Villa La Casita Burriana Nerja impressionne les voyageurs par sa proximité avec la plage et son impressionne voyageurs avec sa vue sur la mer et les montagnes.

La villa de 2 étages se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine très bien équipée, de 3 chambres et de 3 salles de bains et peut donc accueillir 7 personnes. Les équipements supplémentaires comprennent le Wi-Fi (permet des appels vidéo), la climatisation, une machine à laver ainsi qu'un séchoir. Un lit bébé et une chaise haute sont également disponibles.

Great property in a fabulous location!

The property was really clean and homely with plenty of space, great balconies to chase the sun and an amazing view. All amenities were close by with the beach, bars and restaurants within an easy 10 minute wander. We had a wonderful break here and would highly recommend.

Everything is clean with a beautiful bathroom and kitchen, lots of sunbeds at the pool and roofterrace. We're looking forward to next year, because we definitely go to La Casita again!

The facilities in the Villa were excellent.

Pros: The Villa has everything you could possibly want to guarantee a fantastic holiday. There was plenty of outside space and terrace areas too. We loved everything about it and would definitely return. Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

Pros: The villa was perfectly positioned within easy walking distance to beach and old town, the property was comfortable and clean, although a bit tired on the ground floor but looks as though the owner is working his way down from the top as the upper floors are brand new, overall a very pleasant stay and thanks to John and Mark for their help we would certainly stay here again.

Great house in a great location

Pros: This well equipped house had plenty of space for our family of six: we enjoyed using the roof terrace, the kitchen terrace and the pool area (with its sea view). A short walk from a super beach, bakery and restaurants, the house is in a quiet area which is great to retreat to after a day out in Nerja. It’s a pleasant 20min stroll into the centre of town. The host is a pleasure to deal with and the house itself was spotless on arrival.

Pros: Myself and my family stayed at Villa La Casita for 2 weeks, we have just arrived home and wish we were back there. The villa felt like a home from home really well equipped and comfortable. The pool was fab and well maintained during our stay. The villa location is ideal very near the beach with restaurants and shops and not too far to walk to the centre of town if you are able. We had online shopping delivered twice during our stay from Mercadona which was great and they found the villa no problem at all. All dealing with John the owner from start to finish were great, he responded to all my emails really quickly and gave me any information I needed. We will definitely return to Villa La Casita!

Pros: Myself and some friends stayed at Villa La Casita near the beach in Nerja, for two weeks. What a lovely relaxing holiday we had. The Villa is fantastic, very big and spacious. It had everything in it you would want while away from home. It is a very well kitted out in terms of a fully equipped kitchen etc. and a BBQ area outside as well. It has it's own pool which was excellent for the days you just wanted to relax around the villa. It is literally a 5 min walk to the beach. The centre of Nerja is a 20 min walk which we did every evening when going in to town to eat, and it was great to get a 20 min walk ( each way ) in every day while there. There is lots of space outside around the villa itself so if you wanted to be on your own in some other part, you could. I'd highly recommend it as a place to spend a very relaxing time. I hope to go back there again. Thanks for the opportunity of a lovely holiday.

Pros: We booked the Villa for a week at the start of May - 3 couples. Communication and booking the villa was straight forward and quick responses from John, with all details. Villa was comfortable and clean when we arrived and split over 3 floors. Villa gets the sun all day, and great for lying around the pool. Pool was a good size for a quick dip to cool down. Bedrooms (1double,2twins) were comfortable and clean, and air con in the twin rooms if required. Great outdoor space for eating or having a few drinks, on all 3 levels. The villa is located on a small hill, and only 250metres from cafes, restaurants and the beach. Big supermarket near by and easy walking distance or small supermarket at the beach. Nice restaurants on the beach or a short walk (10mins) into Nerja town for more restaurants and bars. Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa for a holiday. Would definitely book again, if going back to Nerja.

Pros: Alles war klasse. Transfer, Schlüsselübergabe, das wunderschöne Haus, das tolle Essen. Für Woche auch ohne Mietwagen super. Aber nichts für Gehbehinderte da viele Wege sehr steil und anstrengend sind. Aber für uns alles super. Unbedingt im la traina (burriana ) und im la pulguilla (Altstadt ) essen gehen.

Pros: Une maison confortable et suffisamment grande, bien que moins spacieuse que ne pourrait le laisser presager l'annonce. Propre et moderne, elle est effectivement idealement situee pres de la grande plage de Nerja, d'ou sans doute le prix que la maison en elle-meme ne justifie sans doute pas. Quartier assez calme. Centre ville a portee de marche, comme le supermarche. Possibilite de stationnement prive devant la maison. Les trois terrasses permettent de varier les plaisirs. Piscine en revanche un peu petite (taille standard neanmoins dans ce quartier tres confine).

Pros: Dejligt hus med skøn udsigt over hav og bjerge og kort gåafstand til dejlig strand. Dejlig pool og skøn tagterrasse. Gåafstand til både sandstrand og Nerja by. Vi var 4 personer i huset og der var god plads til os, men er man mere end 6-7 personer, bliver der måske lidt trangt ved poolen og i soveværelserne. Huset kan varmt anbefales.

Pros: Andra året i "villa la Casita" med goda vänner och dotter. Underbart boende med alla faciliteter. Härlig pool och olika terasser samt balkong man kan vistas på om man önskar sol eller skugga. Nära till playan (Burriana) samt gångavstånd till "balcon de europé " dvs Nerjas stadskärna med många restauranger utefter vägen. Sängarna något hårda dock då bäddmadrass saknas. Många trappor så kanske inte det bästa boendet för handikappade eller små barn. Rekommenderar varmt detta underbara boende!

Pros: Fint och trevligt boende med bra läge nära Burriana beach. Närheten till stranden var ett stort pluss dvs slippa ta bilen då de är svårt med parkering vid stranden. Mycket trevligt hus, rent och fräscht samt flera uteplatser som användas utifrån var solen befann sig. Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse. Tusen tack! PS. Många gånger kan man bli besviken att bilderna visar en bättre miljö än var de i verkligheten är, i detta fall är huset ännu bättre än bilderna!
