The location and decor of this condo is just what we were looking for. Our host was so easy to communicate with, I felt as though I was texting an old friend. I can’t wait to come back again and rent from Chris and Lori!!

Love this condo. My wife and I have stayed there several times over the years. Condo is always very clean and fresh. A/C works really well which is important to us. Great view of the beach. Love hanging out on the balcony. Easy access to the beach. The owner Chris is very helpful and responds quickly to any text messages, We would definitely recommend this beach condo to everyone.

From the moment we booked the reservation to the moment we checked out Chris did a phenomenal job. He reached out to me several times before the stay, the day of the stay and the day before checkout to check in. I have never experienced such a great host and our family we most definitely be coming back next year!! If you want to have the best beach vacation this is the best to stay!

The condo was everything as promised! The view from the bauxite l balcony... exceptional! Chris was an excellent host. If we go back to Padre, we would definitely stay at their place again!

Condo was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. Beds and couches were comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. View off the balcony was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Short walk to a clean and beautiful beach. Chris was a very attentive host, communicating promptly and helpfully. Highly recommend!

What an incredible stay! Room was spotless, smelled fresh and clean, had cold A/C and convenient to everything on the island. Beds were comfy, and linens were soft and fresh. Kitchen appliances all were fantastic, and cabinets were stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was also great! Additional perks were having laundry room and elevator just a few steps from the room.

Perfect place to stay for beach life. Ocean views, beach access and walking distance to numerous restaurants! Host is very responsive and helpful with any questions you may have! A overall. Definitely recommend staying here!!

We were thoroughly impressed by this comfortable condo. It was exactly what we needed for a restful escape. Perfect spot to enjoy both the beach sunrise and sunset on the bay. Kitchen was fully stocked with planning meals and plenty of room to spread out for our individual space. Chris was so nice to stay in touch before, during & after our visit to make sure our accommodations were satisfactory. We wished we had more time to spend on the island. The condo was so pleasant that we only ventured out once to grab dinner and souvenirs. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your place.

The condo was very clean. Chris had a lot of extras in the condo like Games things to write with kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

Top floor unit with beautiful views for sunrise AND sunset. Condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need. Host was very helpful and communicative. Hope to return on future vacations!

Great place to stay. The place was clean and bright. The beach was close. You could view sunrise from the deck and sunset from the entrance of the condo. I will certainly consider this place again if we should come back to SPI again.
