Minutes from SUNY Geneseo and the villages of Avon and Geneseo, giving you access to scores of restaurants, bars, wineries and microbreweries. This newly renovated, year-round, 4 bedroom, 2 full bath house has everything you need to enjoy time on or near the water. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and some of the best lake views you will ever experience! Utilize the 160ft of dock to access the lake. Parking for 4 cars on property that also backs up to a 16 acre town park! Enjoy walks, hiking and fishing literally steps away!

Everything as promised and more

Immaculate, lovely, and beautifully decorated home on Conesus Lake. Everything that I could need to prepare our meals were in the cupboards. A/C kept us cool and comfortable. The home is situated near Letchworth State Park and Genesee Village & Museum, wonderful places to visit.

My 3 sisters and I stayed in this wonderful home as a getaway weekend with our mom. We were all blown away by this beautifully decorated and immaculate home, and could not believe the spaciousness! Then, there's the incredible outdoor living with literally steps to the lake. We were so comfortable, as the house itself was like a warm hug, and the outside was pure serenity. The hosts were very accommodating, and perfect in their communication prior to and during our stay. We all agreed, we would return in a heartbeat!

Cozy with beautiful view

Great place to stay. Has everything you need. Cozy, comfortable and very clean. We all felt relaxed and at home. All beds were very comfortable. We had a beautiful view. No complaints at all. Highly recommend.

Family Visit

This is a gorgeous place to stay on Conesus Lake and is very conveniently located to restaurants and activities in the area. The house is decorated beautifully and is so relaxing. There are places to sit and enjoy the outside on decks in the front and back. My 96-year-old mother-in-law came to visit two afternoons and thoroughly enjoyed reminiscing about growing up on the lake. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Perfect location

This property was absolutely incredible! The location was very convenient for us - we explored the Conesus Lake area and spent the weekend hiking at Letchworth State Park. The set up of the house was perfect for our families; we had room for our kids to play and we all had our own spaces to sleep. It was very family friendly and comfortable. The hosts were delightful to work with and very friendly when we crossed paths. Our overall stay was wonderful, would highly recommend staying here and we would stay here again if we were in the area!

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful time, the house is beautiful and so clean. Usually when I arrive at a rental I feel the need to clean everything before we use it, there was so need to clean this house. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The porches are great! The Vitello’s are great hosts.

Great weekend getaway on the water

The house was exactly what we needed. Clean and well cared for, beautifully decorated and great views on the lake. We were in town for a wedding and had the chance to sit by the water and catch up with family. It was a great getaway. Wegman's grocery store was not far away and the restaurants we went to were great. Galene was excellent! We would definitely recommend this house and would stay again.

Fantastic Week

This house is fantastic! Extremely clean. The décor is beautiful and house is nicely updated. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Bedrooms are very nice. The upper deck off the master is fantastic for morning coffee. The dock is great. We had no issues. The yard is very small, but that comes with many lake houses. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay!!

Elegant and Peaceful

Beautiful family home with lake access only 20 steps away. Modern kitchen appliances with a spacious kitchen and farmhouse sink. Extra wine/cold drink refrigerator was a bonus. Spacious dining and living areas with a full bath(shower) on the first floor. Spectacular views from the downstairs porch and master bedroom upstairs porch. Impressively responsive hosts. Thank you!

Work trip

My coworker and I were fortunate enough to land this amazing home for a two week work trip. From day one the home owners were in contact and helped us with any questions we had about the home. The home itself has a beautiful open flow from the front door straight out to the back yard lake. The master bedroom over looking the lake was a daily morning treat to wake up to. The neighbors are friendly and helpful as well, offering places to eat and visit in the area. Fine dining is only mins away and on the lake as well. Overall we loved this place and would go back again for personal vacations with our families!

Beautiful Lake House

Beautiful lake house in a perfect location with all the amenities we needed for a memorable stay. The house was very well laid out, thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen was so well stocked that it made entertaining family super easy. The host was wonderful, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on Conesus Lake!
