Ceci est un beau contemporain ensoleillé 2015 avec quatre chambres toutes en-suite. La répartition des chambres se compose de trois chambres avec lit queen et d'un lit king-size et d'une douche à l'italienne. Sonos dans toute la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger. Une terrasse ensoleillée et un tout nouveau grill Weber pour divertir vos amis et votre famille avec vue sur la piscine. Un sous-sol fini et une belle piscine chauffée avec lumière du soleil sur la piscine jusqu'à 17 h.

Great Stay

Fantastic Property!

This is our second time staying at this property. It's spacious, designed well, and perfectly located near Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton. It's difficult to come by a property that has an en-suite bathroom attached to each bedroom - and this house has it! The pool and outdoor space are also incredible. We will definitely want to come back to this house for future stays in the Hamptons!

Attentive owner, inviting home and location

My wife, two young kids and I had a wonderful stay. Gabby was very welcoming and attentive; her communication was superb. The home is beautiful - modern and cozy at the same time - and very clean and inviting. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to being back in Sag Harbor which was in full swing in late August.

Great Time

The location of this house is perfect. Your close enough to all the local action but nestled away on a quiet block with tons of privacy. The house itself, especially the outdoor area, is also amazing. The yard couldn't be more ideal for relaxation and comfort. Last, but not least, Gabrielle was an excellent host. Having met us at check-in, she provided us with a walk through of the house and informed us how to use all the appliances. She was very helpful and thoughtful - she actually blew up a few floats for my kids to use in her pool, which were prepared prior to our arrival and left for our use. All in all, this was an excellent house and experience.

Perfect Retreat

We loved everything about this property. Gabby was very communicative, making our check in/out process very seamless. The location is very central and a 2-minute walk from a farm stand. This is truly a 5-star luxury house and extremely spacious and clean. The outdoor area was a huge plus! We really enjoyed having a grill and large lap pool. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Oasis

We have been renting summer homes in the Hamptons for the last 30+ years (the last six in Sag Harbor). The past two weeks in this wonderful home is now our best rental experience ever. Great house and great owner.

perfect in every way!

We had no idea what to expect. And we were thrilled with what we found! The home is spotless! It is bright, sunny and has everything you could possibly want! 4 bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms. Two extra 1/2 baths. Super comfortable beds. Wonderful owner who greeted us upon our arrival. Responsive and easy to work with. We were here for a weekend wedding with events in Southampton and Water Mill and both were within an easy drive. The house is 8 minutes from the village in Sag Harbor. Beach is 5 minutes away and there is a farm store with anything you could want at the corner of the street. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Peaceful and Beautiful!

This house was recently renovated and it is like it is brand new. All materials and appliances are top notch. The backyard/pool is very private (fully fenced for safety) and beautifully landscaped with flower gardens that the birds seem to love as much as we did. The deck includes a table with umbrella, very comfortable (cushioned) chairs and a brand new gas grill. Indoors, the kitchen/living room/dining room area makes a great social gathering place. Perhaps one of the nicest features of the house is that they designed it with a private bath in every bedroom! As with the rest of the design, the bedrooms/bathrooms are clean and very tastefully decorated. All of this is located on a small, private lane within walking distance to a bay beach and a short drive to the center of Sag Harbor (our favorite of the Hampton villages). We couldn't have been happier with our selection of this home for our vacation in the Hamptons.

I came from the UK many decades ago straight out to the East End and have never left. The sound of tree frogs in the early Spring, shadbush breaking out early Spring, a breathtaking night sky like no other, and the finest community you'd ever want to meet and share your life with.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is special because of the close proximity to the beach. It is a solid neighborhood of decent year round people who have chosen to live in this tight knit friendly community. A terrific farm stand, Serene Green Farm is but only a two minute walk. Quiet and special and a place to call home! An advantage is the proximity to East Hampton, Bridgehampton and Southampton for all its dazzling displays and yet close to the gorgeous bay beaches with glorious sunsets like no other.

Night sky, silence and the fragrance of saltwater and seaside flowers mingled together. A glorious drive to the local post office in the village of Sag Harbor passing over Long Beach Causeway. A forever changing beautiful sky whether hot sunny summer or cold wintry winter.
