Une maison victorienne classique de 1908 à San Francisco de 3 étages et 4 chambres, spacieuse (2000) rénovée, avec parking adjacent au Golden Gate Park, quartier privilégié d'Inner Sunset, à quelques pas des musées, des lacs, de l'arboretum et de l'U.C.S.F. Ultra-haut débit fibre optique GIGABIT WiFI / Internet filaire (750+ mbs), espace de bureau, iMacs, imprimante laser et plus encore.

Classique 1908 victorienne au cœur du coucher de soleil intérieur, un quartier local très populaire à trois pâtés de maisons des musées du parc. Récemment rénové. Nouvelle terrasse et barbecue. Garage avec ouvre-porte électrique.

House dispose d'un réseau local câblé et d'Amazon Alexa à chaque étage avec Sonos.

À quelques pas des attractions centrales de Golden Gate Park, dont l'Académie des sciences, le musée De Young, l'arboretum, le jardin de thé japonais et bien plus encore. Plus de quarante restaurants, y compris les meilleurs sushis de la ville, thaïlandais et indiens, tous à cinq pâtés de maisons. Great location and cute home

This was a great home for our spring break trip with teens. The house was well equipped and had plenty of space for all four of us. Communication was clear and easy with the owners. We loved the central location - and fun to be so close to Golden Gate Park. SO many great restaurants nearby.

Great Location

We utilized this home to recuperate after surgery at UCSF. It was close to the hospital and also Golden Gate park was great for walking.

Comfortable and great location

I don't think I've stayed in an STR that was just so comfortable! The home had all of the day to day amenities we needed along with very comfortable beds, plenty of extra linens, cleaning supplies, a wonderful outdoor space, and parking. Communication with the hosts was timely and always helpful. We used to live in the City and this location near the park, museums, playground, public transit, and restaurants could not have been more perfect.

Another fantastic stay at this lovely and well-located home.

We are repeat renters at this fabulous house! The location in Inner Sunset cannot be beat for convenience to all that Inner Sunset has to offer plus it is minutes by foot to the Muni N line which can take you into SF downtown. This trip we walked multiple times to Golden Gate Park and enjoyed the JFK pedestrian promenade, museums, and gardens. Upstairs the house has 3 bedrooms, office with a futon, and two bathrooms. The main floor has generous dining and living room spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, half bath and laundry. There is a grocery store a block away and a great many restaurants within a few minutes walk - including famous San Tung and their chicken wings! The owners are communicative and responsive and easy to work with. We stayed for 10 days and look forward to staying again! Thanks Tree and Patrick!

Great house in a great location

This is a spacious and comfortable house located on a quiet side street near the Golden Gate Park. The kitchen has everything one needs for cooking and eating in, the beds are comfortable and the small flowering garden outside is a beautiful oasis. Some in our party were working while there and had absolutely no issues with the connectivity and wifi. The location of the house cannot be better. It's within walking distance of the Botanical Garden in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a large grocery store nearby and many restaurants. Communication with the hosts before and during the stay was exceptional. We enjoyed staying there very much and would highly reccommend it. Thank you for hosting us!

Celebrating our daughter’s graduation from nursing school

The house is beautiful. Perfect location: can walk to great grocery store, restaurants, bakeries on 9th Ave.and Golden Gate Park. House is on a slow street. Parking available in driveway. ( we ended up not using the car that much- would Uber most of the time when exploring the city so we could avoid looking for parking) . House is about a 10 minute drive to Land’s End ( a must see) and the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. We only had 2 take out meals at house and went out to dinner the rest of the nights of our stay- so many fabulous restaurants and breakfast spots in SF. When we walked into the house we were greeted with a delightful welcome basket filled with all sorts of goodies. On the kitchen table a beautiful vase full of fresh flowers looked at us all week. House has washer/dryer and 2 full baths and 1 half bath, great little deck, gorgeous garden to view. We felt safe in this neighborhood. It was a pleasure to come back to the house after our busy days and nights exploring SF and beyond. What more can I say- it was perfect.

Visiting SF during the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival

Property was as described, though conventional oven was non-operative (convection oven was working fine!). Patrick & Tree’s property was well-located for family visits and the famous Bluegrass Festival (only a short walk away from it). Nearby Andronico’s supermarket was useful for short errands & cooking ‘at home’. Recommended VRBO property that we would stay at again if available.

San Francisco at its best

This wonderful house, in a perfect location, was an ideal setting for a birthday party and for meeting our newborn grandson. The beautiful artwork and spacious, minimalist decor and lovely flowers everywhere ( especially on the outdoor deck) were perfect for entertaining and relaxing. In addition, the host was quickly responsive to questions. 5 stars!

Terrific, felt at home

Lovely well presented house in great, quiet location. Being near the beautiful Golden Gate park was awesome. The local grocery store was very well stocked and the house so nice that we often ate at home. Beautiful little garden and nice street aspect. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most perfect house for our family's needs

My family traveled to SF from NY for a very specific purpose. Our teen was having surgery in SF and needed a comfy place to recover while also affording the rest of us all the amazing scenery, restaurants, shops and parks SF has to offer. The owners were incredibly responsive and the house well stocked. The backyard is so peaceful. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for exploring the city!

We stayed for two weeks and at the end of the stay, no one was ready to go home! This house is so conveniently located to restaurants, bakeries, parks, grocery, and public transit. The house is well appointed and the beds are comfortable. Check in and out are easy and the hosts are responsive and communicative. We will definitely be returning here to explore more of the city. Bright, beautiful home in great location!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful home! Super clean, bright and well equipped. Our family enjoyed our stay in this fun neighborhood. The location was fantastic for visiting Golden Gate Park (which we did many times during our week stay and still only saw a fraction of this amazing park). We had lunch, dinner and takeout at many of the nearby restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe enough for us to let our high school and college age children explore in the evenings. This home is very accessible to the local transit system. We bought a weeklong Munipass and hopped on the bus to Union Square and took trolleys or walked from there to see many SF sights. The house is spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. After a long day of sightseeing we found ourselves sitting in their beautiful garden relaxing amongst the beautiful flowers and butterflies. Patrick and Tree were wonderful, communicative hosts and truly have a SF gem!

Long Weekend

Great house. Had a group of 3 ppl for outside lands, 25 min walk to the polo fields in the park. Park is one block away. House could accommodate more ppl. Large bed rooms. 4th room has large couch that could be used as another bedroom. Large dining room table great to hang out around. Comfortable living room too for lounging. Walk to sunset gym on 9th st, a sandwich shop across the street, grocery stores, lots of other dining options around the area. Clean area and quiet.

Lovely base for San Francisco Exploration

This is a very nice house in a great location - Inner Sunset has wonderful restaurants, is very close to Golden Gate Park, and is centrally located within San Francisco - about a 15-minute cab/Uber drive to downtown SF. The house is very comfortable and elegant and has beautiful backyard space, too. Note that, per the listing, the third-bedroom has bunk beds and is not suitable for most adults. Parking in the area is limited and the property's one-car garage is small, and so we were not comfortable parking our rented mini-van in it...but we did park in the also very small driveway. The owner/manager was very easy to deal with. Recommended!

Beautiful home with fantastic location

My family of four stayed here for a week and had a blast. PROS * The location was perfect - it was super easy to catch an Uber or the tram and see sites all over SF. In addition, the neighborhood was very quiet compared to downtown. * The home was in beautiful condition stocked with everything needed to cook and keep the kids entertained. * The family room was a great place to hangout, rest, watch movies, or play guitar hero (my daughter loved it) * The owner, Patrick, was very responsive and made sure we had a great time CONS * My only small disappointment was the expectation of 3 “full” bathrooms so my teenage kids would have their own. The 3rd bathroom was located downstairs and did not include a bath or shower. I would have called that a half bathroom to set expectations. Overall, my family had a memorable trip and would definitely stay here again. Thanks. -Tim

Wonderful house

Our family of 5 stayed 9 days at Patrick's house, and we enjoyed every moment of it. The house has plenty of space, and also includes a very nice (small) garden and patio. It was great to live in an actual home - where people actually live (as opposed to most holiday rentals). The kids enjoyed playing with the available toys, and I enjoyed playing the guitars and piano. :) There are plenty of restaurants within short walking distance. Getting around SF is also easy with easily accessible public transport if you don't have a car. We would highly recommend staying at Patrick's house!

Great house and location

We rented this property for 10 days, and had a wonderful time. Everything was very organized by the owners, and they reached out to check on us mid-stay. The house is very clean and spacious (we had four people staying) and there is a med student living in the basement, but she has a separate entrance, and we never saw her or knew she was there. The garden is lovely, as is the back deck, which has a great grill (though we didn't get to use because of the rain). There are a ton of great restaurants in the neighborhood on 9th Avenue, just a few blocks away, a great grocery store one block away, and access to endless trails in GG park, a few blocks away on 9th Avenue. Parking is also available, though we took Uber everywhere. We would certainly rent this property again if we get the chance to come back!

The Inner Sunset is our favorite neighborhood, with a local feel, only a short walk to the city's best sushi, Vietnamese, Thai and other wonderful locally-owned restaurants, all next to the best park of Golden Gate Park's prime museum area, with an arboretum, lakes, Japanese Tea Garden, science and arts museums baseball fields, U.C.S.F., and much much more only a few minute's walk away. We are only a few blocks to Highway 1 to the Wine Country and Marin County.

This a classic 1908 Victorian, but has been restored to a comfortable, modern home with high-tech amenities, including fiver-optic Gigabit Internet, iMacs, Nest thermostat, Alexa devices, Sonos sound system, Nespresso, Ring doorbell and high-end appliances. Our location is exceptional for U.C.S.F. access, walking, outdoors access, and children.

Our Victorian has three bedrooms, but there is an one-bedroom In-Law apartment that may be available at an extra charge (perfect for teens and young adults).
