- Beach is an easy 5 min walk
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the entrance to the front porch and another on the southeast corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per dog

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Family Vacation

House was perfect for a large family of 15. Loved the pool area and the ability to walk to beach and restaurants. Cottage was great for family member with younger child in our group. Would recommend to anyone!

Great Spring Break Vacation Location

House was perfect for our large group of family and friends staying for 10 days. The pool is a little shaded in the evenings and perfect after a hot day at the beach. The beach wagons were great and made the short walk to the beach quite easy. Everything on the island is walkable and there is a park just across the street. Great location and great house.

Family time on clearwater beach

The property was restored from hurricane damage and was in fine shape for our arrival. We enjoyed the accommodations, especially the pool. Bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed walks on the beach, fishing and pickleball at the library/community center, a block away.

Great place close to the beach and anything you need!

Fantastic property, has everything you need and almost everything you don’t. Had a golf trip with a group of friends, everyone had their own room! The house is well stocked, and a great host that had everthing ready for us. The property was extremely clean and very well maintained. We had a fantastic time!

Great location! Works perfectly for larger group.

The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood. Enough room for our large family. Plenty of dishes/utensils to make anything you want. The outdoor space is great, wish we could have enjoyed that more but it was pretty chilly during our stay. We will have to come back when its warmer!

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our group. Right next to the beach, pool, everything we wanted to do was in walking distance and plenty of room. I would definitely stay at this rental property again. Thank You our family had a great time.

Large gathering areas to make memories

This modern house was great for our large group of people. We had privacy and yet areas to mingle. The fenced-in yard was spacious with picnic tables and a pool. Beach wagons and coolers were provided for the short walk to the beach. The high windows allowed for natural light throughout the house. The dining table was big enough for all of us to eat and be comfortable. Parking was ample for all of us too.

Wonderful!!!

Had 14 friends here celebrating some birthdays. This place was spacious for all! Very comfortable beds, seating inside and out for all and very well stocked with everything you could ever need! Able to walk to beach and all restaurants and bars. Rental agent got back to us immediately with any questions we had. The only complaint was we wanted to stay longer!!

Very happy!

The house layout was nice and living room/kitchen was large enough for our group of 10. The little cottage was perfect for a family with a baby. There were beach towels and a few sand toys and a beach wagon that we were able to use on our quick 5 min walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location

Everything was as advertised. Check in was a breeze and house was in excellent shape. Owner was kind enough to have some distilled water on site because we arrived late in the evening. Would stay here again.

The house was fantastic. It had everything you could need, was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was mirrors! For the number of ladies we had staying there, we could have used a full length mirror. Also, the description says that you need to bring your own beach towels,but they did have them

Great house and awesome location

House is very well outfitted and accommodated us and our traveling circus quite well! We rented the entire property which ended up being way more space than what we needed. The small house of the pool offered a great place for littles to nap while allowing everyone else to still enjoy the house. Great house and awesome owner

Gem of a listing!

The cottage was PERFECT for us! Plenty of room for everyone. It is a very short walk to the beach. Clearwater Beach parking is expensive and hard to come by. This was great to be able to pop over to the beach day and night and not have to worry about parking. It has everything you and think of and then some. We will be renting this listing again next year.

Perfect place for family reunion

The house was spacious with bright, cheery decor. There were plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms for our whole group. The big dining table and pool area made for great gathering spots. The beach was a walkable distance away. It was in a quiet neighborhood but close to a lot of bars and restaurants. There was good communication with the owner. Lots of dishes and towels made it easy to jump right in without excessive preparation.

Birthday celebration.

We had a large group of family members coming in to celebrate my husband’s 70th and needed lots of space and this fit the bill. It was within easy walking distance to the beach, places to eat and pickle ball. It had its own pool for some quiet lounging and a separate space where the my son, daughter in lawn n heand their kids slept. It was perfect.

Family Birthday

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! It was such a great location. Easy to find. Cute home. I loved that the home had a pack n play, high chair, extra blankets. the night lights are SO great. The AC was pumping :) the kitchen had everything we could ever need. Though, who wants to cook on vacay? :) the home was clean, the beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great house and location!

We had 11 adults (4 couples, 3 singles) and a 3 year-old and the house was perfect!!! We had a couple of minor setbacks that were immediately addressed and resolved by the property manager. When everyone left early to get on their flights my husband and I took our sweet time packing up to leave. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Vacation Home

My family and I stayed here for a week in August. We were a group of seven with plenty of room for all of us. The house is kept nice and clean. Very responsive host, although we really didn't have any issues. Location is top with just a few minutes walk to beach, bars and restaurants. We didn't want to leave (which is a very good indication of how comfortable we were) We would definately come back here and highly recommend this property. Thank you for the complimentary coffee pods. It was much appreciated!!
