Cette maison contemporaine confortable, sereine et lumineuse se trouve sur 2 hectares privés au bout d'un cul-de-sac tranquille. Il dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec des plafonds voûtés et des lumières du ciel dans le salon, la salle familiale et la cuisine / salle à manger. Il est joliment meublé et décoré par des professionnels. Il dispose d'une immense terrasse avec beaucoup d'espace pour barbecue, divertir ou se détendre autour d'une piscine creusée chauffée de 20x40. Les caractéristiques comprennent: A / C central, TV à écran plat, cheminée, câble, lecteur DVD, chaîne stéréo avec haut-parleurs intérieur / extérieur, WIFI.

Relaxing vacation

Our family, five adults, had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. From the well stocked house, the warm pool, comfortable rooms and grill to bbq, the house had all we needed. Situated about 15 minutes from town, it offered the privacy we needed with access to all amenities. The host was easy to correspond with and very responsive. Can’t wait to return.

Family Time

We had a great week!! The house was comfortable and inviting! The kitchen and baths were just renovated and done beautifully. The house was so clean and the pool was fabulous. We spent a lot of our time floating and relaxing! Lillian was great to work with and quick with responding to any questions! You could not help but treat this home as your own.

Wish the stay was longer!

The pics in the listing do not do the home justice! It is even more STUNNING in person. Decorated beautifully, gorgeous curb appeal and completely stocked with everything you could POSSIBLY need between the kitchen, the bathrooms, floats for the pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas. It was a truly fantastic stay. Lillian was so accommodating and quick to respond with any questions I had. They have a great book when you arrive at the home that has TONS of suggestions for the beaches, restaurants (from delis, to bagels/coffee, lunch, dinner, fancy, casual). Things that you didn't think you would need, were there. A truly wonderful home, location and would love to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality!

East Hampton Oasis

My closest friends and family had an incredible stay at Lillian’s beautiful home. The house is even more beautiful in person and equipped with top of the line features and amenities- there wasn’t a detail that was missed. In this new age of “work from home” we took the liberty of upgrading our Zoom backgrounds with the peaceful backyard of the home, and took many pool breaks throughout the day as well (the listing doesn’t mention this, but the house has an outdoor shower)! Not to mention, between the outdoor and indoor grill, we all cooked up a storm. Lillian was also very prompt with her responses to any of our questions- we are grateful she allowed us to stay in her beautiful home. Highly recommend!

Amazing Girls Trip

This house is truly amazing - the photos do not do it justice! We absolutely loved our three week stay in Sag Harbor, and the location of the home is perfect for quick trips into town and access to beautiful local beaches. The interior of the home is beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. Lillian was an incredible host - kind, organized, and responsive. We truly could not have asked for more!

The best in NorthWest Woods Easthampton

Everything you can want in a home....from a top of the line outdoor grill to the indoor electric grill, coffee maker to a cappuccino/espresso machine, top of the line cutlery a cooking utensils. Nothing has been overlooked. The property is meticulously maintained and beautifully decorated. This is a beautiful home run by a considerate and efficient owner/manager. We cannot wait to return!

Lovely well equipped property in a great location

We are a family of four who stayed during the summer break. The property was ideally located for exploring the region. It was off the beaten track but everything was within a 10 to 15 minute drive plus you could use the bikes supplied to cycle if you had the energy. The pool size was great - larger than what you would normally get with a decent deep end! What we loved about the property (aside from the pool and the BBQ area!) was all the kit which came with it - body boards, bikes, kitchen utensils, herbs, salt, pepper, cleaning stuff, toilet rolls, an abundance of house and beach towels etc etc. This is all the stuff you normally have to buy/bring with you but it was all there with all the kitchen gadgets you could dream of - I think the house may be sponsored by KitchenAid :-)! You can also tell (in a good way) that this the owner’s second home given the care and attention to detail/amazing cleanliness. Wonderful property and stay. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect!

We rent a house every year and this one was by far the most accommodating! The house is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The backyard with the pool was amazing and had the perfect amount of sun all day for us to hang out and relax! Lillian was so sweet and answered any questions we had as fast as possible. Lovely, beautifully decorated home!

Wonderful rental that completed our vacation. Not only is the house immaculate and perfectly decorated, but it has everything you need to live comfortably, from an espresso maker to chairs, umbrella and cooler ready to take to the beach. Honestly, the photos don't do it justice. I would definitely recommend this property and I hope to go back again next summer.

Beautiful and relaxing!

This was our second trip to Hamptons and I could not be happier with this house and the owner! The house is located in very private area and is absolutely beautiful. There are several areas to sit and hand out and every room has its unique design. The outdoors is perfect with many lounge chairs, umbrellas and dinning table for 8. Heated large pool was perfect to play all day long at any time. The entire listing description was accurate but in my opinion the place in person is even more beautiful than the pictures. Lillian also had all the details, regarding the activities, attractions and restaurants in the area, perfectly organized in the binder for quick look up. Amazing retreat in a beautifully appointed home

We met Lilian in the spring when we went to see the house and loved it since we stepped into the house. Lilian is very courteous and a tremendous host that will make you feel at ease right away. We stayed at the house on Memorial Day weekend and loved every aspect of it. The house is furnished extremely well - And all the comforts are provided. There are a ton of utensils, pans, pots so cooking is easy and a pleasure. We can't wait to go back towards the end f this month for a week.

Fabulous East Hampton vacation property

Property far exceeded the photos on the website. Lovely warm welcome from the owners, with a chilled bottle of much appreciated wine in the fridge - especially after a long tiresome journey. Pool was heated in preparation as requested, which meant much rewarding pleasure of warm welcoming pool on arrival. House was beautifully furnished, and very well appointed, with every kitchen implement needed for any cook. House was in idyllic setting - if you want to get away from it all, the property is quietly set in a woodland area, only a quick run to the beach at mile end road, only four miles run from East Hampton Village ( only five minutes by car !). Instructions for every eventuality was available in the comprehensive welcome booklet. Lists of local restaurants were spot-on, lovely meals out, while Citarella Deli foods to eat in were to die for.... Owners, Lillian and Steve were so helpful and accommodating, could not have asked for more gracious hosts. Incredible property to spend a family get together. Can't wait to return. Fabulous quiet location, Well equipped, Clean Home

Enjoyed staying the 2 weeks in this house in East Hampton. The house was very well equipped to cook and eat in. Linens were very nice and well supplied. We had 2 couple and an infant and the house was great for us. If the infant cried during the night you couldn't even hear her in the upstairs bedrooms. Would definitely recommend. Owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Very comfortable, clean, peaceful property

We stayed in Lillian's home for a week (group of friends). The property is nestled in the woods and is indeed quite private. We were pleasantly surprised by how well-appointed the home is. Almost no detail has been overlooked; the kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil and cooking implement you could hope for and equipped to entertain up to 8 people easily. There is a built-in wine cooler, an indoor and outdoor grill, even an espresso machine. The bedrooms are all comfortable and there are TONS of fresh towels, blankets, and linens throughout the house. Lillian also has a set of very comfortable beach chairs and umbrella in the basement, as well as bikes. There is a TV in every room (!) and an excellent indoor/outdoor sound system with iPod plug-in. The pool is large, very clean (pool is cleaned at least once during each stay), and we did not even have to use the heater in the warm weather. The property is easily accessible from East Hampton (less than a 10 min drive to town, 15 min drive to Amagansett Beaches); there are some very nice bay beaches less than 5 minutes from the house as well, which I would recommend as an alternative to the ocean beaches for a day or two. Sag Harbor is about a 15 min drive away as well. Lillian was a very responsive and courteous host. She is easy and pleasant to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. This is a perfect home for a family getaway or for friends looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful East End of Long Island...I would highly recommend it and would stay again!

Great Weekend in East Hampton!

We had the best time here! Beautiful house, amazing pool, cozy living rooms and a great kitchen for cooking. The house is a 5 minute bike ride to the harbor and a ten minute car ride to the beach. The surroundings are lush and tranquil. The house was immaculate and every room well appointed. Lillian was such a great host. Her home had everything we needed. We could not have been happier and will definitely be back!
