from beach. The property management team was also so friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful home! Great location!

We had six families staying in this home and it was a perfect fit for all of us! The home is modern, clean, well cared for and has all the amenities you need to live comfortably during your stay. Close to the beach too! This home is fantastic and worth every penny! We will not stay anywhere else when we return to Clearwater Beach! Thank you Belloise Realty for a great vacation home!

The perfect girls weekend getaway

We absolutely LOVED staying at this property. It was a mile walk to downtown Clearwater and the pool was absolutely amazing. We did have an issue with the pool being extremely hot since the heater was on, but when we contacted the office they sent someone out to fix it for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group!!

Amazing time

We had the best time! The property was so great! Had all the towels, and even beach towels! Everyone was friendly and helpful when I called! The beds very extremely comfortable! 2 fridges were great!

Great location!

The house is perfect for a large group looking for lots of space in a great location. Drawbacks: did not provide dish soap, and there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Otherwise the whole experience was fantastic.

Perfect home!

The home sits closer to the beach than you expect. It slept 13 adults and 7 children comfortably. The pool was perfect! The photos were not deceiving at all and we communicated well with the property management company. Snag up this gem while you can!

Great Stay for Family Reunion

Great house and location. Really enjoyed the pool and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. All the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. House was stocked with everything we could have needed. Plenty of towels, hand towels, beach towels, wash cloths. Lots of pool floats, beach chairs and games at the house to play if it rains. Having two fridges and two washer/dryers was super helpful with our large group. Everyone had a great time.

Great location, nice, updated home. With some cons

We loved the home and the pool area. The location was wonderful as well. The house was clean and very nice for our 20 people. The only issues were: The pool isn’t cleaned daily and turned really green on us Two of the pull out sofas were broken to the point that they were unusable, leaving us to scramble to try and find places for 3 of our youngsters to sleep Many of the outlets around the mother jen do not work The tub in the large bathroom clogs up quickly leaving you standing in dirty water while showering. Even with these negative items, we really enjoyed our stay and if these items are addressed, we would rent again.

Family vacation

The location of the house is perfect we really loved being able to get to the beach so easily. It was also awesome to be able to walk to so many shops and restaurants. The condition of the furniture was very disappointing. All of the sofas are worn-out and uncomfortable to sit on. We didn't need to use the sofa sleepers so I cannot speak to their condition. The bunk bed makes all kinds of noise if you move at all making it hard to sleep and easy to wake the other person. We had to call to have the pool heater turned on despite paying to have the pool heated and the garbage disposal doesn't work, we called once and and worked briefly are they worked on it, but it stopped working again.

Great location but communication and lights were lacking

Great location and plenty of space but be prepared to bring a bunch of your own regular items like hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags. It is a 7 bedroom house so it’s pretty understandable that 1 roll per bathroom would be anticipated but not in this place. They also didn’t provide hand soap, which is concerning especially in today’s COVID climate. The pool deck is also pretty dark so if you plan to eat dinner outside or even just chat on the patio, you won’t be able to see each other over the 1 dim light thats out there. The location cannot be beat though, the trolley stop is in the driveway and you are 1 block to the beach. Guess that’s what the owners must rely on for repeat visitors since their communication was poor as well, still waiting to find out where the pool light or toilet paper is located by both phone and app message.

Good property but needs TLC

Property and location are great but it needs someone to go through it with an eye for detail. Multiple bulbs were burned out so it was dark in areas. One bedroom door had very loose hinges so the door sagged and stuck. The grill needs to be replaced, only half of the burners worked and it was hard to get high heat. It doesnt need to be fully stocked, but one kitchen garbage bag was not sufficient. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time. The beds are in need of replacement....we had a large group and everyone complained about the bed quality. Its the little things that would make this a great rental. Location was great, a quick walk to the beach or downtown. The trolley goes right by and stops at the driveway. There are two refrigerators and two sets of washer/dryers which was great. The pool area has great shade cover so you could enjoy the area during the heat of the day. Overall we had a great vacation.
