Parfait pour les jeunes familles avec des équipements pour bébés et des équipements pour bébé, dont un lit bébé, une chaise haute et des jouets pour la piscine, ainsi que pour les familles avec des enfants plus âgés: vélos, SUP et de nombreuses activités dans la région, y compris la location de kayaks et des courts de tennis dans la région. Idéalement situé à 5 min de Bay Beach, à 7 min de la ville et à 12 min de l'océan. Plusieurs zones pour se détendre et dîner. Cuisine intérieure élégante avec poêle Viking, table à manger pour 8 et îlot central avec tabourets de bar. La cuisine, la chambre principale et le salon ont des curseurs sur le pont pour une vie intérieure / extérieure facile qui ouvre le pont donnant sur le jardin et la piscine. Le pont a Webber, coin salon et table à manger. La zone Pergola a des canapés en plein air plus une table à manger avec des sièges pour 8 à 10 avec un Webber Grill pour un divertissement en plein air facile qui est éclairé la nuit pour le divertissement du soir. Wonderful, relaxing stay.

We had a fabulous time at this property, and our family of four really enjoyed the house. It is well appointed, roomy and the location is great. We absolutely loved the outdoor spaces as they are both beautiful and private. The bbqs under the rose covered pergola were a highlight. Location is excellent. Just a few short minutes to town (Sag Harbor) and close to East Hampton as well. Our host provided us with all the information we needed to explore and enjoy the area. Would definitely consider staying again for our next vacation!

Exceeded expectations!

All our expectations were met and exceeded amongst my family. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house felt big enough for the 6 of us which included my husband, 2 grandchildren and their parents. The downstairs gave us enough privacy and we would congregate upstairs. The grounds were outstanding - a magical, private garden with different areas to lounge. The kitchen was modern with new appliances. The host was incredibly receptive and did everything she could to make us feel welcome. The location was ideal - close to town and the beach. I plan to come back.

Family Paradise

We had the pleasure of staying at the house with our 3 kids. It is perfect for families with plenty of room so everyone has their privacy. The garden is like none I have ever seen. I felt like I was in my own Mediterranean hideaway under the pergola. We spent afternoons on the hammock and had some great evening sessions making scores around the fire pit. They also have projectors so we each had our own movie experience both upstairs and downstairs. The location couldn't be better. We were a few minutes from the bay beach where there are no waves and the most beautiful sunsets. We also could drive to the ocean and spent a lot of time in Sag Harbor which is the most charming town in the Hamptons (in my opinion). The vacation was a dream.

An oasis of green-a city escape!

Open, airy and "beachy". A casual and clean layout. I love the how everything flows upstairs...living room, kitchen, expansive outdoor deck and master bedroom. We had a wonderful time here. So i booked again. Short drive or run to town. The garden and pool area is absolutely gorgeous. Good vibes.

Hamptons Heaven!

I had stated many times before in other houses in the Hamptons but none like this! It's a lovely and spacious house with a rolling backyard, fire pit, pool..perfect for groups, families or couples seeking a relaxing getaway. Shops and restaurants are very close. Eddy and Beatriz are perfect hosts and always trying to make your stay the best possible trip you'll ever have. Highly recommend and I will be back!

Fantastic Hampton chill - romantic and practical!

This fabulous house holds the perfect combination of romantic beauty and the needed practicality with kids. It is spacious and cozy, light and airy, with a touch of nautical in its design. Perfect for the summer with its many eating spots inside and outside, the pool, the terrace, the garden and that insanely romantic spot under the pergola!! In the winter it is great too - with the fireplace and the cozy downstairs where we watched a movie. The location is great, nature all around, close to the village for delicious treats (ask them for the best little wine, cheese, bread and coffee spots) and there is easy access to several beaches. We loved it.

Fantastic Hamptons Getaway

This home gave us everything we could have hoped for to relax and unwind from our busy urban lives: We walked the sprawling gardens, lounged in the oversized hammock, grilled under the stars, and had easy access to great Hamptons beaches and the quaint town of Sag Harbor. The enormous lap pool is perfect for lap swimming but also with steps and a shallow end excellent for children. The kitchen is well appointed and fully functional with a large center island. The living room is spacious and bright, and opens to a sprawling rear deck overlooking the pool and gardens. There are plenty of comfortable sleeping areas for a large number of guests. An extended stay at this expansive property was just what the doctor ordered!

Great time in Sag Harbor

We had a great time at this gorgeous house! We took all the family: me and my husband, our 4 daughters and my mother who was visiting us. The house was really big enough for everyone, the bedrooms are very comfortable and we really loved the round window of the master bedroom from where you can see all the green of the garden as soon as you wake up! The living room is very spacious and has a nice and relaxed ambience. The kitchen is well equipped, has lots of light and is big enough for all the family to be together while cooking and eating the meals. The outdoor space is big and amazing! First the terrace has a great view over the garden and pool and although we were still not able to use the swimming pool due to the cold weather, we could see how big it is and it should be great to relax or do a barbecue over there. Finally the village of Sag Harbor is a truly charming place, full of nice little restaurants and shops where you really enjoy hanging around. We had a great time and would love to come back during summer time!

A true oasis

Beautiful Sag Harbor retreat

I've greatly enjoyed my time staying here! Relaxing in the expansive backyard is an instant de-stressor. The combination of the oversized pool with Buddha statue, and the beautifully landscaped trees and flowers make for a true zen escape. There is also a sizable separate area behind the pool with an Italian-style pergola. It's a perfect spot for dinner parties under the stars. This is a true gem! thank you! Can't wait to stay again.

Sag Harbor Zen

We rented this lovely, functional home for a full week in August. It was spacious enough for my husband and I, both of our mothers, and our toddler. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous landscaping around the full-size pool, which gets just the right amount of sunlight during the day. We cooked almost every meal in the kitchen, which is my favorite part of the house--a truly communal and entertainment-friendly space that is well-equipped and maintained. The master bedroom is charming with its circular window over the bed, giving a glimpse of the surrounding trees. Waking up every morning in this home was truly a zen experience.

Great house, great location

We stayed in the house for a week in the spring of 2013. The house is charming and has everything you need for a great Hamptons weekend. The layout is fantastic: a large kitchen and living area, both giving to a nice big terrace, perfect to enjoy drinks and meals overlooking the garden and the pool. There are two large bedrooms in the main floor while the ground floor has a second leaving space and another bedroom. The separate spaces can accommodate two families and give privacy to the guests. When we went there, it was not warm enough to enjoy the pool, but it looked amazing and we would love to come back on the summer! The house has also a barbecue for real professionals and the outside entertainment area is wonderful. Furthermore, the house is very close to the beautiful little town of Sag Harbour where there are plenty of stores and restaurants for nice dinners out. And the coast is also driving minutes away, so the house is extremely well located to enjoy all that the Sag Harbour area has to offer. We had an amazing time and would definitely love to come back!!!

A lovely vacation house

Our family of three (including a 2.5 year old daughter) thoroughly enjoyed Bea's Hamptons house for a week this summer. The house is well appointed, very comfortable, and conveniently located. My wife enjoys cooking and she loved being in the kitchen, which features a pro-grade Viking stove and ventilation hood. We shared many meals at the large dining table in the kitchen and on the sizable deck immediately outside (that has a traditional charcoal BBQ). The private backyard setting, with tall green trees and lush flower bushes, is sure to provide solitude that transports you far away. The unheated pool is large and has abundant lounge chairs and tables around its perimeter. There are ample pool toys, rafts, "river tubes" etc. The house is set up for outdoor entertaining as well under a pergola by the pool that has a large dining table, a separate seating area for drinks or lounging, and a gas powered grill. The house has Sonos speakers in the living room and bedroom, which is a very cool feature. Using my iPhone, I was able to select and play music from my phone or via Internet services (i.e. Pandora) in those rooms. Also the house has some excellent childproof features for travelers like us with toddlers, including a plexiglass shield preventing child access to the indoor entrance staircase and a safety gate that keeps little ones from leaving the deck area outside (i.e. to the pool). We highly recommend staying at Bea's house and look forward to visiting again soon. P.S. for your information, the house's VRBO listing description is accurate, the listing photos accurately reflect the rental’s appearance & amenities, we found the property to be clean and well-maintained, and the Owner was helpful in answering our questions/concerns.

We chose this property because we love the town. Friendly people with an elegance that is under stated. The property is called Bella Vista for it's unbelievable view. It has a nautical feel which we fell in love with as soon as we walked in.
