Stayed a long weekend with my husband and two other couples. House had plenty of room for all us with an extra bedroom that remained empty. The kitchen was nice and big and a more than one person could work there at a time. The hot tub with the view of the lake was awesome. Make sure to stop and get some doughnuts at Shoreless, the store owned by the owner of the property. We did some winter hiking at Letchworth State Park and the property was less than an hour away. We would stay here again.
Beautiful property that served as a perfect spot for our small wedding (limited to 8 people due to stressful Covid times). Could not have been more pleased - not sure what previous reviewer was expecting, but we had no issues, and would go back in a heartbeat. Property manager was particularly responsive to any and all questions we had. Highly recommended!! Looking forward to a return on a future anniversary....
House was not what we expected. House is very dusty and cluttered with non kid friendly junk. Patio furniture covered in spiders and webs. No dish soap and not enough trash bags or toilet paper for one day and we paid thousands for a 5 night stay. Hot tub was full of dirt, sand, and hair- too gross to use, clothes left in washer. Not sure what the expensive cleaning fee was for. Sent many messages about boat to property manager and he confirmed we could rent the boat and answered questions we asked of owner, he confirmed our rental twice. We were never told it was broken until we went to pick up the keys so we were left scrambling to find a boat to rent and ended up having to pay double the price for a different rental. Instead of apologizing owner blamed the manager said she was never told that we were renting the boat which made no sense based on our email correspondence.
The location cannot be beat. Near the marina, right on the water and beautiful sunsets. The house has a lot of character and charm. We were 6 adults and one infant. There is plenty of room without feeling you are on top of each other. Shaun was very easy to work with.
This house is a darling circa 1920 (?) located right on the water at Lake Conesus - well equipped kitchen, large dining room, comfortable living room furniture, and great view of the lake. Charming vintage decor. Plenty of bedrooms and we enjoyed our "Girls Weekend" very much ..
Has everything you need and then some. Warm, breezy welcome. Very comfortable inside though very hot outside. Will consider renting again. My family enjoyed the stay.
We enjoyed this beautiful home, and plan to return for another family get together. Itâs an older home, but has so much charm. The fishing is right off the dock, and has gorgeous views of the lake.
The house is beautiful with hardwood floors and amazing woodwork throughout. The house sits right on the lake and is amazing. It was definitely relaxing and I would absolutely stay here again
Cool old house with great porch on a beautiful lake. Kids loved the sand box and water toys. Location is handy.
Needs some spiffing up. Rugs, pillows, porch needs some love, even if it is the end of the summer.
Beautiful old home full of hardwoods right on the water. Had a great weekend with our family celebrating an 80th birthday. Loved the paddleboat and fishing off the dock.
I rented this house for a girls weekend with my 8 friends, it was exactly what we needed!! The house is a perfect location with an AMAZING view!! Very spacious, plenty of room for all of us! Hot tub was great and free firewood! There was a boat rental right at the house and ended up costing less than from the marina! The extra land we used for games and badminton. Shaun was an amazing host by answering all questions quickly and place was spotless clean. Iâm booking again with our kids! Thank you Shaun!
