Baechfront 2 BR / 2 BA pour 6 personnes, piscine en bord de mer, Wi-Fi gratuit propriétaire spécial

Notre maison de vacances est située directement sur la plage de South Padre Island. Vous pouvez vous détendre et avoir une vue panoramique sur l'océan depuis la cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon et le balcon. Il y a un deuxième balcon à côté de la chambre principale qui offre une vue sur la ville. Le condo possède une piscine chauffée donc il est utilisable toute l'année. Il y a plein de chaises pour se détendre au soleil. Il n'y a que 14 unités dans ce bâtiment, vous partagez donc cette zone avec seulement quelques autres.

* Spring Break *: Il y a une condition d'âge de 28 ans ou plus pour réserver.

Le salon est spacieux et très confortable. Parfait pour lire, se détendre, regarder la télévision ou simplement regarder l'océan.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec toutes les nécessités. De plus, nous avons également fourni un gril George Foreman pour votre plaisir de griller. La cuisine est à aire ouverte et s'ouvre sur la salle à manger et le salon.


La chambre principale a un lit king size, une télévision, un grand placard et une commode. Il y a un grand balcon près de la chambre principale qui donne sur la ville, idéal pour le café tôt le matin ou le cocktail du soir pour regarder le coucher du soleil.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size, un grand placard et une commode. Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de bains privative.

Un espace de couchage supplémentaire est fourni dans le canapé-lit, qui est de taille queen en mousse à mémoire de forme.

Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse idéalement situées au même étage que notre condo.

Nous aimons South Padre Island et notre maison au bord de la mer. Nous espérons que vous aussi. Veuillez venir pour une visite et revenir aussi souvent que vous le souhaitez.

Beachside Beauty

Check-in was simple with keypad instruction in an email, kitchen was fully equipped but the wi-fi was spotty. The balcony view sold me on this wonderful property and the pool was a bonus. I highly recommend staying at this condo on your next visit to South Padre Island.

Great view! Dated condo with poor wifi but a very nice kitchen. Can't beat the distance to the beach and the smooth logistics.

Perfect view. Close enough to clayton's to walk there.

Some stuff is different from the pictures but in a good way. It's better such as color if the wall and some furniture.

Great Property

The property was in an excellent location to a part of the beach that was less busy than other spots. The unit was quiet and comfortable and well appointed. It is not brand new but it is nice and cool and clean. I had a question about the AC and Cris answered my call right away and was super helpful.

The property was amazingly comfortable and the walk to the beach was great! I love how you have 2 balconies to sit on. One facing the ocean directly which is amazing and beautiful the entire time. The other one is great for when the sun is shining directly on the back. It’s a view of the street where you can see many people doing their morning routines. It was so nice there and we didn’t want to leave. 2 things that would have been extremely beneficial would be if the showers had a pull down shower head to help wash you better and also if they had a hand mixer for certain foods. Other than that it was perfect!

The place is outdated and needs to be repaired! Smells terrible! Leaks on ceiling that has not be repaired! Went and brought new bed lien because it was dirty! Pictures need to be updated online. Apparently the pictures posted are the ones from when the condo first opened. Needs to be updated badly! Smells terrible! Fans don’t work well in the bedrooms, no lights except lamps in the bedrooms. In the master bedroom one of the lamps doesn’t work. All the outlets don’t work. The master bedroom on the left side of the bed neither of the outlets work. Other outlets only the bottom plug works, or the plugs won’t stay in the outlet. No lights in living room and dinning room although there is switches for lights. When we arrived my wife immediately went to the store to buy cleaning supplies and also brought lien for the beds because of the smell and the dirtiness of the condo. There were not towels as stated as well however we had brought our own! Saturday night as we were loading items up for our departure Sunday morning the elevator was broken so the stairs had to be used and I fell going down them because of the wetness from the beach, pool, and humidity. It was called into the customer service number listed on this email but as we were leaving the following morning it still had not be repaired.

Awesome location and great value

The property is a bit dated but the condo itself has a nice kitchen and the TVs in the rooms were very appreciated. Contrary to the note in the checkin book there are no beach towels or chairs. There are boogie boards which is nice. Only major complaint like the previous guests….the couch is so disgusting. You can’t sit on it without coming away with stuff stuck to your body. A couch from Goodwill would be better than this. Or a cheap cocker from Amazon. We had to put a sheet over it just to bit be grossed out. I wouldn’t let this deter us from going back. Perhaps owners don’t know the extent of how worn it is. Property is quiet and safe and has the best beach. We had a great time.

Quiet place to relax and unwind.

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this condo is the place for you. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for your stay. The beach is just steps away. Having two balconies was a real bonus for us. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee watching sun rise and a cocktail on the balcony off the master bedroom the sun set. The pool and hot were wonderful. Location is on the north end and is quieter than other areas. Would definitely stay here again.

December Visit

The building was easy to locate and access, close to market and shops. Beautiful setting right on, and close to, the beach. Liked that both the living room and kitchen/dining room have a view of the beach. Kitchen had all the tools and accessories we needed. Although the knives need sharpening--not just another block of Farberware. May want to bring your own to keep from getting hurt on a dull knife. Liked the combo washer/drier in one machine! We'd second other comments that the leather sofa and chairs in the living room, that now appear to have severe eczema, need to be replaced. We also suggest replacing the bathtub/shower hardware--the master tub was not draining very rapidly and the drain plug lever was pretty corroded and stiff. Valves in both master and other bath were a little stiff with corrosion. Otherwise, a great place and would go again. Bed in Master bedroom was fantastic!

Family stay

Beautiful views, all the things we needed, one brief concern that was listened to and fixed by Criss on the phone. Enough space for two 21 year old boys, Mom and Dad, and Nana got her own room and bath without having to listen to all the family noises all the time! Hottub and pool were great and most importantly the beach access was immediate! Property was as pictured, no surprises or disappointments. Highly recommend and will stay again ourselves :-)

Beach view amazing!

The quick access to the beach and the great balcony made this condo amazing. The beds were comfortable and condo was very clean. The only little negative would be the couch. The leather was flaking off of the cushions and got on the floor when trying to use the couch sleeper.

Perfect location

Property was clean and had everything we needed. A couple of improvements would be to replace the couch, its very worn out, more or better lighting in the bedrooms and way to many remotes for the TV. But over all it was fabulous!

We loved the view and that alone was worth the entire trip. The bedrooms are a dated, but was comfortable and spacious. Nice kitchen and everything you need was provided. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again
