Profitez de vos vacances en vous relaxant dans ce chalet entièrement rénové de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec 2 niveaux. Soixante-quinze pieds de front de mer rend l'eau parfaite pour la baignade ou les enfants qui jouent. 2 kayaks disponibles pour utilisation. Quai de bateau disponible (doit utiliser le lancement public pour lancer le bateau). Le plan d'étage ouvert vous permet de profiter de la vue imprenable sur l'eau depuis chaque pièce. Planchers de bois franc partout. Wi-Fi et câble fournis. Stationnement HORS RUE pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 véhicules.

REMARQUES: Pour janvier-mai (2019/2020) ET septembre-décembre (2019/2020) Le devis du site VRBO est pour 4 personnes. Il y a des frais de 25 $ par personne et par nuit après 4 personnes. We had a wonderful time at Stoney Beach! The property was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Communication with Christine was fantastic - really terrific hosts who want their guests to have a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Family Weekend at Geneseo!

My family stayed at this great home on the lake for 3 days while visiting our daughter at SUNY Geneseo. The home was perfect for our family - each child had his/her own bedroom and woke up to beautiful views of the water. We were very close to the campus and were able to spend a night playing games (supplied by the homeowners) while enjoying a family dinner with enough room for my daughter to invite some college roommates! The home was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for during our quick trip. The lake views were breathtaking and a perfect backdrop. We travel through VRBO frequently and this home and the hosts were our favorites thus far!

Lovely home away from home!

The house was clean, comfortable, secure, so well decorated, and homey. The lake was so nice to look at throughout the whole back of the house. There are so many windows. The hosts were too notch. Very welcoming and responsive to our questions and our needs. I could feel that this house has been a place of so many fond memories for people that have stayed there. I dont give many full 5 stars for reviews but this place deserves all 5!!!

Great location!

The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a beautiful week at the beginning of September. If I needed to suggest something, it would be lighting in the backyard in the evening near the stairs and under the patio. Thank you we would love to come back again.

Great lake house!

Our 2 families rented this beautiful lake house for Memorial Day weekend. The house was just the right size for us, another couple, and our 4 kids, ages 5-8. Kitchen was well stocked and the included boats were great. The kids had a great time just jumping off the dock. It was such a fun weekend, even with a rainy day in the middle. Note - no toiletries are included, so make sure to pack your own (we had, so no issue for us).

Check in was a breeze. The house was spotless just as in the pictures. They even left us a bottle of local wine. Would certainly rent again.

Our Third Year

This was our group’s 3rd year staying at this property. It’s proximity to SUNY Geneseo makes it a great place to stay to visit college students. Always clean and welcoming! Highly recommend.

Reunion

Had a wonderful time catching up with girlfriends from high school. Location was great, the view of the full moon over the lake at night was gorgeous. The house was comfortable and large enough to accommodate our big group.

Family paradise

We had a fabulous time with some family and anniversary dinner. Everyone enjoyed the house and the fire pit outback by the water. The home has everything we needed and we would love to go back. If I had to make a suggestion, more lighting on the outside stairwell and some lower deck lighting. Thank you again for your little piece of paradise you shared.

Retired senior gal pal weekend

We took full advantage of every amenity, including even a swim on October 1, because it was so warm! There were eight of us and we played games, cooked nice meals, The place is fully equipped with all supplies. we had a campfire, we kayaked ,we did the paddle boat , we sunbathed, and we giggled. We also visited the nearby winery, deer run and a cidery in the town of Lakeville on Saturday. We had breakfast at the diner. Everything was marvelous. The only caveat is several of us were over 75 and a railing at the front entry would have been nice for some. Great hosts. We were pleased!

Perfect Lake Week

We had a great week at Stoney Beach Cottage! Good sized bedrooms, lots of amenities, and of course the perfect location. Hosts were great to work with. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Beautiful place

Clean, comfortable, spacious home right on the lake. Fantastic view of the water. Loved every minute of being there. A first floor bedroom with bathroom close by was perfect for my elderly Mom.

Great stay

Perfect place for our girls weekend for 6! Everything was clean, there was lots of room to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The host was very responsive and there was a bottle of wine from the local winery and a nice welcome note when we arrived. It was a great weekend!

We purchased our cottage in 2016 and set out to immediately renovate and update this 1900's built cottage. We love being near the water and have enjoyed watching our cottage become a second home to our 2 children. It is here that we will always have the memory of our son learning to drive our boat for the first time and our daughter floating around on a big uncontrollable blow-up swan. It is clear that lifetime memories are made at the lake. We feel grateful to be able to share our home with you. We hope you will leave with great vacation memories.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose Conesus lake because it was close to home. It also had a reputation for great fishing and great people. It's a small town. In fact, it's one lake that spans through several towns. When you are at the lake it really is easy to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You will find a great Italian restaurant (Fratelli's), a general store filled with antiques (Shoreless Acres), a bar/restaurant with live music for adults and ice cream for kids - accessible by boat or car (Beachcomber), and a fun place for kids with go-carting, miniature golf, batting cages, and a fun zone (Minnehan's). Of course, for those days when you just have to have a Wal-Mart or a Wegmans, Geneseo is just 15 minutes away.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

When we saw this house for the first time we actually didn't consider it seriously. It needed a lot of love and updating. As our search went on, this house was always in the back of our minds. The waterfront was perfect. It was located in a cove and had 75' of waterfront. Not just waterfront, BEACHFRONT! This was truly a bonus since we have children, and we really wanted them to be able to play with shovels and pails, to be able to wade and run in the water. The view from the house was awesome since where we are situated on the cove we can see not only across the lake but down it's length. In the end these things won out. We gave it the love (and sweat) it needed and we couldn't be more thrilled.
